I inspected the pages and found out that these 2 are portfolio posts:

Please double-check their portfolio layout and see if you have selected “Three Rows” – https://share.getcloudapp.com/04uQqjxm. This layout should make the content full-width and show the content as centered.

Regarding this page, I can see that it is the blog page. By default, the free virtue theme will have sidebars for the blog archive page. The option to show no sidebar is only available with the Virtue Premium theme.

Thank you for trying the initial troubleshooting steps.

You can also try refreshing your permalinks and see if it would resolve the issue. Kindly go to Settings > Permalinks and click the Save Changes button without changing anything on the settings.

If the issue still persists, after saving a page, check your browser console log to see if there are any errors. This will give us more information about what may be wrong. If you see errors like 403/500/503, you’ll need to reach out to your hosting provider to check your website error logs and see if there are any security/permission/server settings that prevent scripts from being loaded properly on your website.

Hello Dante,

Thanks for getting in touch. This template requires both the Kadence Pro Plugin and Kadence Blocks Pro which. I believe you have access to both, as you mentioned that you bought the bundle version.

You can do this by logging in to your account and then go to the product downloads page and download the Kadence Pro Plugin. The next step is to install and activate this as a plugin. Once this is done, you should be able to see the activation section on the Appearance > Kadence settings.

You also need to install and activate the Kadence Blocks Pro. You can then activate this on the Settings > Kadence License Activation settings on WordPress.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Since I do not know for sure how this issue occurs on your website, I tried testing it with the following setup:

1. Add an Advanced Text block
2. Add a dynamic ACF value
3. Set the left and right padding to 50%(based on your screenshot)
4. Tried adding the block inside a template as well

Here’s a screen recording for your reference – https://share.getcloudapp.com/GGuKRgLz. As you’ve seen, the padding of 50% for the left and right sides is too large and both are being applied to both Paragraph and H* tags. I would recommend using a smaller value for the padding.

If I misunderstood your issue, please could you include a page URL so we can have a clear view of the issue you’re having?

There is a section of padding at the bottom of my homepage. This means that between my last homepage row layout and footer (both black) there is a 30px padding of white (body background) showing. I have tried the following code but it doesn’t work…

Is there any progress on this?

By your own rational about page size and scrolling then “Close Panes when another opens” would make more sense.

Alternatively could I achieve this with some custom Javascript?

I am using hooked elements to design the display and I have created a sub-heading for each post of category ‘published article’ showing the publisher. I have got it to work, but the page is also showing a duplicate post, from the old setting and I don’t know what to change to just show the article posts using the hooked element ‘article post title area’. Thank you for getting back.

You cannot see anything unless I give you access to my backend, which I can’t do at the moment.
Are you running AFC? If so, look at the example images I sent you. Create a couple AFC “Text Fields” and pre populate the “Default Values” with some text.

Then import those Fields into your Kadence/Woo Product. Once you have them imported you will see the “Default Values” you input in AFC.

Now attach those fields to you Kadence Template, and you should see the default text on you Product webpage.

Once you see the Default Values on your webpage, update the default value in your Product backend with some additional information.

Save and refresh your webpage product.

Then updated information will not show up.

I’m pretty sure, it should.

Additionally, were there any errors that were shown when you update the product? Do you have any caching enabled on your website? If you do, please try purging it to make sure all the changes you’re doing will be shown on the pages.

Hello Kadence Team,

Let me reiterate…

When using ACF, which I am using extensively (on some pages closing in on 100 fields), if I pre-populate the ACF field, it “cannot” be updated when the field is imported into the product page.

I am unsure if this is a Woo or Kadence Shop Kit problem. Either way, imported AFC data cannot be updated once the data is imported on the product side.

Thank you for your answer Ben.
I love the new template function, and for a beta it also runs very satisfying.

1. Before and after short description hook – I use the plugin YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards. This shows the points on the product page. You can display the “points banner” before or after the short description, this does not work. (there are other settings: currently I use “before the cart button” – that works).

4. shop messages to appear as a slide in – that would be a great function, i look forward to it

5. gallery arrows always visible – yes, thats fixed

7. gallery cls – i am not an expert, but the layout shift is clearly visible (maybe the gallery has no specific height??)

14. product title font style – yes, thats fixed

I have found two more bugs:
(product catalog loop item is set to all)
if you select as upsell a variant of a variable product (not the “main”-product) then the loop of this product is empty (white space)

the four new gallery types do not work for me, only the first image is displayed
