One featured image size?

Hi there!
I am working on installing the Blog Demo Style cause I think it looks amazing and very clean. But my featured images all have different sizes. Therefore it looks very messy, it is driving me nuts (perfectionist). Can somebody tell me if there is an option somewhere whereby the theme automatically resizes and cuts the featured images in one landscape size image? Or should I do it manually by adding codes to the functions.php?
