Contact Form Error Message

I am using the Virtue Premium Theme – I have set up a contact form however when I go into test the form after entering name and tabing to the email address an error pops up and the email field disappears.
I have set up the page with the contact template. Any help is appreciated.
Contact in under “About” dropdown.
