Hey,
In your home page you seem to have the featured product carousel enabled. But your site doesn’t have woocommerce enabled… You can’t have featured products without woocommerce. You need to enabled the woocommerce plugin or remove the featured products carousel on your home page.
Ben
i try all browser all the time and i refresh with CTRL+F5 to load the page without cache

Is there any way to add a wishlist to the virtue theme or know of a good plugin for this? I would like to add a wishlist and maybe a add to compare link somewhere near the add to cart button. I see that some themes offer this, but I am not sure which plugins they are including. If you go here and go to a product page, you will see what I mean about both the wishlist, add to compare, as well as the social sharing all near the add to cart button. *Login to see link
Thanks!
I would like to add share links for Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, etc. on my product pages. It would be great to put them somewhere in the short description area, under the title or under the add to cart button. Anyway, I tried to use an icon shortcode for Pinterest and I couldnt get anything to show up. Is there a good way to do this? It is really vital to have the share buttons on the products and to have them pick up the main product image, if possible. Any help or direction would be fantastic! Thanks!
Hi,
Im a WordPress beginner and this has been a wonderful theme. But last week I did some updates. Now some pointed out the icon menu doesn’t show up any more. On the homepage it’s setup to show the top bar menu, company logo, Rev Slider, Icon Menu, Events Products and then the Footer.
Some how something went wrong. Now the home page only shows the top bar, logo and the rev slider and the rest of the page is blank.
Page is at: http://www.mililanitown.org
Please need some help.
Thanks
Michael
Yes I did. For some reason the home page only can be displayed on full width. Even when I set a normal home page (not the shop) I can’t set de sidebar.
Hello,
how can i remove this: *Login to see link
from this page: *Login to see link
If I try to edit the page I don’t see anything that can help me: *Login to see link
Thanks.
That isn’t a theme thing. That is how woocommerce is set up. The section where it tells you your total on the checkout page isn’t supposed to be editable.

I suggest just using the home slider options in the theme options, rather then adding in pagebuilder. The one thing with hannans css is it will effect all your pagebuilder rows.
Ben
Hey,
a. You can use pagebuilder to add a widget to a page, or a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/widgets-on-pages/
b. You can’t mix that isn’t how the widget works.
Ben
You can use the Kadence Slider for the home page. assuming your wanting to hide the header, footer etc.
You can use the theme options to add a static background to the body tag. You can add body {background-size: cover !important;} to force the stretch, or you can experiment with a plugin like this:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/full-screen-background-images/

Hi,
I am trying to find out how to edit the newsletter placement so it is more centerized on my front page. Right now it just looks out of place.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I mean the menu bar with Worpress logo,…

If you have problems with parallax – you should also check your page template set to “Fullwidth” like in this tut’s step1 https://www.kadencewp.com/using-page-builder-virtue-premium/

Is it possible to have the blog category/archive grid align each grid element to the left instead of the right?

Hey,
It’s doesn’t align by side right or left. It aligns by height… or depth down the page. It’s a masonry style so its looking to fit each piece together. Since your third post isn’t as tall as your first and second post on the page the fourth goes below the third because that places it at the highest point in the page.
You can make it so the posts are all the same size then it would align left. But that would mean you would have to set a min height on the posts and it wouldn’t give you the masonry layout.

Thanks for the feedback Ben. I’ll work on the excerpt lengths if that’s the case and try to make them fit that way.

Ben,
I’d like to give it a try (setting the min height on the post to get a consistent layout). How would I do this?

Also, could I set a min width?

Ben, I reposted this as the first one I marked as resolved. Unsure if you’re flagged about those so I thought I repost in the event you’re not.

Hi Ben,
Can you help me to fetch the default virtue’s product gallery(thumbnail pictures) plugin in products page? I am currently using this(WooCommerce Dynamic Gallery LITE) plugin but didn’t work out with variable products. like choosing different colors and different sizes.
thanks,
Benny
Have managed to find a way to do question a) by using Page Builder to import the cloud tag widget. Would still appreciate help on whether product and post tags can be amalgamated.
Thanks
Geraldine
Hi,
Please can you tell me
a)how I can place a tag cloud on a page/post rather than in a sidebar?
b) is it possible to get product and post tags to display together rather than in separate clouds?
many thanks for your help
Geraldine
Try going into your shop edit page. You should see sidebar options (if not select it from screen options in the top right corner). There you can choose whether or not to display a sidebar.
Hey Eugene, are you still not seeing it? It should be in your dashboard. You may need to refresh the page.
