hi, I’d like to use AVH Extended Categories Widgets plugin, but it seems, doesn’t work fully with the Virtue theme. (For example thw plugin widgets not show up, but the functions are working). I need the Category Group widget, but I cant find it at the widget menu. Is there any way to solv it, or use something else?

If you want a full width browser yes, I recommend u using the theme options to add the slider to the page.

Yea email me a screen shot, I don’t see any space in either browser.

Actually, it seems to have problem when i set the portfolio page as homepage.

Hi Ben,

So, do you recommend using theme option for the slider rather than inserting it via page builder? Will it fix that issue?
In regards of the left margin, I can see it with when using either chrome or firefox.

I have noticed that on your demo site that your variable products have <div class=”select2-container kad-select select2-container-active” id=”s2id_pa_sizes”> whereas mine do not.

You didn’t have “page content” enabled for your home page in the theme options > home layout manager

Hi,

Thanks for your insanely fast response!

I fixed the product description, thank you for that!

As for my other question, just to confirm, there’s no way to have one button text on the first page and a different button text on the second page? I would ideally like to say something like “Click for more info” on the first page and then “Click to buy” on the second page. I understand now that since I only have one product in the photo, I can’t offer “Select options” because there’s only one.

How do I program the button text like in this demo (*Login to see link so it says one thing on the first page and something different on the second page. In this demo, the button text is Selection Options and then Add to cart.

Also, can I change “Product Description” to say “About the brand”?

Ben,
I added your code to my previously empty functions.php file in my virtue-child theme and it seems to break the site. Pages appear to load but also appear completely blank.

Here was the content of my functions.php file which I had to remove to allow continued editing of the site ….

Well the margin on the top has to do with how you added the slider, since your not using the theme options, You can remove the top content padding for the home page with this css:

.home .contentclass {
padding-top:0px;
}

as for a left margin? I don’t see it? Which browser are you using?

The issue is a conflict with user meta plugin. The Kadence slider and the user meta plugin are trying to access the same menu location in the admin.

You can see what I mean by directly accessing the edit page: wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=kadslider
