    Hi guys,
    so I also having the same weird issue with the product page on my e-commerce with Kadence theme.
    As you can see, i have a pretty big white space right under the gallery images. This does not happen if no gallery images are added. And this problem only happen in mobile. And don’t happen in desktop.

    This problem is happening in single product page.

    Have you tested in different browsers? Verify if the error persists in other web browsers to determine if it’s browser-specific or related to the server.

    Also, in some cases, the real protection from an antivirus or security in the server may cause this — you could try turning off the security features on your server.

    The latest now for Kadence Blocks is version 3.2.50. Update to the latest and see if the issue persists.

    You can use those anchors as the element’s link. Here’s an example: https://share.zight.com/xQuoyWRo

    For menu items, you can add the link to specific pages with the accordion pane’s anchor at the end of the URL. For example:
    yourwebsite.com/test/#pane-2

    Hi Folks,

    I have buttons within many of my posts and for some reason, the white text that’s normally embedded into each button is no longer appearing on mobile.

    The text is visible when viewing from a desktop though.

    This only just started happening out of the blue.

    I’ve cleared cache, and tried different browsers to no avail.

    site on localhost

    Customizing > Header > Top Row > Padding

    1. I change the units of measurement, but do not change the value. Top Row expands strangely. I save. Reload the page. In fact, there is no expansion.

    2. I change the top indent. It appears, but the left and right indents also change – Top Row expands.

    3. Under certain conditions (this is simple):
    3.1 I cannot set up Padding for each side separately;
    3.2 Padding settings are not reset to default settings.

    4. Sometimes the Reset Values ​​button disappears, and not only for Padding

    The Kadence Theme now redirects the author page to a URL when the user profile has a Website.

    If the Website field is empty, the default will still be to redirect the author link to the author’s archive page.

    Hello! I’ve been trying to learn by reconstructing one of the template sites that comes with Kadence. I’m a bit stuck on the first element, which is Row with a background image that somehow spans the entire width of the page. When I try to recreate this, my image is surrounded first by a ring of “Content Background”, and then has additional “Site Background” between the Row and the edges. I’ve ensured duplication of all settings in the following categories:

    1) the Row block itself
    2) Customize -> General -> Layout
    3) Customize -> Post/Pages Layout -> Page Layout

    I’m probably missing something simple; I’d appreciate any advice on what that something is! Thanks in advance!

    Actually, now I look at it, the page elements which do not display from the Kadence element are all dynamically populated fields. And they only don’t display if you click the link while signed out. (One of the fields is published date so obviously that one won’t populate, but the others are things like page title, and custom field values, which should) I’ll drill into it a bit more and come back with a video if I still have no luck.

    I’m on holiday after today though, meaning it might be a few weeks before I get the chance, so feel free to close this ticket for now.

    We recently switched our site over to a child theme based on Kadence. It makes extensive use of Kadence Elements to replace header and footer and a few other parts of the page and works perfectly, with one edge-case exception.

    Shortly after we switched themes, one of our writers pointed out that while they are working on an article, if they preview it, none of the Kadence Elements parts appear on the page. I managed to convince them this was never going to be an issue once the article publishes and everyone was happy.

    However, we we sometimes create sponsored articles and need to have them approved by the sponsor before they are published. For the purpose of sending them public previews, we make use of the public post preview plugin.

    However, we’ve just tried to generate a preview link for the first time since we switched to Kadence and realised that the elements aren’t showing up here either. There’s obviously something about the way that Kadence Elements hook in to the page, at least as I have it configured, which only works on live pages. Can you suggest a workaround to this issue?

    • Yoast SEO sometimes requires the image to be within the main content area to recognize the alt text. Ensure your images are placed within the content editor and not via custom fields or external widgets.
    • Double-check that all your images have alt texts set in the Media Library.
    • Ensure both the Kadence theme, plugins and the Yoast SEO plugin are up-to-date.
    • Navigate to Yoast SEO settings and ensure that the image SEO settings are configured correctly.
