In theme options > shop settings you need to have Enable Product Image Aspect Ratio on product Page set to off. Does that work?

Love this theme!
I am trying to get the “browse” button on the shop page slide header to scroll the page down just below the header so that products will be visible (on-page scroll down).
As the page is a woocommerce page I can not place an anchor just below the header.
Using the “Easy Smooth Scroll Links” plugin.

Any ideas?

Love this theme!

Hey, Can you go over the steps? You installed the theme? Then built your site? Then randomly it’s a white page? did you import anything, activate, update?

Hey, you need to set your page template to fullwidth. And in theme options > home layout make sure you haven’t selected the sidebar layout.

Hi Ben,
I tried doing that in the WP settings… had played with it myself already, but double checked and tried again and it still didn’t change anything :(. Is there something else I may have turned off that is stopping me from being able to send the full content feed? If I have the tag in the template as {!rss_item_description} it sends emails to inbox just fine with the beginning of the blog post and the read me link to click on. When I change the description part to content as they say, that part of the e-mail simply becomes a blank page.
Any ideas?

1. In the settings > reading. Make sure you don’t have a page selected as the latest posts page.
3. It’s only supposed to apply to smaller screens. Which is what you wanted right?
4. That is built with a plugin so you would need to use the plugin settings to make it responsive. The theme doesn’t control it. You can contact the plugin developer if you don’t know how to get the responsive format.

1. I chose a fullwidht page (even set it to sidebar and changed it back) but that doesn’t seem to work…

3. This command doesn’t seem to work (i put it in the general CSS). Also when I set the height to a lot to see if it works nothing seems to change

4. I also have the pic of the day on my Homepage, but on mobile it seems to get squeezed together (small and ugly). Is there also a possibility to change the look of this on mobile?

Hey,
1. You need to set a default shipping address to your store address, that way it will show the cash on pickup option before the customer adds there address.

2. You shouldn’t every hit back space after making an order to reorder. You should use the reorder button on the review page.

Hi Team!
I have a problem with checkout page.
The situation is as follows:
1. Default country for checkout is defined;
2. Cash on delivery method of payment is enabled within woocommerce;
3. Cash on delivery method is bound to a delivery method within woocommerce; and
4. Both payment and delivery methods are available for the default country.
The problem is:
When a customer goes to the checkout page, he or she sees the message “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements” until address is not input. It seems that the script order review does not receive payment gateway information, however I do not know scripts logic and structure well to solve this issue by myself.
After I input address – the cash on delivery method is available on the checkout page. However if I press BACK in browser and try to place the same order once more, I get a message “Fatal error: Call to a member function set_current() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/u0022350.plsk.regruhosting.ru/httpdocs/newliberator.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout/review-order.php on line 125”
When I enable a banking card payment method – this method is available on the checkout page without any problems.

Could you please help mw with this issue? I have broken my mind with that.

Hey so if the plugin adds a page template then you would need to use a child theme to fix the template. You would need to talk with the developer about how they are adding that template and how you can override it in a child theme.

This plugin in addition to general purpose (bulk uploading photos to catalog) can protect category by password.
Problem: when user click on password-protected category he is redirecting to page with field for password without any formatting.
How I can keep formatting of your template on page with password field? Or this is only on plugin developer side?

I hava a contact form at the bottom of the page. I want to split the contact form from the main text area, so that we can see a bit of the background image in between.

I believe I neeed to do some modifications to the content-single.php template page, but I’m not able to do it without destroying the sidebar.
