Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I tried logging in to your website but I was not able to – https://share.getcloudapp.com/8Luk8Zn4. Within the Ascend Premium Theme Options, go to Default Title Options and turn OFF the Enable Text transform “uppercase” for page title and Enable Text transform “uppercase” for page subtitle options to remove the uppercase styling.
Here’s a screen recording for your reference – https://share.getcloudapp.com/Jru12w4G.
Hope this helps and let us know if we can assist you further.
Regards,
Karla
Hi there,
I would like to have a very simple layout something like this site. Please see the menu and footer as well as blog post layout.
Having said that, I would like to have sidebar for some pages and no sidebar for some (like the pages that theme uses).
I did check some of the starter themes but they have a lot of bells and whistles (which is good for those looking for them) but I couldn’t find a simple blank theme to start from. Please help.
Hi,
Thanks for reaching out. These settings should pull from your product archive page. Is this not the case for you? Can you post a link?
Kindly,
Hannah
Hello
How can i only keep stars and disable texte
For exemple disable this text: Rate based on 5 customers rate
Thanks
Hey,
Thanks for reaching out! You can certainly create your own blog page. Just link to it from your menu as you would for any other page. I’m not sure I understand what you mean by using Kadence elements. Can you elaborate?
Kindly,
Hannah
Hi,
When using the tab block it jumps down the page when the tabs are clicked on?
Thanks
Darren
Hi. Going a bit further from an earlier post of mine:
I want a consistent site structure using Kadence Theme paid version. This is my idea right now, also illustrated in the attached image:
– The basis of every “section” on any page is a Row Layout. All content is inside such section.
– Content could be text, images, advanced blocks, more Row Layout blocks, …
– The padding values (especially right and left) are set in the “base” Row Layout blocks
First question: Is this good practice?
Second question: If I later need to change the padding for all the “base” Row Layout blocks, I have to do it manually for each block or by using custom CSS, right? Neither solution would be optimal.
Any tips are valued.
Hi
I’m using Virtue Premium theme for the site in question:
I have a Testimonial page which populates from the special testimonial post type.
I would also like to add a specific testimonial from this set to a page like a portfolio. It would be really useful if I can just select or insert one of the specific testimonials relating to a given client in the portfolio page.
Is there a short-code that will let me do this? I don’t think the Kad Testimonial Block will let me do this without manually filling in the info.
Thanks
Tim

Hi, Hannah and Gang!
How to remove call caps on Page Title and subtitle?
I tried this… didn’t work…
Then I tried this snippet…
.page_head_title.top-contain-title.entry-title {
font-variant: capitalize;
text-transform: none;
}
That doesn’t work either. 😉
Your suggestions?
Thank you
Pamela
I have a major problem with my portfolio grid pages like this:
When I open this page in mobile safari the page doesn’t show any of the portfolio entries.
On my Mac I can switch the user agent when I’m on the page with Safari. Mac Safari does work, switching to user agent “Safari – iOS 13.3.1 – iPhone” the entries are gone.
What I found so far, that the portfolio page shows errors in jquery! Even the submenu doesn’t work and the navigation when I open an image on one of the portfolio pages. So it seems jquery is broken!
But on the main page *Login to see link to/en/ I don’t have any problems on mobile safari.
What could be wrong?
Hi Hannah,
Thanks a lot for your response!
With regards to the footer not being responsive, I don’t have that problem on my other sites (e.g. https://www.start24.nl/). I’d just choose a max footer width (in the theme builder), ensuring it matches the content on the page and the header. So it wouldn’t be a static value that applies everywhere, it’s just a maximum.
I’m not too familiar with CSS and media queries, so for now I’ll just leave this be then.
I figured that the link colors are pulling from the palette… but is there a way to override that for specific instances? As with certain background colors these links would be poorly visible.

It would’ve been nice to ask how he resolved the issue so people with similar problems can resolve it instead of landing on this page with no explanation on how the issue was resolved. I am having a similar issue even though Kadence and RankMath Breadcrumbs feature were properly set up.

Hi Ben,
Maybe you can point me in the right direction here.
I am using beaver themer and their sticky and shrink header. But for some reason when used with kadence theme the Shrink action is delayed until after you scroll past the header area and on my pages the header area is pretty tall.
Any Ideas?
Jeremy
I’m not sure if this is a Theme, Blocks, or Gutenberg Question.
It’s obvious when styling a page in Gutenberg if I have the “Desktop’ icon selected that’s available to be selected the styling will
‘flow down’, that is the same styling will apply to Tablet and Mobile.
I’m wondering, when selecting Mobile icon, will the style Only be for Mobile and not Tablet and Desktop?
Hello, I’ve posted before about a similar accordion issue, but this is a new and more severe version of the issue that has recently appeared on a number of our websites.
Here is the first example—these are built using SiteOrigin with shortcodes. When we click on any closed accordions, the entire page scrolls to the top navigation menu. When we close an accordion, the entire page scrolls below the whole accordion section:
Here is the second example—these are built using SiteOrigin with Ascend: Tabs & Accordions. When we click on any closed accordions, the entire page scrolls to the top navigation menu:
Can you please advise how to fix these issues? Thank you!
It had effect on the button!
It did not seem to work for the tab on the “start here” page, strangely enough

Hi John,
You can set a page background from Customize > Page Layout > Design > Default Page Layout. There isn’t an option for this image to pull from the feature image. If you’re wanting a different page background image for specific pages you would need to do this with css. Let me know if you would like to go that route and need guidance.
Kindly,
Hannah
Hi guys!
The theme settings for search results page has no effect to the result page, where is only products. Also woo cateogry archive settings won’t affect there at all.
1. I want to have my sidebar in the product search results page
2. The results page is missing Title area, but that one I covered with Elements layout hooked to the product search page
I am quite familiar with Kadence Pro, built over 15 sites with it (and over 150 sites total with WP). This particular woo site is under maintenance so I can’t link it.
But in general my question is, where am I supposed to edit the product search results page??
Thank you in advance.
