In reply to: Remove white space at the top of my pages
April 22, 2024 at 12:36 am #288424Hi there,
This page – https://wellspringpackaging.com/knitted-tubular-netting/ is a normal page which uses Boxed Content Style.
The white space comes from 2rem padding from that content style. You can remove it by changing it to Unboxed.
Go to Customizer > Posts/Pages Layout > Page Layout. See screenshot: https://share.zight.com/P8urvdQ5
If it does not reflect on the frontend, please check the Page Settings of that specific page and make sure the Content Style is set to Default so it inherits the global setting in the customizer. See screenshot: https://share.zight.com/d5uXl8OJ
Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Hi Chito,
Thank you again for the reply and help. Yes, I understand it works for the https://wellspringpackaging.com/ventilated-stretch-wrap-3/ but the white space still appears for the other pages like https://wellspringpackaging.com/knitted-tubular-netting/ even when I put https://wellspringpackaging.com/knitted-tubular-netting/?nocache=1 as you described. Perhaps it’s a different problem since the first like is a product page and the others are just normal pages?
Please see the photos as examples.

April 21, 2024 at 11:14 pm #288421Hi there,
Thanks for the screenshots and links.
Apologies for the confusion. You don’t need custom CSS for this. The video I’ve sent is to show how it should look after changing the value of Content Top and Bottom Spacing to 0.
Kindly remove the custom CSS you’ve added.
Changing the Content Top and Bottom Spacing to 0 does not reflect because of the cache on your website. Accessing the first link you’ve referenced without cache resolves it: https://wellspringpackaging.com/ventilated-stretch-wrap-3/?nocache=1
Here’s a video for reference: https://share.zight.com/jkupr7ry
Please clear the website cache on your optimization plugin settings.

The other links are normal pages. They have 2rem padding around the content area because of the Boxed Content Style.
You can change it to Unboxed in Customizer > Posts/Pages Layout > Page Layout / Single Post Layout / Archive Layout.
Kindly note that individual pages and posts have settings in the editor that can override global settings in the customizer.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Hi!
I need some blocks (sections, pictures, testimonials, some divs, spans, etc.) not to be displayed initially on the pages. But they must take up space. These are different blocks on different pages. Then, when necessary, they will appear. But I cannot use transparent, opacity, rgba, hsla, transform, clip-path for this, because I need these properties for other purposes.

You got it! It appears that the CSS styling is the cause of the capitalization problem. You can use custom CSS to override it. Consider including this code in your personalized CSS box:
.post-title, .page-title {
text-transform: none !important;
}
This ought to fix the capitalization issue. Tell me if you require any additional help!Regards

Thank you Chito! Maybe I’m not following the instructions well, I set the Content Top and Bottom Spacing to 0. I couldn’t quite figure out what to do from the video instructions so I added the css code to additional css “#primary.content-area {margin-top: 0;}”. It seems to have changed it for this page https://wellspringpackaging.com/ventilated-stretch-wrap-3/ but not for the others:
https://wellspringpackaging.com/pallet-netting/
https://wellspringpackaging.com/knitted-tubular-netting/
https://wellspringpackaging.com/header-mesh-bags/The one it did change is a shop page and the others are just normal pages, not sure if that makes a difference.

In forum: Kadence ThemeApril 21, 2024 at 10:12 am #288415Hi @laurynas-alfa,
Thanks for writing in.
Can you please send here the link to a sample page and point us the text in question?

ChitoIn forum: Kadence ThemeApril 20, 2024 at 9:06 pm #288413I’ve searched and searched for how to resolve this issue. I’ve tried several different solutions I saw online, tried asking chatgpt, deactivating the plugins I have, and just can’t figure it out. I can’t figure out how to remove the white space at the top of my pages. Not all of the pages have it, home and about us don’t have it.
As an example:
*Login to see linkIn forum: Membership ForumsApril 20, 2024 at 2:07 pm #288411I change settings but no effect.
Later, I will reload the local program and clear the cache, maybe it will work. I just wonder who came up with the idea of capitalizing those letters in the design. It’s important in a different way, even devilishly 🙂 Apparently hundreds of people are spitting. :(. An even wiser solution is to make the settings where no one can be found and with the needle needle icons. 🙂

as of December 22, 2021, probably still looking for that setting, because he didn’t find the answer in the forum:

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us and apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
You can change this within the settings. Go to Customizer > Page Layout > Design tab. Then, click on any of the settings for the Page Title Font option. Under the SIZE tab, you should see the Transform option. Finally, select the text transform option you prefer – https://share.getcloudapp.com/geudl0OZ.
For blog posts, go to Customizer > Blog Posts > Single Post Layout > Design tab. A similar option will be available, which is the Post Title Font.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.

In forum: Kadence BlocksIn reply to: Kadence Blocks “Not supported”
Hello,
i have exactly the same problem. It is only in the backend. If i open a page sometimes the kadence Blocks work normaly and next time after opening the same page it says “kadence block not supported”.
Actual Plugin is Version 3.2.34.
All other elements are although actual.
ChersApril 19, 2024 at 11:57 pm #288408I have 2 CPT: Project and Team Members.
I setup a relationship field on the Project Page with the Kadence Instructions here:
*Login to see linkOn a “Project” post I select multiple Relationship post objects from the Team Members CPT.
I would then like to edit the single post template for Projects so that I can display an image and name (post title) and excerpt or content from the Team members.
To display 1 team member, it is no problem.
However, I would like to display Multiple Team Members, but kadence doesn’t seem to reference the Relationship of more than 1 post object.
Is this possible?
Thanks!

In forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Product Carousel Design
Hi Keith,
1) Can you confirm if you added the box shadow using Custom CSS? If you did, please share with us the code for us to test.
In the meantime, you can use this custom CSS to add a border around the product carousel:
.kt-product-carousel-wrap .woocommerce ul.products li.product { border:0.5px solid grey;Watch this demo screencast of what happens when the CSS code is added to your website:
https://share.zight.com/xQuo46N82) If you are only trying to add a product carousel to your home page, you can add the Kadence Product Carousel block to it.
I hope this helps. Please let us know how we can help further.
Cheers,
EzeIn forum: Kadence ThemeHello,
I have a question about the dark mode function. I have a white page with black text. I have created two color palettes and in dark mode the website is black with white text. This works very well. But now my footer is in a different color. In my example with the white page, let’s just assume that the footer is black by default. How can I best control it so that the footer then becomes white in dark mode and has a black font?
I look forward to your feedback
Kind regards

In forum: Kadence BlocksTopic: ARIA roles invalid
Hello all,
I’m cleaning up one of my websites, and I’m stuck with a “ARIA role support error” that web.dev is showing me. I’ve tried investigating on my own, but can’t find a solution.
Web.dev shows me this error: “Each ARIA role supports a certain number of attributes of type aria-*. If these do not match, the attributes of type aria-* will be invalid.”
There are 4 elements causing this error, all of them are tabs from the Kadence tabs block in Gutenberg.
Does anyone know how to solve this error?
Thank you in advance.
*EDIT*
I forgot to add, this issue is only presented when testing for mobile in web.dev. On PC it passes the test.-

April 17, 2024 at 12:54 pm #288369Thanks I found it but still 2 bugs:
1) If I add a box shadow so as to have a 1 px border, notice on the top it “cuts off”, I put it in red so it’s easier to see
2) I tried creating my own loop as you said so I can totally customize it, but I don’t know how to create the loop in the home page as a carousel… any documentation on this?
Thanks!
