Hello,
if I select 5 blog elements in the settings and activate “Allow Sticky Posts?”, I get one more post on the page.
I think there is a bug with “Allow Sticky Posts?” activated.

When it comes to membership plugins, it’s really about what you want. Any well-coded plugin should work fluidly with Virtue. I recommend checking out this post: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/5-best-wordpress-membership-plugins-compared/
This post explains different ways to add mp3 files: https://www.hostgator.com/help/article/how-to-add-mp3-audio-files-in-wordpress
You can add them to member-only pages so not all users will have access.

Hi guys,

I am using the Ascend theme and this issue has come up…. the product review shows “SSSSS” instead of stars. I see there is an update to the Kadence theme but not to Ascend. Can you help me modify Ascend or is there an update for Ascend coming as well? BTW, it seems to be for Woocommerce shortcodes only not individual product posts or pages. For example “best selling products” with 5 items showing.

FOUND IT! 🙂

Problem solved. Last problem shown in the attached image, screenshot /imgur link, was that for some reason my meny lost the two ticked selections Primary and Mobile menu setting in the Menu/dashboard. Odd. But now it works again 🙂

Issue remains that its been a troublsesome afternoon regarding the menu. but now solved!

A whole days work (im in europe, Sweden so its after office hours now).

The menu is is teasing me today. Sometimes it suddenly doesnt remember all the various pages I placed in a menu. And when it finally o, and it all looks fab, it gone bonkers again. Fouther time within an hour.

Now it removed all the various pages in the menu I hat placed there. We talk maybe 10-15 pages in the menu/submenu.

Now t replaced parts of the – those with sub menu in them. Mixing both swedish labels and And placed new ones/replaced with english word labels

Any ideas? I presume this is almost impossible to pin point, but mayne a hint?

See attached screenshot, comment below – Kadence team only as it has my clients company name and logo on it. Somewhat time consuming 🙂 to fix these things. Never experienced this before with Kadence themes. Ever.

4. Can you please add an option for Header Social Element (Desktop and Mobile)? A switch to open the link in a new tab. Yes or no. At the moment all icons open the link in a new tab. For example when I add a mail icon and want to point it to my contact page it would be nice to not have “target _Blank” :).

The portfolios are all linked to blog topics so it would be great to be able to list them on an archive search – is there a way to cross-reference the two post types in a single archive page?
Can the portfolio tag be used on blog posts?

Hello again, Hannah,

I made an adjustment in that I changed login and registerinig ways. I noticed that I could see the wp Admin/dashboard page and Jetpack by clicking my user name in the breadscrumbs when I tested to buy a course in the checkout page.

Because of it I installed the plugin Ultimate Member. And now I can hinder people from seeing that “backdoor” to the Wp Dashboard.

And the profile page now has a better overall look. That is, the pink background is gone 🙂

Hello! My sub-menu navigation switch from drop down options to product image zoom on single-product pages. Does not seem to be a Z-Index issue because the sub-menu lays over top of the main product image.

Hi there, I am hoping you can help me with some woocommerce styling in Ascend. I would like to add some custom styling to the product tiles on my main shop page, e.g. add a border, change the background colour of the product details area. I can’t see anywhere to tweak these things, but am I missing it? Or do I need custom css to achieve this?

I’m also currently looking at the Wishlist member plugin. But what I’m not clear about is how to best make mp3 file available to members. I want members to get access to mp3 files online, and be able to download them to their computers and smartphones.

I’m not sure if those mp3’s should be best hosted on a platform like SoundCloud (I’m not sure yet I’m understanding their technical possibilities for this correctly) or if the mp3 files should be uploaded to WP directly (sounds like a bad idea but not sure). I know for video’s, it’s recommended to host on Vimeo because they have a way to then embed the video on a protected page without giving the Vimeo url to users. But I’m not clear if SoundCloud or similar offers a similar set up for mp3 files. (I am also asking their helpdesk)

Do you have any recommendations regarding this potential set up, knowing it will be built on your Virtue theme…?
If this is way beyond your expertise, I would totally understand. I just thought I’d give it a shot.

Thank you for confirming.

To confirm, are you using the latest version of WordPress? I am seeing a jQuery error on the browser’s console on your page – https://share.getcloudapp.com/4guOLNWW. Please could you update your WordPress version to see if that will fix the issue? You can create a backup of your website first before updating just to make sure you have something to revert to in case something goes wrong on the update process.

If the step above does not fix the issue, can we have temporary admin access to your website so we can check further? You can provide it to us using this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/.

To remove that line, kindly go to the WordPress Widgets page and remove any space or texts on the social link’s widget Title field.

From what I see your plugin is already doing that. On the page you posted the images are being output with a picture tag and .webp option.

Is there a specific place you are not seeing this change?

The Plugin, when installing the LMS Learnpress plugin, automatically created this profile page. Only issue is that in the profile oage the colour Pink is very visable. I need to change that Pink colour to another one – a Green colour. How do I do that? I cant seem to find any colour settings in that page.
