    Hello,

    I have designed my web site using the Virtue theme on a local server (MAMP) at home and transfered it to the remote web hosting (OVH) with Duplicator. The operation has succesfully been done but I have lost all data of my home page (and maybe more): no logo, no title, no images in the Home Slider…
    Do you have any ideas?

    Hello,

    I’m getting this error, “The theme update API License Key has not been activated! Click here to activate the license api key.” when i try to update with my API key i get this error “Invalid API License Key. Login to your My Account page to find a valid API License Key.”

    How can i fix issue?

    Thanks for the questions Kevin,

    I like the hover effect, though I’d be willing to lose it if this doesn’t work, so can you pass along that CSS?

    When you hover over a product on my shop page, there’s a weird flash and then jumping effect as the hovering effect loads into cache. Do you notice the effect when you hover over a product?

    Might there be code to load both states of a product image into cache on page load? I only have 8 products per page to ease loading time. =P

    2. Doesn’t suit my needs, as it universally pushes all prices down by 20px. What I’m looking for is to keep the single-line prices where they are, but move the double and triple line prices to the bottom line (so all prices are in the same place on all product images). Thanks though!

    3. It could be a bug, not sure if the issue has been raised before, but for more clarity I’m using the default page template, page builder for rows, and WooCommerce Product Categories widget.

    I also can’t add the “Divider” Pinnacle shortcode to the shop page and have it work, or shift the WooCommerce Product Categories widget to another column in a row for some reason. Ah well.

    Hello,

    When I tried to edit woocommerce product category I received this JS error.

    TypeError: $(…).wpColorPicker is not a function
     /wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/assets/js/kad_termscripts.js?ver=361

    Every another page, post, single product, etc. work correctly.

    When I downgrade to version 3.5.9 error disappeared.

    Looks to me like you may have a plugin that’s causing your page to not behave responsibly. I would try deactivating each on that isn’t theme recommended one by one to see if that has any effect. My guess is that Jetpack is doing something to cause this, but try deactivating and clearing your cache to see if that helps.

    Where are you adding that shortcode to add a cyclone slider to your home page? There isn’t an option to assign the cyclone slider as a home slider in Theme Options> Home Slider.

    So I would recommend using Page Builder to accomplish this.

    You’ll want to create a new row in the page builder area of your home page, and within that row, you’ll want to add a Site Origin editor widget.

    There, you can paste the shortcode for the slider and it will show up on your home page.

    You’ll also want to be sure that this row is on the top of any other rows you may have, and that in Theme Options> Home Layout> Home Layout Manager, be sure that you’ve assigned Page Content to be active in the area of the page you want it to display.

    Hello.
    On the pinnacle home page there is an image slider at the bottom of the page that can link to other pages and shows text. I would to use this as a gallery with about 10 pictures but I cannot figure out where to add this widget or add pictures to it. I was use using the gallery slider but I cannot get rid of the gaps in between, I would like the pictures to be touching each other. Thank you :dean

    I just updated to the latest version of the Virtue Premium theme and now I’m being asked to provide my update API keys. I should be able to find them on the ‘my account’-page, but my accountpage states that I do not have any API keys. Have I missed something?

    Sorry, got three more questions today regarding the shop page.

    1. Is it possible to darken the background of shop product style (simple text on image – dark) by 20%?

    2. Is it possible to have the prices always show at the bottom right of the product on the shop page for consistency (simple text on image), as opposed to defaulting to the top line of product name?

    3. The shop page product category drop down is not displaying hierarchy (as widget in page builder), though it does in the sidebar and footer.

    Topic: Media Library doesn't work with Woocommerce

    I have added Woocommerce to a Virtue themed web site and when I try to load images the media library comes up blank with the timer wheel thing just going round and round. If I try to open the library from another page it is blank with the same result and if I try to upload an image from my desktop I get the following error – An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later. Tried the Hotfix plugin and everything crashed and I had to reload from backup.

    Thanks for your prompt reply, it was working before but now only some pages worked on my site, most of them doesn’t work now.
    Version: 3.6.1

    How I set up the process is to the “add new post” then change the option of head-content, also change the default setting on blog option.
    The setting I have done are listed in below image.

    Hi,

    I’m wondering if it’s possible to pre-load the product images hover effect on my shop page and shop category pages, so it’s not only fast loading as it currently is, but doesn’t give that ugly “jumping” effect when you hover over a product image.

    Would that be lazy loading or something? If you need more info, please let me know.

    Virtue Theme: I have a flex slider on my homepage that is not showing up on the iPad. I did not create a separate slider for mobile.

    When I did try making one for mobile (basically the same flex slider) and it did not show up either.
    Is there a known issue?

    Well that was an odd one. The whole issue came from this image: http://ourrotary.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Daybreak-Logo-e1448851612654.jpg

    For whatever reason maybe it’s corrupted but if you try to use that image the whole page crashes.

    So that was in your theme options > home layout. I’ve removed the last two items you will just need to add back and you will want to re make or replace the above image.
