More list problems – Nested bullets are all solid circles

Since Icon Lists are not accessible, I’m changing all my lists to the plain version (that I guess is a gutenberg block?)

In the editor, the nested bullets are as expected – a hollow circle for the second level and a solid square for the third level.
In the browser preview – all the bullets are first level solid circles, regardless of whether they are nested or not.
What do I do?
