Virtue Premium blank homepage

The Virtue Premium 2.8.9 version is causing the homepage to go to a blank screen. I contacted my Web host provider because some scripting issues also occurred. These have been corrected. However when they reactivated the theme, they are still getting a blank screen. My website tech support says it may be that the theme is incompatible with some of the plugins and to contact theme author since they do not provide support for third party plugins or themes.
This is rather urgent since my site has not been fully operative for 3 days. Appreciate your help and quick resolution of this issue. Virtue basic theme is currently active and running with no problems.
