July 20, 2025 at 9:57 pm #294360Just to add it seems WP Rocket have a “Mobile Cache” Feature:
“The Mobile cache feature is used to serve fast pages to visitors who are using a mobile device to navigate your website.
This feature is activated by default upon activating WP Rocket.”
I am going to disable it and see how I go. It definitely makes sense though. I kept saying it only happens on mobile.

July 19, 2025 at 1:56 am #294354I had the same issue! The demo looks great, but you don’t really see full listing pages until you install the template. I’d suggest setting it up on a test site to explore everything properly.
In forum: Kadence BlocksHi,
first of all, I’m beginner so if it is something obvoius, I apologise in advance. Now to my issue.
I’ve installed Kadence theme along with templates and I chose one to start with. I was editing the page, adding stuff no problem. But at one point, editor stopped working. When I open a page in editor, all I can see is a blank page. When Kadence Blocks is deactivated, everything works fine. Except blocks that are on the page already of course. Tried to disable everything but Kadence blocks but it did not help.
I inspected error on page and got this:
Uncaught Error: Minified React error #299; visit *Login to see link for the full message or use the non-minified dev environment for full errors and additional helpful warnings.

In forum: Kadence ThemeIn reply to: Trigger menu button issue
I’ve experienced a similar delay with trigger buttons on a Kadence-based APK website I manage. In my case, it was related to lazy-loaded scripts and how the page DOM didn’t fully register button listeners until after the first scroll or touch interaction. One workaround that helped was initializing interaction listeners after a slight timeout or on DOMContentLoaded rather than window.onload.
Also, I faced this with my own site for Nix Injector APK 2025 where users expect instant UI responsiveness—especially mobile users. Optimizing script execution timing made a big difference. You might also want to look into removing :focus-visible styles via CSS for a cleaner tap experience on mobile:
In forum: Kadence ThemeTopic: Trigger menu button issue
July 18, 2025 at 6:58 am #294343I’m experiencing a strange issue with my Kadence-based website.
When the page initially loads, any clickable trigger buttons (such as modal triggers or table of contents toggles) do not respond to the first click. I have to click them two or three times before they respond. However, once I scroll the page — even slightly — everything starts working fine, and the buttons respond to a single click as expected.
This issue only happens before any user interaction (like scrolling or touching the screen). As soon as I scroll the page even a bit, all triggers begin working normally.
Also, I want to completely remove the focus color that appears when clicking on trigger button, especially on mobile.

July 18, 2025 at 1:13 am #294336Hi! Use the Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed plugin. After setup, paste the shortcode into a Text widget or your homepage editor. It works well with Virtue Premium.
In forum: Kadence BlocksJuly 17, 2025 at 9:50 am #294331Hi there,
Thanks for writing in and for the screenshots.
It looks like the image is quite large, which is likely causing it to take up too much space—preventing it from sitting side-by-side with the text on mobile.
If you’re using the Kadence Image (Adv) block, try reducing the max width setting specifically for mobile. Start with the lowest value and adjust from there until it looks right for your layout.
Additionally, kindly select “No Wrap” in the Wrap Content setting in the Section’s Flex Settings for mobile view. See screenshot: https://share.zight.com/geueJke8
If the issue continues, feel free to share the link to the page—I’d be happy to take a closer look for you.
Kind regards,
ChitoIn forum: Kadence BlocksJuly 17, 2025 at 3:14 am #294325Hi Kadence team,
First off, thank you for the powerful and flexible Query Filter blocks — they’ve made building dynamic archive-style pages a lot easier. That said, I’ve identified a few areas where the filters could be significantly improved to enhance both the user experience and functionality:
1.Display and Manage Active Filters Individually
Currently, there’s only a global “Reset Filters” option. There’s no built-in way to display which filters are currently active or to allow users to remove them individually. It would be great to have a component that shows each applied filter with an option to remove them one by one.2.AJAX Search Inside Filter Options
For filters with many options (like tags or custom taxonomies), users have to scroll through long lists. It would be much more user-friendly to include an AJAX-powered search within each filter block to quickly find and select filter options3.Collapsible (Accordion-Style) Filter Groups Without Limiting Item Count
Right now, we can limit the number of visible items in a filter group — but sometimes we want to show all items while still allowing the entire group to be collapsed/expanded, especially when there are many filters on the page. A simple toggle to collapse a full filter group (without item limits) would make the UI much cleaner.4.Support for Multiple Custom Field Orders in Query Order Block
It’s great that we can now sort by a custom field in the Query Order block — but why limit it to one? It would be incredibly useful to allow multiple custom field options, so users can sort by any meta key.Thanks for considering these suggestions — I believe they’d bring a big usability boost and make the Query Filter experience even more robust.
July 16, 2025 at 12:20 am #294318Hi there! I’m running into a layout issue with Section blocks on mobile and wanted to report it here.
I’m using a Row Layout block with several Section blocks inside. Each section contains content organized vertically by default.
Expected behavior:
When switching to mobile view in the editor and changing the flex direction from vertical to horizontal, the layout updates correctly in the editor preview.After saving and publishing the page, the mobile view on the frontend still displays the content vertically (as if the direction change was never applied). The horizontal layout doesn’t reflect on the live page, even though it shows correctly in the editor.

KarlaIn forum: Kadence ThemeJuly 15, 2025 at 5:46 am #294310Hi Sufia,
You can use the Excerpt option to display a paragraph just beneath the post title and make it appear like part of the header. An excerpt is a short, optional description or introduction to your post. By default, it’s pulled from the post’s Excerpt field (you can manually set this in the post editor).
Here’s how to enable it:
- Goto customizer > Posts/pages layout > Post layout
- Title Elements > enable Excerpt
Check the screencast here: https://share.zight.com/P8uqvo6j
Check the related documentation here: https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/single-post-layout-customizer-settings/
I hope this helps. Let us know if we can assist you further.

July 13, 2025 at 12:45 am #294298Hello everyone,
I’m creating this topic to share a temporary but effective workaround I found for a very frustrating issue with Kadence Blocks. I hope it can help others who might be facing the same problem.
The Problem:
After inserting a pre-built design from the Kadence “Design Library” into a page, the WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) stops working for that specific page. When trying to edit it again, the editor gets stuck in an infinite loading loop and never finishes loading the content blocks.
Diagnosis:
After some investigation, I discovered that using the Design Library creates a folder named kadence_blocks_library inside the wp-content/uploads/ directory. This folder contains JSON files and other scripts that, in my environment, seem to conflict with the editor, preventing it from loading properly.
The Workaround Solution:
If you are unable to edit a page and suspect this might be the cause, here is the procedure that worked for me to regain control:
Access your site’s files: Use the File Manager in your hosting panel (cPanel, Plesk, etc.) or an FTP client.
Navigate to the uploads folder: Go to the following path: wp-content/uploads/.
Locate the conflicting folder: Look for the folder named kadence_blocks_library.
Rename or delete the folder: Right-click on the folder and rename it to something like kadence_blocks_library_disabled. You can also delete it, but renaming is safer in case you need to revert the change.
After doing this, upon reloading the page editor, the block editor should work perfectly again.
Additional Context: Similar Threads
I’ve noticed I’m not the only one with this issue. Other users have reported identical problems with being unable to edit pages on the Kadence support forums, which suggests a recurring bug:
Technical Environment:
For full context, this issue occurred in the following environment:
WordPress Version: 6.8.1
PHP Version: 8.3.22
Active Theme: Kadence (version 1.2.27)
Main Plugin: Kadence Blocks (version 3.5.12)
Server: Apache / LiteSpeed
Important Note:
This is a workaround, not a permanent fix. It allows you to continue working on and editing your pages. However, if you use the Design Library again, the issue will likely recur, and you will need to repeat the process. Nevertheless, it’s an effective way to avoid getting locked out of your pages.I hope this is helpful to the community.
Best regards.
In forum: Kadence ThemeJuly 10, 2025 at 7:34 pm #294276Hi. During an optimization effort, I’ve discovered since we’re running the RankMath SEO plugin, Kadence is loading a tiny file /wp-content/themes/kadence/assets/css/rankmath.min.css?ver=1.2.27.
This file contains just 1 CSS rule.
.rank-math-list-item {
margin-bottom: 2em;
}So I’m dequeueing it (from within my child theme) as such:
/**
* De-enqueues the file /assets/css/rankmath.min.css which is enqueued as ‘kadence-rankmath’
* via Kadence theme at wp-content/themes/kadence/inc/components/rankmath/component.php.
*/
function dequeue_kadence_rank_math_styles() {
wp_dequeue_style( ‘kadence-rankmath’ );
}
add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘dequeue_kadence_rank_math_styles’, 100 );is this really necessary? Seems a bit silly. Also, btw, that file wp-content/themes/kadence/inc/components/rankmath/component.php contains some spelling errors and references Restrict Content Pro erroneously in the comments, so someone might want to fix that regardless.
In forum: Kadence ThemeJuly 10, 2025 at 6:43 am #294268Hi there!
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
If all your blocks are using the same units and consistent values for styles like padding, margins, and font sizes, they should scale properly across the layout.
Since we can’t view your localsite at the moment, it would be helpful if you could share a public page instead. That way, we can quickly inspect and suggest more accurate block settings.
If you’re looking for layout inspiration or styling ideas, feel free to explore avatarworldmodi.com — you might find some helpful design cues there.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with!
In forum: Kadence BlocksJuly 9, 2025 at 9:07 am #294259Hi there,
Thanks for the clarification.
For the Gutenberg List block, you can use this custom CSS code:
ul.wp-block-list ul.wp-block-list{ list-style-type: circle; } ul.wp-block-list ul.wp-block-list ul.wp-block-list{ list-style-type: square; }If you’d need further assistance with accessibility, you can send us a ticket to either of the following support pages:

July 8, 2025 at 1:26 pm #294245Hi Karolina,
I’m glad you reached out. I’ll be happy to help!
The first slider on your home page is using a plugin called Gutenberg Essential Blocks.
The second slider is using a plugin called Spectra.
You should be able to insert a slider block from either one of these plugins. Here are links to docs for both plugins:
As for the Computer Training page, you currently have a background image set for the Section block which is inside of a Row Layout block. Try removing the background image and adding it to the Row Layout block instead. You will probably also need to remove the Section block Background Overlay color and add that to the Row Layout block as well.
I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can do anything else to assist.
Thanks!

* If you’ve changed the hooked element priority value, please try reverting it to 10

ChitoIn forum: Kadence ThemeJuly 4, 2025 at 11:52 pm #294220Thanks. Tried that and it didn’t work. The page I am trying to implement this on is the home page. One story can belong to several categories but that looks really cluttered if you list them all above the individual posts on the home page. See jerseyvindicator.org for what I mean. Please add this as a feature request. Thanks again.
In forum: Kadence ThemeJuly 4, 2025 at 1:58 am #294219Hi!
We have our email listed at the bottom of the page and in the footer. I’ve updated it to the correct address twice now, but Kadence keeps automatically reverting it back. Do you know why this might be happening?Even the in-content email links got changed back. Could it be related to a temporary domain redirect? We haven’t moved the domain or updated the DNS yet, so we’re currently using a redirect feature.
