Page loads Ok over here. Disabled some plugins. Woocommerce and all orher plugins are up to date.

I did not change the code and i’m not using a child theme

Hi Ben, thanks a lot.

sry, I have wrote that this was my last question, but I still found 3 problems found:

1. On the firstpage/homepage: How can I display the main heading like the main heading on the other pages?
2. How can I delete the bar under the main heading?
3. How can I center the items in the secondary menu?

Hey,
No it’s not. The carousel isn’t set up for pages. You could create a custom carousel and add your own content to each item but there isn’t anything in the theme that would loop the pages through.
I also don’t know of any plugin that carousel pages but you can look, else you would have to code something.

You seem to have everything set to a none ssl page, like when I click on your link I get redirected to a none ssl page. Are you not wanting your whole site to load with ssl? In the WordPress HTTPS plugin settings do you have ssl turned on for the admin? right now the error I see is with your search bar, the form is linking to your home url but since you home url isn’t secure its showing insecure content.

Nan, Using page builder and buttons in the header is not the best way to create a menu, why not just use one of the built in menu options? You can go to appearance menus and create a menu that would be right next to the logo?

Your issue right now is with how you set up the padding in pagebuilder. you can’t add a 125px padding to the widget, it causes each widget to cover the next, you would just use a top padding on the row and not the widgets.

Just need to contact your host about updating there mod security or install the plugin that can be downloaded from the above page.

The page is crashing in your extra information tab. You can see it’s not loading the footer. Do you have any custom code? are you using a child theme? Have you updated to the latest version of woocommerce?

If you don’t want to use page builder you can use the virtue shortcodes. Just select the simple box.

Else you can create your own class like:

“mygreenbox” add that to a div that is surrounding your content so:
```
<div class="mygreenbox">
content here
</div>
```
Then in your custom css box you can add this css:
```
.mygreenbox {
background: green;
padding:10px;
}
```

Hi, my need is dire!

I am using a Virtue: Carousel widget with page builder on my home page. It is awesome. However, I would like it to list pages, rather than posts or portfolio items, is that possible to accomplish?

Hi guys. Sorry for being a pest. I have a slide show in a visual editor that shows up different in fire fox than explorer or chrome. The slide show title and caption are below the main image in chrome and explorer as it should be, but in fore fox the title and caption are to the left of the image. Here is a link for the page. Good morning Ben,

I am having a heck of a time trying to get rid of mixed media errors and having the page load correctly via https. I have spent hours on this problem. I have tried altering the .htaccess file the wp-admin file with suggestions online of forcing it to happen. I currently have the recommended plugin WordPress HTTPS running to no avail. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Also if i set the plugin to “Force SSL Exclusively – Any page that is not secured via Force SSL or URL Filters will be redirected to HTTP” it seems to disable it on pages that have been set to secure so that’s a no go. *Login to see link

Attempting to add within the Header Widget and in Layout builder site origin buttons…As you can see they are present however they are not linking to the pages (Home, Shop, AboutUs, etc.)…I have removed the layout builder and then added again. Sometimes one button will “hover” and link…at this point none of the buttons are working.

Hey, I’m seeing one product on the page. I’m also seeing a couple errors. Try going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking Save.

Hello there. I have got a row below my banner that has a large gap between the content and the bottom of the row. My setting for padding are standard. I have set the back ground to black so it makes it easier for you to see my issue. This is the bar with Paypal and Your account in it. How can I reduce the distance between the widgets and the bottom of the row. I have tried all settings to no avail. Kind regards, Paul

Hey Rob,
You have a 500 (Internal Server Error) on that page. I would start by deactivating plugins. If that doesn’t work try contacting your host.
