Okay, that’s what I thought, but, I wanted to make sure.
Also, if I turn on SEO on the Virtue Theme, will it make any changes to existing products?
I have All In One SEO now, but, it is getting over ridden by the Woo Product page settings, and I want to do custom SEO Title and Meta description for each Product page, will I be able to do that with Virtue SEO?
Thanks

August 6, 2014 at 10:54 pm #14689Hey,
When posting, you can create a new topic by scrolling to the bottom of the forum page.As for changing the height you can add this to your custom css box:
.topbarmenu ul li a { font-size: 11px; line-height: 20px; padding: 4px 10px; }Ben
In forum: Virtue ThemeI am using a stick header.
When the user in the checkout process she/he is obliged to click various checkboxes. “I agree with the generell terms and conditions” etc. (german law). I the user forgets to do so, woocommerce prints out the following message and jumps to it:
<ul class="woocommerce-error">
<li>Die Zustimmung zu unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) ist erforderlich.</li>
<li>Sie müssen die Widerrufsbelehrung akzeptieren</li>
</ul>The problem is now that the sticky header overlaps the error message, that is the “jumping to the message” should be further to the top.
See this screenshot as it currently is:
*Login to see linkAnd see this on how it should be:
*Login to see linkNotice the scrollbar and the red error box in each scrennshot.
How can I solve to problem. Maybe some CSS trick? Simply jumping to the top of the page instead of the warning box would be acceptable, I guess.
In forum: Virtue ThemeHello there,
Ive got a question about your header. I love what it does when logo is big the header decreases it thus it looks great without any more styling on logo. When the site is open on smartphone the logo is on the same line with header, not like on the standard mode where it is above. So it all looks great. But Id like to change one thing, it increases and decreases depending on where I am on the site, and Id like it to be the same everywhere, like on my home page. Do you know where should I change some code to make it happen?

August 6, 2014 at 10:10 am #14647Hey,
So the search results page is different from the tag page. A search page can show any type of post on your site and it looks to see if there is a featured image.. here is an example: http://www.muzzpix.com/?s=test
The tag page is only for blog posts and shows the blog archive loop. You can set weather you want your posts to have an image above to beside the posts by default in the theme options > blog settings. Or in the post by setting the post summary option.Ben

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn forum: Virtue ThemeHello,
I am a new premium member of the Virtue theme, which is amazing! With that said, I have spent hours trying to solve a small yet irritating problem with drop-down menus found within the BuddyPress plugin. Any place there is a drop-down menu, the top level object does not display properly. For example, the Order By drop-down menu on my members page does not display like a standard drop-down menu, it appears to be broken and is missing the white box with drop-down arrow. See the link below for more details.
I am desperate to find a solution, so any help you provide will be greatly appreciated.

Page example 2 (show): *Login to see link
All my best,
Anthony

August 5, 2014 at 1:51 pm #14579The “latest” posts module is set to ignore sticky posts and show the latest posts.. You can use the blog shortcode though on your home page instead. Just go into the page you’ve set as your home page. click on “virtue shortcodes” and choose the blog posts option.
Or set your home page as the post page in the reading settings.
Either of those options means your enabling “page content” and disabling latest posts.
And the lasts option is to make your 8 posts a specific category like “featured” then choose that to be the only category that shows on the home page latest posts module.

August 5, 2014 at 1:42 pm #14578ok so all your theme options > pages, posts, those are stored in the database. Not in files so when you transfer a site you want to transfer the database with the files. I recommend using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Stick post to homepage
There are a few posts that I would like to have stay on the homepage even as I add new posts. I have my Home Bog Settings under Theme Options set to show 8 posts on the home page, so when the ninth one is published the oldest post falls off the home page. When I use “stick this post to the homepage” under the Viability setting on the “edit post” page – it just disappears from the homepage all-together?

Hi,
I created a website on my localhost and uploaded the all the files (themes included) on to my server and created a database (which is working).
The styling I created for the website is not showing. I don’t have a blog page, just 2 static pages, the homepage has a Kadence slideshow.
I am using a child theme of Virtue and it is the active theme.
This is the address: http://www.zimkids.ca
An help would be much appreciated.

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: WooCommerce Product Vendor's Support
Sure thing Ben. I did a bit of digging and upon loading a vendors page it looks like this appears.

It seems as if jQuery is not being loaded when the vendors page is being loaded. I’m guessing this is an important part of the issue.
The email has been sent. Thanks for your time!
In forum: Virtue ThemeHey all.
I am currently using WooCommerce Product Vendors on my site. Everything seems to work, however, when you try to display a vendors page it does not show up themed. Just plain HTML. No CSS, nothing else. I think this could be easily fixed. Maybe it is a missing template or something of the sort? Not completely sure. If the developers have any time at all to look into this, it would be greatly appreciated.
