Hello. I know this is a beginner question, but I can’t figure it out. I’m trying to post my first blog, and every time I view the blog page to see my post there is this huge widget with a pencil icon. When I click that, it take me to a page that says “sorry that page cannot be found.” Underneath that widget is my post. But why is that there in the first place?

How can I add a “continue shopping button” to my Cart Page in Virtue Theme.

I have set up a child theme and I added a functions.php file. I added this code:

add_action( ‘woocommerce_after_cart_table’, ‘kad_keepshopping’, 40 );
function kad_keepshopping() {
echo ‘<p class=”return-to-shop”>‘.__(‘Return To Shop’, ‘woocommerce’ ).’</p>’;
}

but it did not work.

Currently I have a main portfolio page named “portfolio” and several portfolio-types which are the name of the state where my photo was taken

The way my permalinks are set on settings currently set up is /%category%/%postname%/ …

My permalinks look like this :

Permalink: *Login to see link

What I would like to do is replace %category% with the %xxxxx% for portfolio-type which would make the permalink more descriptive such as:

Permalink: *Login to see link

Hi, I have a “photography” page that is a portfolio grid, each portfolio is a different photographer (only have two right now). There is a drop down menu from the photography link that list the photographers. How do I get them to link to the individual portfolios? Like when you click on the portfolio from the grid page it takes you to their portfolio but that is not one of my pages that i can link to from my main navigation menu. Best I can do is set up a gallery on their page but it will not look the same as when you click on their portfolio from the grid page. Here is the photography page link, if you click on a portfolio it takes you to the page that I would like to link to from the drop down menu in main navigation. I guess to simplify my question, how do I get one individual portfolio to display on a page that I can link to from the main Navigation menu and not just from the grid page?

On the shop page the product items are coming in one at a time which is very odd. This behavior started after the latest updates of Virtue (2.8.3) and Woo (2.2.11). This only affects the shop pages; the portfolio pages are fine and come in smoothly.

I have tested things, deactivated all the plugins but Woo*, and the problem persists. Took out all the custom CSS snips and Function.php changes and still no fix to the problem.
*(The site doesn’t work without WooCommerce active.)
Note, no cache is active at this time.

I have glanced over the support forums on Woo and no one has reported anything similar, but will continue to search further.

This affects this site only, I have another one, different theme, but with almost identical plugins along with Woo and even after the updates it doesn’t have this problem and is free of the throttling of the shop pages.

I made customizations on that theme and later created a child theme after reading that it was best to do this in order to retain your customizations. After I created the child theme, I updated to the premium version of Virtue. I later realized that I probably should have started out that way and created the child theme on the get go. I updated the style.css in the child theme folder to read: /*

I got a fatal error and could not get back into my site. I contacted my web hosting company and they got me back into the site using a default theme. I changed my theme back to the child theme and I am able to use my site however the functions associated with the premium theme are not there and I have no idea how to get them or use them as long as I have the child theme activated. I am also afraid at this point to update or upgrade any of the theme. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I need to use the language quicktags to differentiate the videocontent in the page/post of my new website where I use mqTranslate.
Is it possible you make available this option in Pinnacle? Simply, I mean to use different videos or other content for different language in the video embed code box and other shortcode boxes.
So far, I tested and it is not possible, Quicktags are not recognized. mqTranslate is working with your plugin/theme almost with no issue, so this option could give advantage to many users.

Comme ce sont des affiches de théâtre elles ne peuvent pas être carrées, c’est pourquoi j’ai mis 4 colonnes.
– J’aimerais qu’elles soient au centre
– (Pour l’instant) Comme il n’y en a que deux, j’aimerai plus d’espace entre les deux. (quand il y en aura plus ce ne sera plus un problème)
– Si possible qu’elles soient un tout petit peu plus large (400 x 280), même si pour cela je dois les mettre sur 3 colonnes.

Y-a-t’il un CSS personalisé qui peut résoudre ces problème?

Re Portfolo Category Grid in Virtue theme – the portfolio grid page format is working fine, but when I change page format to Portfolio Category Grid nothing displays. Have set featured images for Category Types but still nada. Want to use portfolio categories as way of managing a library of video content that I’ll post using portfolio entries. Can’t find anything on forum. Your help would be appreciated.

If I put the header name in one language (finnish) it´s the same in english homepage.

I´m using WPML and tried to fix the problem with WPML String Translation in the [virtue_premium]blog_title as follows:
I put the header name in english and translated it in there in finnish. It didn´t work. How come?
Is there another way to do it?

hello, i know this isnt directly related to the theme, but i have created a page that relies heavily on anchor tags. if you would like to see it, it is at http://www.renewyourmind.tv/ministries

on the ministries tab on the top, you will see that i have all of the options such as “children, high school and adults” and they all link to the spot hey are supposed to, the only problem i am having is that they seem to be cutting off the titles at the top.

is there a way i can add a padding to the top of the anchors? or is there another way you recommend i approach this?
