Remove white space at the top of my pages

I’ve searched and searched for how to resolve this issue. I’ve tried several different solutions I saw online, tried asking chatgpt, deactivating the plugins I have, and just can’t figure it out. I can’t figure out how to remove the white space at the top of my pages. Not all of the pages have it, home and about us don’t have it.
