Hey,
so, The “page content” is your static page content. There you can use pagebuilder to you hearts content and everything in the home layout options can be built in pagebuilder. For example the carousels, there is a widget for that. But if you wanted to use pagebuilder and you wanted to use the portfolio carousel from the home layout you would just have both the “page content” and the “portfolio carousel” enabled.

I can build my homepage using either Virtue Home Layout or Page Builder, but you can’t add Page Builder elements to Home Layout.

1. No thats not true. You can use pagebuilder on your home page. Check this out:https://www.kadencewp.com/creating-a-home-page-with-virtue/
2. Yes the only place you can’t use pagebuilder is on the woocommerce shop page. Those two conflict. But you can make a shop page with pagebuilder and just not assign it as the shop page in your wooocommerce setting.

In forum: Virtue ThemeI want to be sure that I understand how Origin Page Builder works with Virtue Premium. I have used Page Builder on a different theme before.
1. I need to build my Homepage using Virtue Home Layout and I cannot use Page Builder to add content to my Homepage.
2. I can use Page Builder for every other page if I want.
Is that right? 🙂

That just means you need to re-save your permalinks. click on settings > permalinks and then click save.
If you want to remove the links just turn them off in the staff page settings:
“Make images and title link to single post?” – make no.

For me to see what the issue is I would need a temp user id and password long with a link to your site. Then I can test and see whats wrong.
Else I can tell you there is settings in page builder to turn it on or off for pages so you should make sure it’s on and then you should make sure you have all other plugins deactivated. If you still don’t see it then you need to check with your php settings from your hosting service. You can call them and have them increase your max php memory.

I noticed that my pictures and images look a bit awkward on different screens, for example they look extremely stretched and wide on big screens. Also, on some screens (even wide ones) the slider image on the homepage is not centered prperly so some text is cut off. What can be done about this?

There isn’t a setting for this, It’s only designed for one sidebar but you can use pagebuilder and make your content area two columns. then place widgets like you would in a sidebar on the left column.Ben

Website: aauwmi.orgThe Virtue Premium 2.8.9 version is causing the homepage to go to a blank screen. I contacted my Web host provider because some scripting issues also occurred. These have been corrected. However when they reactivated the theme, they are still getting a blank screen. My website tech support says it may be that the theme is incompatible with some of the plugins and to contact theme author since they do not provide support for third party plugins or themes.
This is rather urgent since my site has not been fully operative for 3 days. Appreciate your help and quick resolution of this issue. Virtue basic theme is currently active and running with no problems.
Let me know if you need a user name and password.

After theme was updated a few weeks ago I experience problem with text formatting.
I can format text but when I save page all paragraphs are appeared as one. I tried to do this with or without Visual Composer. I deleted Visual composer completely and started formatting. The same issue.
So, problem is in theme itself.
I use a trick: I created different rows in VC. This doesn’t allow paragraphs to conglomerate. But this is not a solution.

Thanks, so I’ve turned breadcrumbs off and deleted the sharing buttons (couldn’t get GPI to like it any other way – ho hum!), but it’s still complaining about the category and tag links on the single product page. I’ve tried increasing the padding, but it has to be at such a point, it just looks ridiculous, so is there a way to turn this off for mobile (ie; below a certain viewport width?)

I’m just a new user of the Pinnacle Premium theme, but maybe this can point you in the right direction. There are logo settings, both under Theme Options > Site Header and under Theme Options > Logo Options. The logo used, depends on whether use a transparent header or not – I think… I got a logo to display, when set under the Logo Options menu.

Slider looks fine on a pc and mobile but the homepage slider on the tablet only shows arrows or text intermittently. I thought the tablet would be set as a mobile slider but I think it isn’t. It appears to be semi parallax which means the images break up if you try to scroll down the page

I created a staff page, and I’m very happy with it. However, when I click on a staff picture, I’m directed to a “not found” page.
I would like to learn, how to use the staff feature properly for future use – but in this case, I’d would like to disable the “details link” all together, since I don’t enter any staff details besides a phone number that is shown as an excerpt on the staff page anyway. Did that make sense?
The issue is on my dev site and on my trial site where I imported the demo-data: *Login to see link
