    It works fine on the post page but not the Blog Template page.

    So you’ve selected the blog grid template under page attributes? And under sidebar options you’ve selected yes, show and chosen a sidebar? If this is the case and it’s still not updating I would try deactivating plugins and see if that doesn’t fix something.

    Hey, so just to be clear- when you publish new blog posts they don’t show up on your blog page? Have you set it to show all blog posts and not just certain categories?

    1. For the home page you set up how the header works in the home slider tab of the theme options. The very first option is “Place behind Header” and that needs to be on.

    2. You have two logos to set, one which will show when the slider of page title image is behind the header area. “transparent header logo” and one which will show when you scroll or when the header is set to not be transparent. It looks like you only have one set, You need to set the logo on the “site header” tab of the theme options.

    3. Features news is the default title for the custom carousel module. Which is part of the theme options > home layout manager.

    You can’t force the footer to the bottom of all pages without using css that defines a height for the footer (which wouldn’t work for a responsive design and widget area that can be whatever size needed). You misunderstand how html coding works in a responsive environment. Making it default wouldn’t work and it’s smart development.

    Hi! Just wondering why when I turn on the transparent header so the pic goes all the way up, it’s not working. I still have the white bar along the top edge of my pages. http://www.jhollywooddesigns.com

    Also, I have my logo set, but it shows up on some pages, but not on the homepage and some others.

    I also can’t figure out what the “featured news” item is at the top center of my homepage. I checked and played around with the Homepage Layout, but there isn’t anything called featured news. Thanks!

    Okay, I will try to use this.

    But do not you think this should be defaule in the theme.

    I mean the footer area, even it only has the copy right part, should be bottom of all pages?

    So using the css I provided above you can have the footer on the bottom of your page.

    Your footer height is 88px so you would change the padding in the css above:

    padding-bottom: 88px !important;

    Hi Ben,

    I have created a live page for you to check this.
    http://www.translationwindow.com/3304-2/

    The content of the page may be small as you so, and no widgets in the footer.

    This leads the footer to raise and disclose the body color, I have marked it as yellow just for illustration.

    I think the footer should be the last part to appear in the page what evern the volume of the page content.

    please check it.

    Did you read “If you haven’t already do so you should go through all the steps in the setup first” right at the top of the main hybrid page?

    Have you gone to the “setup” page and set the plugin up? Have you tested using a different theme?

    1. You can add this for the slider:

    .fredcarousel .portfolio_item .flex-direction-nav a:before {
    line-height: 20px;
    }
    .fredcarousel .portfolio_item .flex-direction-nav a:before {
    font-family: virtue_icons;
    font-size: 8px;
    line-height: 20px;
    }
    .flex-direction-nav a {
    height: 35px;
    margin: -18px 0 0;
    border-radius: 50%;
    }
    .flex-direction-nav a:before {
    line-height: 36px;
    }

    2. You have set your footer to be fixed. This allows for pages with no content to still force the footer to the bottom. But you’ve changed the height of your footer and have not updated the css to reflect that.

    Change the section that has this:
    element.style {
    }

    @media
    (min-width: 992px) {
    html body.wide #wrapper.container {
    min-height: 100%;
    position: relative;
    padding-bottom: 95px !important;
    }
    }

    to have a padding bottom of 135px.

    Hello there 🙂

    Is it possible to change my next,previous buttons in portfolio section with posts that contain sliders ? The current one is a rectangle and I’d much rather see a circle like it is on my home page in revolytion slider, my page is http://www.rasinskiart.pl.

    Besides, do you know how to set my top margin in the footer. Current distance is set by the contents in page builder, but I cannot do it with my blog site and I don’t really know how to do it through the footer css, and I’ve tried houndrets of ways, and none of them worked…

    Cheers

    Hi Ben,

    When I do not have a much content in the page and footer, the Body Background color appears by the end of the screen after the footer.

    As per theme options, this should show off if the boxed layout is choose, but this is not used in Pinaccle.

    How can I hide the Body Background so it does not appear if no content in footer and less on page content.

    I will send you a screen shot about it.

    Thanks

    I just purchased the premium theme, and am having issues doing some basic things.
    For instance, I can’t add a logo. When I click on “Upload” next to the “Logo” field in Main Settings, i don’t get a pop up or anything to select an image.

    Same issue when using the Revolutionary Slider – if I click “new slide” after creating a slider, nothing happens. No pop up, no new page, etc.

    Another example – when I go under “Portfolio Slider Images” on a Porfolio page and click Add Images, I just get a blank popup page that says “Add Images to Gallery” but with no ability to select any images.

    I’ve tried both in Firefox and Chrome, and same problem in both..

    Any suggestions?

    I dont know why my icon menu images in the home page are always disappearing?

    Please help to identify the problem and the permanent solution to it!

    Thanks.

    #19562

    1. It depends on where you want an icon, if you just want to add one to a page you can click the “virtue shortcodes” button and add choose icon in the drop down.

    If you want to add to a menu you can see tutorial here: https://www.kadencewp.com/add-icons-to-your-menu-virtue-theme/

    Looking at your site though you have an error with your url:
    Redirect at origin ‘http://clown4hire.co.uk’ has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘http://www.clown4hire.co.uk’ is therefore not allowed access.

    That means your dns shows your site using a www but your settings in wordpress doesn’t have a www and that causes errors. You will have to fix or add an allow cross origin resources in your htaccess server files. Your hosting company should be able to help you with that.

    2. The bottom portfolio carousel uses square images, it would require that you edit the theme code to change that.

    Hey for clarity, you can’t use pagebuilder to create the page then click on the text or visual tabs and edit. It won’t save, if you need to edit you have to do it in the pagebuilder tab if your using pagebuilder on the page.

    First, for some reason I can’t get icons working. Where and how do I add the icon I want?

    Second I using the Bottom Portfolio Carousel on each portfolio page and they are not showing the pull picture .. cut if off. Is there a way to correct this?
