Thank you! everything worked!
I just have two last questions for you, if you don’t mind.
1)
The shop images, for some reason, sometimes go outside their thumbnail. Sometimes some images are higher than the others. Is there a way to lock the size so that every thumbnail is the same? I’ve used the aspect ration under shop settings ( Portrait 3:4), but a few of the photos will not stick to that ratio(I’ve tried regenerating the thumbnails).2)
I want to have the shop grid on the front page also, like the product gallery feature, but I don’t want it in a slide show, I just want it in a regular grid. For now I’ve used the “woo commerce products” Which generates a list, and I’ve just stylized that. However with this I loose the “shop now” button that displays on hover, and since I can’t reach the html setup I’ll have to put that in with javascript if I want it there. I just though that would be messy and was wondering if you had a better suggestion ?Thank you so much for all your help!
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Use bootstrap col-xs-
Hey Ben,
So I want to be able to build the page like I have it now but with html and CSS and an image.
I was trying to just use the text editor and build the page with just html and bootstrap css but it looks like the container on the website prevents it from being able to use the col-xs- class so it doesn’t collapse. let me know what you think.

December 1, 2014 at 11:04 pm #23978Hey,
You can add a script right below the text that you added for the filter. In the category page, one you click edit you can select how the header should look.

December 1, 2014 at 11:00 pm #23977Hey,
are you working in pagebuilder? Or the theme shortcode column options? Or something else? Are you wanting to effect all or just one particular column? Can you post a link.

Hi there! Thank you!
I can’t send a link, because the design is on my local server, however I managed to do it myself with your method. My only problem is
that now the filter will not switch class when they are clicked on ( so they won’t look active) but the filtering works.I can write the script to change the class on click myself but I need to know where to put the script in the files.
Also, how do I remove the headerslider on the category shop page, for some reason that is the only place I can’t remove it.
Thank you!
In forum: Pinnacle ThemeHey, Ben! I am new in wordpress and not very familiar with coding so sorry for maybe stupid question, but I would like to know how to add a hyperlink to “Browse” text layer in revolution slider? (the same as it is in Pinnacle premium demo page). Without loosing hover effect and font style.
In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Multiple Blog Categories
Im using the Blog Post shortcode on my main page and i want it to pick up multiple categories of posts (post, instagram), the reason I want to do this is to stop updates category from showing up as it is in the Whats New.. section.
When I put [blog_posts items=”3″ orderby=”date” cat=”post, instagram”] it does not pull the second type.
Any ideas?

December 1, 2014 at 2:30 pm #23953So by using pagebuilder or a widget area is it opens up more options then are reasonable in the home page layout options. And using pagebuilder makes adding other modules fairly easy. Have you seen this? https://www.kadencewp.com/using-page-builder-virtue-premium/

December 1, 2014 at 2:00 pm #23948Hi, site’s almost ready to go live, thank you.
Referring to Frank’s picture again, I would like #1 to stay on the page and #2 and #3 to go way. Different code?
Thank you,
Luke

Very nice. Just what I needed. I got confused with widgets vs. sidebars. Thanks for your help.
But I had to place <h3 class=”hometitle”> into the text widget to get the same layout for title caption.
I think it would be much easier (and logical as well) to place another “newest” element into the homepage layout manager. In forum: Pinnacle ThemeIn reply to: Featured Image Size

In forum: Virtue ThemeThanks Ben, but I don’t think I made myself clear.
I am not creating the galleries from scratch – I already have these, and they are generated by my Photo Seller plugin. I can use the gallery page code, [WPS_photo_gallery id=”11″] for example, to insert the page into the portfolio post, but it is sitting alongside the featured image, like this. What I want, is to insert the gallery code into the portfolio page, and have it display like this. The Photo Sell plug-in is great, but the gallery page isn’t anywhere near as attractive as your Portfolio page!
Hope I am making sense.
Thanks

December 1, 2014 at 10:02 am #23931Hey,
So just like you can add best selling products you can also add a home widget area… then go to your home widget area on your widgets page. Add a text widget with the shortcode. This has nothing to do with a sidebar.
Have you see this: https://www.kadencewp.com/creating-a-home-page-with-virtue/

In forum: Virtue ThemeDecember 1, 2014 at 9:48 am #23926Hey,
in the portfolio post options. Under project layout choose three rows.
Under project options, choose none.Add your gallery right in the page content using the wordpress add media button, then select create gallery.

I run a ebook publishing company and want to switch to a new them (yours)
And of course I want the very newest ebook/products to show on the start page.
It’s nice to have best selling products and recommended products. But I would – as I said – prefer newest products as well.
JuergenIn forum: Virtue ThemeHi Hannah,
Here is the link: http://www.ckingsensors.com
Could you please comment on the following:
1- Icon menu size : as in my original posting. I would like to have the same size for all icons independent of the length of the text in each box.
2- Revolution slider on the home page: The revolution slider seems to be attached to the bottom of the secondary menu. How I can put a boundary between them or move the slider a few px down?
3- Footer hight: It also looks like the footer height is too high and I would like to reduce the height of it.
Thanks a lot,
JayIn forum: Virtue ThemeOK, I’ve made some progress with this and have managed to include my Sales gallery into the post. However, when I click on the portfolio image link, (the featured image that was set in the portfolio post), my gallery opens with the featured image displaying prominently. Is there any way that I can set the featured image but not have it show when the portfolio page is accessed?
This is what I am getting:http:
This is what I want to achieve:
Thanks
