Hi there, im a user here and i solved the “problem like this:

1. look at the blue bar on top-left of this page and open MY ACCOUNT
2. Copy the license API key you find there and paste it in SETTINGS > THEME ACTIVATION > UPDATE API LICENSE KEY field
3. Put in your email address – the one you used for purchasing the Theme would be a good one 😉
4. Have a nice Day … and week too

Problem: My portfolio pages are posting to both my “Portfolio Full” and “Portfolio” (Carousel) on my home page. I can’t find the settings to change this. I would also like to set up multiple Portfolios to present specific categories. How do I point the individual portfolio pages to specific portfolios grid pages? Hello,

I’m getting this error, “The theme update API License Key has not been activated! Click here to activate the license api key.” when i try to update with my API key i get this error “Invalid API License Key. Login to your My Account page to find a valid API License Key.”

Since I want the complete “hand-made manual list page”” on the category page, I need to disable the function of “automatic thumbnail list” on each category page.
How can I disable this function ?
I was able to make this happened until the most recent update I did last week, but it is not working anymore.

(By the way, when one do log in to repky the post, we are taken to the ‘my account’ page, it should be better to be taken to the current page.)

Actually that css Hannah posted is from the theme, it’s good css.

Your issue is the call to action, on a phone the text is too large to fit on the page.

here is css to fix:

Hey,
The page slug and the slug for your single portfolio posts can’t be the same thing and still have pagination. For example. after projects/ wordpress things that anything further should be a single portfolio posts.

If you make your page slug “my-projects” for example then it would work.

This has to do with the permalink settings.

Hi,

I’ve spent the last several hours restoring my site from a backup, and now I’m restoring it again.

Earlier I had a plugin and a theme update to deal with. I did one successfully then attempted the other, although afterwards I couldn’t remember which I did first. All appeared OK, but when I went to check my site, I got a completely white page. On trying to re-access the admin page, I had the same problem – a white page and no access in any way. After trying to scour the internet to resolve this, I decided to restore for the first time from my paid backup. It was a little problematic, but I finally got things running and was able to access my site again.

Having gone to an earlier restore point, I had to update a couple of the plugins, and was also prompted to update the Virtue theme. The plugins went smoothly, and I checked that all was functioning correctly after each update. However, when I updated the Virtue theme, I got the same problem and lost all access.

I’m now repeating the restore, and can hopefully get back in once it completes. I am reluctant, though, to try and update the theme again.

Any suggestions as to what the problem may be and how I can resolve it?

Also – i would like to know –

Under Product Range – Let say “Agriculture Bag”

Would I be able to edit the link under Page – that – when a person clicked – there is no function –

So basically they need to click either Loom, Knitted or Mono to see the product description?

I have listed all the information of individual product on the site. (As I will be uploading the shop function after the info is up and ready for browsing)

But I seem to have a problem –

Under “Featured Product, I only have 4 product listed, but I will be upload all other product (info) based on the menu.”

But somehow –

1 – there is one empty block. (Which i cant get rid off)
2 – is there a way to make this homepage look more like the one from the demo – meaning – the PP Bags (is on the picture, and it rotate type of a thing, and not on a line item at the bottom)
3 – let say I have all 12 items listed – is there i will be able to see all 12 on the home page?

I use Slider Revolution in my posts. Now I wan’t to public them by FB Instant Articles and Google AMP using the Pagefrog plugin. All goes well – only the sliders don’t look good. In FB IA i.e. with a lot of code after the slider Picture.
You have any hint to fix this?

I’m using your theme with the inked-Widgets for SiteOrigin. At one page I am using the akkordeon-theme which does not work they way I want it to. Whenever the user opens a toggle the whole site jumps to the headline, but the headline then hides behind the header because it just jumps too high. My wish for it would be that the site doesn’t jump at all, the content only opens.

The original widget doesn’t do any jumping (see *Login to see link so I guess there must be something in the Pinnacle-Theme that toggles the jump. Do you maybe have an idea how to get rid of it?

My website is loading pretty well on my own pc.

But if I watch it on another laptop or pc at somebody others home, it is loading pretty slow! Also heared this problem from other people!

and there is another thing 🙂 in cart and checkout I created the shipping option “local pick up” (in german its: Abholung vor Ort) and the number and town “63594 Hasselroth” should be a link to my contact page. Do you have an idea how to creat this?
