    What pages?

random ones that you want to manually set?

In that case you need to use the gallery widget. And this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-gallery-custom-links/

    Hey,
The css you had was fine. Put that back.

I’m not seeing the grouped product page? Can you link to where ever that is currently the previous link takes me to a page not found.

Firebug is the only one I’m using. I viewed the sites in Firefox Safe Mode and still had the issues. Are you seeing the grey on the images on this page?

It is an widget provided by the motel booking people. it gives a start and end date and then by clicking on check availability button it loads up the 3rd part site with the inputted dates.

I’ve been told it is because wp jquery and widget jquery is different version.

I’ve tried using the script code for the same widget in landscape on the main home page but when i do the slider no longer displays. The space is left for it but it is just blank space.

    quite frustrating.

Ok, found solution for margins. Went into Page Builder plugin and under “layout” discovered they have an option to change margin settings called “Row Bottom Margin”. So, no need for any CSS coding.

But thanks Hannah for code above, that I did need and use now!

    All fixed!

    Hey,
Something like that would only be possible with a child theme. You would have to edit the template as well as create a meta text field for the categories.

One easier workaround would be just to create your own custom page using the woocommerce shortcodes to pull in products. Then you could use a redirect so instead of going to the woocommerce category page you would go to your custom page.

Just note though that this method would mean you would have to show all the products of that category because a shortcode can’t have pagination.

    Shortcodes: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

    redirect: https://wordpress.org/plugins/safe-redirect-manager/

    Nope. that made it worse.

the prices show on the carosels and shop page again
    http://52.21.218.14/shop/

the prices show at the top of the grouped page, although the prices are correctly shown by the buy buttons on that page.
    http://52.21.218.14/product/the-beatles-story-on-capitol-records-digital-ed/

still showing incorrectly at the top of the simple product with variations.
    http://52.21.218.14/product/beatles-solo-on-apple-records-2/

The simple product without variations is also OK
    http://52.21.218.14/product/the-beatles-records-on-vee-jay-digital-ed/

Although I wouldn’t mind having the price next to the buy button.

Thanks for taking the time to fix this for me.

    Hey,
In your woocommerce > settings > products > display ensure that you have chosen the correct page as the shop page. If so and it still doesn’t work can you post a link?

    Hey Bernat,
You shouldn’t have problems displaying the layout builder widget on the hoempage. Is it working on other pages? Can you post a link?

    Hi Carina,
    1. I am seeing your sidebar display fine in your posts. What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache?

    2. Again, I am seeing a menu to the top right of your logo. Is this not what you mean? See here- https://www.kadencewp.com/building-displaying-menus/

    3. If you add your blog posts through the Latest Blog Posts option in the homepage layout manager (Theme Options > Home Layout) rather than settings > reading it will display with images on the left.

On our frontpage http://www.iiamo.com there is a Kadence Slider. In addition we use WPML for the translation in 2 more languages.
For translations I only can find the title but the strings for the ‘Primary Button’ text. I also searched within string translation.
    Thank you!

    Hi Calle,
This tutorial explains setting your homepage up as a static page:
    https://www.kadencewp.com/home-page-pinnacle-premium/
So then you would need to use page builder and add a call to action widget. See here-
    https://www.kadencewp.com/using-page-builder-virtue-premium/
    Hope that’s helpful!

    Hey,
In my home page I have put “Featured Products”, “Products on sale” and “Lo ultimo del blog (probably Recent posts in english version)” but I would need to translate them in spanish and correct the one that is in spanish.
    Where can I do it?
Thank you so much in advance.

    Hello,
When using Twenty Twelve theme shop shows the catalog, but when swiching to virtue premium nothing appears.
I can see the products in other places of my website, like for example at the homepage featured products and thats correct, but not when clicking on shop menu.
    What could be going on?
    Thank you!

    Hi,

The moment you look at my website http://www.dehoutshop.nl via a personal computer it looks fine.
but it looks horrible from a mobile phone

photo buttons disappear and the layout is completely different

    How can i fix this.

    Thanks for the help.

    #94465

I am using Page Builder with Virtue and want to change the frame spacing for buttons. Can you share CSS coding for this?

Also Css code to take away H1 title on each page.

    Tx!

    #94462

Thanks very much, Hannah & Ben

    1. How did I miss that setting? That was it, thank you Hannah!

    2. I was just using the share plugin that came with Jetpack, didn’t realise that Woocommerce couldn’t use this too so I’ll grab another one.

    3. That CSS seems to have fixed it, thanks Ben. I think the problem was that although the add to cart button was gone from the ‘You may also like…’ and ‘Related Products’ links, if you clicked in the centre of the image where the button used to be it would still add it to cart, but if you clicked around the edges it wouldn’t.

While testing these I’ve just noticed an issue with removing items from the basket on mobile, and I’m not sure if it is a Pinnacle or a Woocommerce problem:

On desktop and tablet, when you go into the basket after adding an item, there’s a cross to the left of the product image/name that lets you delete it, or you can set quantity to 0 and update the basket to achieve the same thing.

However, when viewing on mobile (tried phones with Android 4.3 and 5.0) there’s no cross, so you can only drop quantity to 0 and update if you want to remove an item.

Problem is, most of the items I’m selling are one-offs so as an experiment I activated the ‘Sold Individually’ flag on Product Inventory. If you do this, there appears to be no way of removing such an item from your basket once it’s added on mobile, as there’s no cross and no quantity to adjust. An example of this in my shop is Modern Prints > Test Product Three.

Is there a fix for this, or could you maybe recommend a better way of setting things up for this purpose with Pinnacle/Woocommerce? I’ve been ploughing through Woo support threads and not found much help.

    – There will only be one available for most (but not quite all) products
    – For these products I’d just like an Add to Cart button to show and not the quantity and + & – buttons, so it’s either available or sold.
    – When it’s been purchased, I’d like it if the product could stay visible in the catalogue but be marked as sold on the image/product page, and the Add to Cart button removed or replaced with a sold message – so the product only disappears from the shop when I remove it manually.

    My guess is:
Theme > Product Settings > Show Sold tag if product out of stock ON
Woo > Settings > Product > Inventory > Out Of Stock Visibility OFF
Create product, and in Inventory tab tick manage stock, set Quantity to 1, do not allow backorders and tick Sold Individually flag.

Do you think this would work, or are there some other things to do or better options?

(I’m planning to use this plugin to help avoid conflicts if more than one person tries to add the unique item to their cart at almost the same time:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-cart-stock-reducer/)

    Hi,

Is it possible to get an extra text on the category page which will disappear under the products?
So I can put here extra SEO text.
