Kadence Woocommerce Elementor Pro was added tot the plugins, we don’t know why. It’s is turned off. But when turned on is doesn’t change.
Original Kadence WooCommerce SiteOrigin Builder doesn’t show-up on WP plugin page. In ftp it’s still there but I’m afraid to do something and then loose about 30-40 templates we build. Don’t know where they are stored under….

Same here,
Missing Woo Template Plugin. After some routine updates.
As mentioned above downloaded the new one: Kadence WooCommerce SiteOrigin Builder (which is still named Kadence-woo-template-builder when downloaded).
But it won’t install. WP says it already exists !!!
What to do???? We have about 30 templates that won’t run on the webshop right now ……
I’m afraid of losing all templates when overwriting the plugin. Where are the templates kept?

On other websites as well: Woo-Templates not working after Ascend update. (we use SiteOrigin and not Elementor WooCommerce which seems to have installed itself now ??). Please help fix.

1. Theme options > basic styling set the primary color, that will determine your link color.

2. Theme options > language settings you can change read more there.

Hey Corinne,
In Theme Options > Language Settings try setting pasting &nbsp into “Post Author BY text”.

Would you please advice me too in this topic. I’ve a Kadence Woo Template for language 1 and another template for language 2
In WPML strings I have added the correct id for language 2, but the Shop page is still empty for language 2.

How should this be done? I think I’ve missed something.

Hi,
I updated there’s no error but still no translation appears and the language folder in Kadence Blocks basic it’s empty. I also checked the general plugin translation by wordpress and there isn’t your plugin listed
Something is wrong in either plugin or wp-translation system

You can access this site with .json file https://www.4kmediastock.com/
you already have admin data on post above.

If do you need my server data check via FTP let me know, but all my websites have same issue no translation retrieved

I so you added a json file but it caused an error in accessing to the website.
Please, check the attached shot you have line code error to check

Note that basic kadence block doesn’t have any translation into the language folder. It means that WP doesn’t add the file in background

I temporary deactivated your plugin

Hi Ben,

thanks for your prompt reply, work as expected, except translation English/French of the text after the button “please check to consent to our”
I have the same issue on contact form.
I am using Polylang but on the string translation menu, no string related to confidentiality.
I also tried to update “Contact Form Consent Label” in theme options > language but in that case the link to the confidentiality Policy disapear in both languages

Will appreciate your help.

Your menu is working in both languages when I test. What browser are you using? Have you cleared your cache?

Thank you, I did it, but for some reason it doesn’t translate, and the message “Not Available” in English also remains, although it translates other fields in the product card into Russian, if you indicate in this place what you advised – Theme Options > Language Settings.

The theme used is Virtue. I have just installed all the recommended kadence plugins such as Kadence Custom Fonts and Kadence Blocks Pro to see if that would help. Page Builder by SiteOrigin and Black Studio TinyMCE Widget have been in operation since the start.

Seems like the issue occured when updating the PHP to 7.3 from 5.4. and updated to wp 5.2.3 but it was not recognized until now since the widgets on the front page were working fine. Everything in french seems to be working fine. Rolling back PHP to 5.6 from the hosting site did not help.

After updating, the website didn’t load with error code HTTP ERROR 500 and disabling all plugins worked. It seemed that a slider plugin did have to be disabled, Slider Revolution, for the website to work.

We are using loco-translate and polylang. There have not been any modifications with those plugins.

I have included images showing the menu not working and working in french. There is no primary menu.

Hi,

I also had the same occur when updating Woo Templates. I have updated Woo Templates (Plugin Folder: kadence-woo-template-builder) using the standard WordPress update method and after it was completed all references and templates for Woo Templates were removed from the site and Elementor Pro is now in the plugins directory but disabled showing version 1.1.3. The front end product pages were no longer using their templates an were a mess.

WordPress version 5.2.4, Latest Virtue Premium theme.

I’m currently attempting to manually roll back to the previous version using a backup.
Any update or patch version of Woo Templates would be appreciated.

New Update: After looking at the plugin files in yesterdays backup, I found them to be very different. The plugin folder name is the same but files seem to be very different… now they reference Elementor Pro instead of Woo Templates.
