Vertical alignment can be tricky in a responsive environment. But looking at your site it would go you a lot of good if you adding padding in the row styling. You can center the content with it. Just click the row styling button in pagebuilder and add some top padding.

    Hello :
I have set up my portfolio items. I have created a page with the Portfolio Category Grid and assigned my items to it. However, I cannot see the portfolio items on the page and the category filter is only visible when I hover over the area. What am I missing? See page here

To clarify: I want to display the very same 5 products in a sticky order. Currently the products are displayed in random order at the homepage of my website.

Hi, I need to set up the portfolio carousel items on my front page to click through to a page rather than the portfolio post. I have used the free version of Virtue to do this in the past, but the feature does not seem to be available in the premium version. Can you help me please? Thanks, Neil

When you update from the free theme your widgets have to be set for the premium theme. You just have to move your widgets to the right spot on your appearance > widgets page.

There is a couple things happening on mobile, and I wanted to see if you have a solution for them:
    1. When I click to view Portfolio page, the “Filter Projects” appear as a button to view the portfolio types. However, by default, the first line of portfolio types also appear. I’d rather hide this first line and only show “Filter Projects”.

    Hello,

    Sample Portfolio
On the above page the feature image is being cropped off at the top and bottom. On the larger modal version the image is not being cropped off. Is there a recommended size for a feature image, to keep it from being cropped.

    Regards
    Padrin

Hi Ben! I had the same problem with my portfolio permalinks, and I fixed it as you described (deleting the settings in theme options). Now the permalinks are technically set up right (set to http://briannadasilva.com/portfolio/portfolio-item-name/), but whenever I click on an item in my portfolio, I get this error:

    “Not Found
Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist.
It looks like this was the result of either:

    • a mistyped address
    • an out-of-date link”

Weird thing is… I have a link to one of my portfolio items from the slider on my home page (http://briannadasilva.com/). When I click on that link, it sends me to that portfolio item, and the page displays correctly, but with this link set-up instead: http://briannadasilva.com/?portfolio=demo-reel-2014 (The ugly setup I had before I changed my site’s overall permalinks.)

How can I fix this? It seems the theme understands what the portfolio permalinks are supposed to look like, but the actual files haven’t updated. Is this an .htaccess fix, perhaps?

Thanks so much for your help!

Looks like you have version 1.0.1 and there is an update for 1.0.4
That update has a fix for this is IE

You should be able to update by going to the wordpress > updates page and updating the theme.

What is the size of your screen? because if you had the slider showing as large as your background image then you would have to be on a screen smaller then 1040px?

Either way if you want to have a slider that covers the width of your screen (different then page) then you need an image around 1800 – 2000px wide to cover larger screens and you should use the Kadence, revolution or cyclone slider.

Can you post a link to your page?

I’m seeing the full image? And it’s lining up with the page width?
Have you tried clearing your cache?

    Hi,
In products > category we can upload an image (thumbnail).
Can this be displayed anywhere eg on the product pages that are within that category?

I’ve discovered that the sidebar pages widget is styled differently than the visual editor pages widget. An example of the sidebar pages widget can be found on this page. I am using page builder mode with visual editor widgets on this page, and you can see that my pages list style is different than the pages sidebar widget.

My question is, how do I style the visual editor pages widget to match the sidebar pages widget styles (ie: no bullets in the list, same margins and bottom borders, etc)?
