The carousel at the bottom is set to only of same type, and it’s only showing 2 items. This portfolio item has four types checked and I’d want the carousel to show all items from all of those four types rather than just one of them.

I had a similar problem. Christopher’s tip worked for me.

I was previously using a theme that required the “Portfolio” custom content type that is enabled by Jetpack on my WordPress.org installation. When I switched to Virtue I found that I now had two “Portfolio” tabs on the dashboard menu! After copying the entries from the old “portfolio” to the new Virtue “portfolio”, I re-saved permalinks and found that my WordPress site still pointed to the old page, which was really odd because the new URLs were identical to the old ones.

Make sure you disable the Jetpack portfolio type before attempting to use Virtue!

Sidebar is a widget

You can set if sidebar shows (and which one) or not on each page in page attributes / template on the right of each page

Not sure what sidebar 1 is unless you created a new sidebar

I am having trouble styling my gallery. The website is capa.furniture/furniture. I am having troubling aligning my gallery in the center of the page. I created div class container called “galleryContainer” to align the gallery in the center of the page. I used a border orange to surround the images to help me visualize it but the container I created is only 1px high for some reason.

Could you help me do this please?

It shouldn’t matter if your using 2.8.9 or 2.9.0 page builder works in both. Can you post a login to your site there is likely an error in your admin or that your server doesn’t have the correct php settings.

I think I have worked it out. The home page layout seems to default to enabling the latest blog posts and disables the content. This is different to the Virtue theme and is quite confusing for new users of Pinnacle. Another quick question, can you use the kadence slider with Pinnacle as I have installed it but there is no option for it on the home page slider drop down box.

No, and I can’t think of a plugin that does this either. You can make a custom grid with page builder and add your images and video into a grid.

Hello,
Making a custom staff page.
After building the page like so:

After so many rows and the page gets to a certain length, rows seem to jump outside of the previous framework and align to the ultimate page left, instead of the alignment seen in above rows. As so:

Thanks for that Hannah -I have tweaked that slightly to change the size of the icon, etc – please see code below – is this correctly formatted? (Sorry but I’ve not used shortcodes before.)

Hey, you can do this with page builder. You can just add the sections you want to highlight in a separate row and a separate visual editor widget and then change the background color.

Have tried a couple of 3rd party widgets that are meant to automate the process but with only very limited success (added it to posts only).

Hey Virginia, are you using the latest version of Virtue (2.9.0)? Try updating pagebuilder manually- https://wordpress.org/plugins/siteorigin-panels/
Let me know if it still doesn’t work!

I want to open the image file in a separate _blank window where people could see my picture in full width instead of seeing the imge in the reduced lightbox size.

That should be possible.

It also would be nice to control the size of the lightbox for a single image.

I have just installed the Pinnacle theme and I am unable to set a static page. I have done this many times before using the Virtue theme but the page defaults to the blog even though I have deleted it?

Any ideas?

I´m using the Virtue Premium Theme…I updated the page builder pluging to the latest version (2.0.7) and the page area stoped to work with the pluging installed. I downgraded the pluging with the intension to return to a working version but now I can´t use any version of Page Builder. I have tryed to erase the plugin and reinstall it but now I´m having the same issue all the time. I do not see the Page Builder tab and in the page–>Add New PAge all the uttons do not work (when having the page Builder Plugin installed). I have tryed to deactivate the rest of the plugins to see if it was an incompatibility between plugins but I’m having the same results. Anybody can help me?
