    Hi Ben. First of all, thank you always for your great support.

    (1) If you can go to on a mobile device (happens same for Android and iPhone), you’ll notice that there’s some extra space on the right that makes the screen wobble a bit horizontally. It’s disturbing and I’d like to fix this.

    is pretty much set up same, but for this one there’s no extra width, making the scroll nice and smooth.

    Here’s a video:

    I’ll email you temporary logins to these two sites so can you take a look?

    (2) How do you make the mobile menu automatically “retract” (unfold) after expanding? Currently they don’t, so the menu occupies the screen until you click the three bar icon and manually retract. This isn’t a problem if you menu item links to a different page and reloads, but it is a problem when you have an inside-page link. on a mobile device is a good example.

    Can you let me know if there is a way to make the menu automatically retract (unfold) back to it’s default position (just as manually pressing the three bars) after clicking a menu item.

    Many thanks,

    Takeshi

    I’m not sure what happened but my webpage has suddenly just gone to a blank white page, instead of my login screen. I’ve tried troubleshooting this but have no idea where to start. I’ve googled for answers, but I’m still at a loss. Has something changed with the theme vs wordpress vs bluehost? I have less than 5 plugins running, and none are new, plus minimal content.

    Thanks for your help

    Hey all,

    I was testing our site with Chrome, and see that our homepage displays differently with Chrome than Safari (the drop down menu does not work and button custom CSS is not recognized), but that Chrome does display these correctly on all the other pages. Seems odd to me.

    Any ideas? I hope I don’t have another CSS mistake. 🙂

    Thanks!

    I have a question related to addtoany. The plugin is showing up fine for me, but I want the product image to be picked up as the main image, not all the other pics on the page. I know it has to do with this:
    <meta property=”og:image” content=”” />
    <meta property=”og:title” content=”” />
    <meta property=”og:description” content=”” />
    <meta property=”og:url” content=”” />

    It is supposed to go in the <head> section. I want it to pic up a different image, depending on the product. How would I best go about this?

    #33734

    How delete this code from head?

    don`t recommend it

    #33731

    Sorry if this has been addressed already, but am I able to make the thumbnails in the product page larger? TY

    now, back to the issue of the mobile phone, it is linking to the spot on the pages, but the menu doesnt go away once the selection is clicked.. is there any way we could address this? i would still prefer a mobile menu option to get rid of the sub categories if at all possible.

    Just one more thing, in some pages we can see the loading wheel between the images. Is it possible to take out this wheel?

    Thank you Ben I understand completely (I think) haha. The problem with my previous site was that it didn’t look good on every device and screen. That problem is solved with this theme so I understand this difference now!

    Thank you so much, now I can continue. I am going to put my ‘coming soon’-page back online cause I al ready got spam comments;)

    Have a great day/evening!

    My previous theme resized the images and cut the images when needed (hard crop)

    Yes this theme does the same as long as your images are large enough to be cropped, if they aren’t then the script can’t grow your images.

    I set the slider max height at 150 and max width at 600

    That setting is for the flex slider not the latest posts carousel you are using. it as now bearing on what you have. the carousel resizes to make sure your images are large enough for the columns you have for all screen sizes. If you just want a slider with small images in the middle of hte page you can use the slider option and not the carousel.

    where can I find the size of all of my featured images?

    This is a smart theme, it doesn’t just have one size, it sizes the images based on whatever options you are using and where you are adding the image. Plus in every post you can set custom sizes for your featured images. There is not a one size answer. And in general if you upload nice pretty large images everything is cropped automatically and you don’t have to worry about resizing or customizing anything.

    Hi Ben

    It was working fine until last week. I had AddToAny already as a plugin and the social share active on the site , and it was floating on the left vertically, always on screen. Now it is appearing at the bottom, have a look at a page and scroll down you’ll see it on the borrom left. I checked the plugin settings and the following messages appear:
    “Your theme needs to be fixed. To fix your theme, use the Theme Editor to insert <?php wp_footer(); ?> just before the </body> line of your theme’s footer.php file.”
    “Your theme needs to be fixed. To fix your theme, use the Theme Editor to insert <?php wp_head(); ?> just before the </head> line of your theme’s header.php file.”

    I can’t find where to put it, but also thought I don’t want to have to change it every time a theme update occurs etc, so what needs to be done on the theme side either via custom css or other means to get it to work again.

    Kind Regards
    Kav

    You can do something like this, not the best way but would work:

    .page-header h1 {
      font-size: 0;
    }

    I’m not able to click on any of the ministry subpages on desktop. Children and serving are the only two that are working…

    Hi Ben!

    I disabled the ‘coming soon’-page for the rest of the night so you can view my site at: Website.

    Thank you!

    im sorry, to elaborate on that last post, the links only dont work when you are on the page (example, when i am on the “ministries” page, i can not click any of the links under the ministries tab), so that is why i was wanting to create a mobile menu.. so that i could completely eliminate this confusion..

    ive noticed that, but the issue i am having is that most of my pages have anchor tags on them, and the sub-menu links (when pulled up on a mobile device) appear as dead. they are completely unresponsive.

    if you would like to see what the issue is, the site is renewyourmind.tv , and all of the sub-menus work just fine on the computer, but not at all on mobile

    I had hoped to not touch the files as I don’t want to have to build a child theme. It was straightforward with the portfolio pages. I put `.single-portfolio-item .entry-title {
    display: none;}
    `
    in custom css.

    Is there no other way to change the pages title and keep the breadcrumbs?
