Hi does anyone have a quick fix for products not showing up in the categories on the shop page? I have checked the obvious, i.e. stock numbers and price etc, i cant see any reason why they are not showing. Any suggestions and would be much appreciated,

Hey Cory, paste it in your custom css box in theme options > custom css.
It doesn’t look like you have an image in your header in the page you linked to? Is that the one you were referring to?

Where does one add this css? I’m having the same problem so I added this code to the style.css located in “public_html/wp-content/themes/pinnacle_premium”. Accomplished nothing. Also, unlike any other page, when I replace the header image with my own image it will not stretch across the page like all my other pages (although they are not set to do so right now).

Greetings. The question may be too simple but I am not able to locate the exact solution so pls help me out.
I am trying to create a portfolio under another portfolio i.e in a parent-child manner.

For example the main portfolio/Gallery page will have 4 folders and each one of them will have folders/ or sub folders under which Image thumbnails will be shown. It is a kind of TREE Branching Structure.How can we achieve that. Any help will be much appreciated ?

GREAT Theme. Though I find creating a common Blog Post Format I want to use a bit tedious if I have to make it with Page Builder every time. Is there a way I can save a layout…or make a Clone?

I just upgraded from the free version of Virtue. The staff grid page template does not seem to have the options as outlined in the documentation. I can create a page. I can select staff grid as a template. But the staff grid options are not available. What am I doing wrong?

I am using the Virtue Premium Theme – I have set up a contact form however when I go into test the form after entering name and tabing to the email address an error pops up and the email field disappears.

I have set up the page with the contact template. Any help is appreciated.

I studied the past forum topics, and ideas from the slider documentation, but I cannot come through on this 3 questions:

The above page contains a one-slide rev slider. And I try to figure out the best way to put buttons with link on it.
As you see, i used Pinnacle shortcodes for buttons (Textlinkwithshortcode, Newbuttontest). They are quite good, but too small. I would like to have them bigger and with bigger, and bold fonts.

2.
From this point of view, the other solution, using button-like text is better, and I like it, except, that no matter, what text color I define, it always orange. (See the TextWithLink “button”).

3.
The last I test is to insert a Getresponse form to the slider. It seemed to work on the slider view, but it does not work on the page view. Any experience with this?

Hi,

It was to a screenshot…

Here I have created a page with the google map pro plugin on it

As you can see the map plugin that’s part of your theme works great (i haven’t got a problem with it – it displays both maps, all required markers etc) BUT when the client wants to add more depots they won’t be able to…as 4 is the limit. Hence why I started looking elsewhere. The WP Google map plugin looked very promising AND can display multiple maps but it’s just displaying so weirdly!!

Any help you can offer is greatly appreeciated – or if there’s a way to increase the markers on the virtue google map one???

no maam, it isnt fixed yet. perhaps i didnt explain myself correctly.

what i am doing is adding tags into the page such as follows:

now, when clicking on the link that leads to http://www.renewyourmind.tv/ministries/#young-adults , it leads directly to this link.. the only problem is that the link aligns to the absolute top of the page… with this happening, it tends to cut off the titles to be not fully viewable.

so, what i was hoping was that there was some form of css that i can write that will apply a padding of approximately 20px to the top of the tag so that the entire element will be in view once it is clicked on.

i cant seem to write an appropriate css code though…

Hey Lily,
So the header style your using is the basic with shrink (you control on the theme options > main settings page). The way the shrink works is by changing the height and line height as your scroll. The line height for the menu is suppposed to be the height of the header because it’s what keeps the menu items in the middle. So there really isn’t a great way to make the menu items stay centered in your header and not have a line height the height of your header.

This is only a thing with the shrink header. If your using a standard header it’s different and the line height is different. Whith that siad I’ll try to help you set your header how you want with some advice. First you don’t need hannah’s css above so you can remove this from your custom css box:

.kad-header-style-three #nav-main ul.sf-menu > li > a {
height: 115px !important;
}

then add this css in your them options > advanced settings. I’m guessing what you want so if it’s not right just respond here with some feedback.

Your woocomerce products can have categories. Once you make a category you can link to that category page.

1. “virtue Google Map widget more than once on a page the maps won’t display” – no the virtue map widget will show multiple. I only linked to where the author of the plugin your trying to use posts that the free one only shows one.

2. I only see the virtue widget on your site? I am not the developer of the plugin your trying to use and I’ve not ever used it so I can’t tell you what the problem might be, if you set up a page with it I might be able to see something in the code. Right now your only other link is to an admin edit of a post??

Hey, in appearance > menus you can add a custom link menu item to your menu and paste in the url for the single portfolio page and just label it whatever you like. If you don’t see the links option you may need to select it from the screen options in the top right of the page.

that totally worked, great! we have the portfolio now linked to the Visions page. One more question. Is it possible to have sections in the shop, or will it all be one page? if you take a look here, we have banners for the different sections, when you just click on Shop:
