1. Yea translations files have to be approved, then they get auto-downloaded by WordPress when you set the language in the WordPress settings, they won’t be added in the plugin download.
2. pot file is getting updated with the next plugin version.

Hi Ben,

I don’t know how it works the WP plugin repository where do you set your plugin version.
I’m enabled to direct editing your plugin translation for italian language, I’m so called PTE Plugin Translation Editor.
Two things ares strange:
1) I translated the strings downloading the .po file directly from this page of the plugin on Wp https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/kadence-blocks/stable/ and I translated it as you can see it says Italian 100% but the plugin package hasn’t a translation file into. I also uninstalled and deleted the plugin from my website and download it again but I checked via FTP and there’s nothing except your file .pot
2) There’are some strings appearing in the plugin settings page that I never met to translate them, so something is incomplete in your file .pot
I suggest do you check it while I already asked to wp-Italian team how it works the translation file in the plugin package.

How do I interpret it? It’s saying that it cannot redeclare elementor_pro_render_mini_cart_item(), because it’s already declared …in the same plugin? Usually that’s a clash between two plugins, not the same one 😀

Couldn’t find much Googling, so will take it to Elementor support.

now I am trying to translate strings. I’d like to translate “Previous Post”, “Next Post” and “Search” into Finnish. Found the language with Loco translate, but not those words. Should I create my “own” language for the words? Image attached,

Well, it works fine, it downloads and stores all files and also inserts the needed CSS in place, but…

It doesn’t work for all languages!

In my case, it doesn’t load part of Roboto family in the Greek language, so I left the option unchecked.

Is there going to be any fix in a future version?

1. You are using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/sublanguage/

You need to talk with authors to see if there is support for woocommerce. Right now I don’t see any multilingual support for woocommerce in the settings of that plugin.

2. It’s by deepest, then past that by internal order in WordPress. (probably creation date) I suggest you make a deeper category if you want to set it specific, or use yoast.

I found a workaround but this is not the right solution.

Anyway, in Theme options/language settings/ Post Author BY text and Post Category POSTED IN, erased default text and left them empty.

Then in themes/virtue_premium/templates I edited entry-meta-subhead.php and added the supposed text in position

like this:

This fixed the issue temporarily, But I believe that there are problems with the theme that should be fixed…

Hey,

Yes. I cleared the cache, I removed an RTL plugin and changed the site language to RTL, suggested Ben. Voila.

But the bullet points are not showing any indent. Give me a css code to add in the advanced settings so that the bullet points show an indent of 30px.

I did set the site’s language to an RTL language but it still showing the bullets on the left side of the page. Then I have added a new page just to see if it will make any difference, but nothing changed.

Hey,
You need to set the language in your WordPress settings > general to a RTL language. Right now it shows it’s set to English.

Once you do that then the whole html direction is set to RTL and all lists inherit that.

I have not been able to update the home page of the second language the way I want because the second half of articles are not showing in the strings translations. If they are not showing, I can’t translate the titles so the posts on the front page stay in the original language.

Can you help with that?

Also the “enable search in primary menu” is on but it does not show on the home page. I can see it on the mobile version but it is for products only. I want it to be able to search for posts.
