Hello,

My site broke after update. The slider is now off the page and the image menus no longer show up. Also, images on subsequent pages are no longer working. Could you please help??

Hi there. In my page builder I have a couple of boxes on my home page that have black borders. The rest of my sections do not. However, when my home page is viewed there is still a slight border visible around the boxes, despite having all the settings in these boxes set to no border. Could you please advise. Hi,
Unfortunately shortcodes can’t have pagination. They don’t create a standard loop that have a pagination option. If you’d like you can create a template in a child theme and do a custom query, otherwise you would just show all your sale products on one page.

I have a question regarding the responsiveness of pages built with page builder on cell phones. I have actually contacted the support from siteorogin but I haven’t gotten an answer.
I am creating a page with questions and answers in different cells. Sometimes the question is in the left cell and the answer in the cell to the right, and sometimes the question is in the cell on the right. On a normal computer everything looks fine, but when you view the page on a cell phone you obviously always see the left cell first – which is not ideal when the answer is in the left cell and the question is in the right cell since you see the answer before the question. Do you know if there is a way around that? How can I create it so that you always see the question first, even when it is to the right of the answer?

In this image is both the item as I uploaded it, and basically as it appears in lightbox when you click on it on a product page. It also contains a screenshot of it’s appearance when the software’s reduced it for use on a category page. When you’re selling color, it needs to be as faithfully reproduced as possible. The difference between the two may be enough to keep some from drilling down to even see the full sized image. Is there something I can do to improve that, or is this something that might be addressed in a future update?

No it won’t effect the summary you set that separately.

You can add galleries through the “add media” button or though the virtue: gallery widget in pagebuilder

If I don’t use portfolio options for my galleries, do I lose the auto-slider-preview option on the summary page where I can list all categorized galleries with preview. etc? (If so, that makes the simple grid layout even more important as an option for the project. I also will explore just embedding virtue galleries in a page and see what happens. If there is a “special” way to do that, while still allowing navigating through multiple galleries, offering previews on other pages, etc. please let me know. (In not, that’s cool – can be done “manually” for my purposes I’m sure.)

You can add a gallery in the page content, see here: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium/portfolio/sailing/

Just turn the portfolio options to off and add your gallery through the wordpress content… but I’ll take your suggestion to my featured requests list.

I’m not sure I’m seeing this? When I get to that page it shows you have a default option selected and it’s $25. When I switch to say the mini it’s 2.75

Hi Hannah. Thanks for your reply. Yes it is slow on the front end as well but I expext a certain slowness as I have decided to use quite a bit of imagery on the home page and do not have wp super cache activated. I do not have virte tool kit activated or installed. What would you like a link to Hannah. My site is https://frontlinecanvasart.com/ but it will be slow in loading as like I say my super cache is not activated. If you would pefer a lonk to my dahboard that is ok. Kind regards, Paul

That is odd, your error is suggesting your loading the scripts.php file twice. Because the kt_get_wc_version() is only loaded once on line 52.

Are you using a child theme? have you tried deactivating plugins?

Does this cause your whole site to crash or just on certain pages?

Using WP 4.1.1; WooCommerce & all plugins are current.

On the other listings I’ve looked at, my variables prices are correctly displaying on their respective product pages, but on just one, where our first sale is pending, the variables are all displaying at the price of the smallest variation. The page is here, and my editing looks like this. Can anyone tell me what I’m missing?

Hello there. I have used the free version of this theme for a while now and thought it was great but since I have installed the premium edition I have had slow editing problems, which have slowly got worse. When I go to edit a page its slow in getting in and slower even still when I save the changes. I am now even seeing coding on the page builder just before it saves. Could any one please advise me. This is really frustrating as I have never had any issues with the free version. I have not installed any new plugins that were not with the old theme nor changed any coding as I am not a developer.
