that’s why I stick with you since 2014 and that’s why I bought everything you ever offered :)) I hope you won’t change this fabulous support, ever.
You also challenged me many times to upgrade my CSS skills. Thank you for that. I now learned about grid columns and could also find on my own why your CSS didn’t work. 2 x 10x

The two column accordion was a client request, so… you know how that goes.

NEW: I just updated everything to the latest version and run into some issues: two rows missing!
If you can take a look (2/3 down on homepage), it’s two rows that have animations on the columns. Changed animations, without improvement. The content shows again only if I disable animation.

Also on reload, the testimonials above show for half a second on one column. There is clearly some error on that page, but I couldn’t find it.

Hi there.

I’m aware if using Kadence Blocks you can simply copy a tab’s URL (e.g. *Login to see link – and auto-open the Tab in question. Great/cool.

However.. I am *not* using Kadence Blocks – but instead SiteOrigin and the “Ascend Tabs & Accordion” Widget.

If I right-click and “Copy link address” there I get something like: *Login to see link

(on my clipboard).

Promising..! However, when I come to use that as a link (from either on the same page, or from elsewhere on or off the website) the page simply loads and I neither end up near the tabs block, nor with desired tab open.

Is this possible? If so, how? I have a lot of these so it isn’t really viable to switch to powering these differently. Has to be via SiteOrigin > Ascend Tabs & Accordion widgets..

So I uninstalled Sumome, deactivated woocommerce and its related plugins.

Hi thanks it took me a bit to get back but here goes!

The dimensions entered in the “shipping” tab automatically show up in the additional information tab, it’s not a custom attribute. Which is why I don’t know how to change it.

I did figure out how to set up a custom attribute for “product dimension”. But I don’t see any option for “Visible on the product page option” when setting up an attribute?

I tried the free version of Ascend, and I imported the demo 1, which I’m still using. I really loved the design of the theme! And I’ve just upgraded to a premium 🙂

I have two questions.

I’m very new to WordPress, and first of all, I’ve been trying to figure out how I can change the homepage title image (to be honest I’m not sure what to call it, but it’s literally the one where there’s an overlaying home page title). Hey,
This is an issue with WordPress. I can create the same behavior with Co blocks or other block libraries.

I traced it to a core change in 5.6 and I’m expecting them to update with a fix. However, I don’t imagein it will be in as fast a time as you would like.

One quick way to get around this without having to reload the page is to click “edit” on your reusable block, then imminently click “save” you don’t need to change the title or anything. By doing that you force the reusable block to fully load inside the post content and then you can convert it.

Hi Hannah,

I confess, I only checked the non-Kadence plugins. The culprit turns out to be Kadence Page Transitions. I’m not using it, I most likely tried it when I was first designing the site and left it activated. Weird that it affected page content loading though.

I’ve just noticed something else – some font sizes have changed since the latest WP update. I’ll look into it and start a new thread if necessary.

Hello
Probably after the last update in the computer browser on the website not all elements of the home page are visible. I cannot see the contents of one Row layot and Split content block. You can only see the white background. When I change the page zoom – the content appears.

Hello Peter,

Based on your screenshot, it seems like you haven’t set the Learn more button texts. Please note that the Learn More buttons texts you see on the edit page are placeholders and that you should set the text of the buttons. Additionally, the size settings could be found under the Learn More Settings tab – https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuKolXn.

Hey, team,

I’ve added text to two category pages and notice that the Headings on the Category pages themselves (not Title) are now plain text where it was larger, bold, and in Colour? I cannot see an option to change it so I assume the option is removed after the Kadence Blocks update?

Up to now when I created a category it created a page and I’ve added text and links to blog posts which I now can’t do.

How do I fix all this?
The current links on pages are there but how do I add the new links to added text?
And headings in H2, H3 in color?

I’m unsure if this is a WordPress or Kadence bug but I’m not getting it with other blocks (inc. other kadence blocks) when using Reusable blocks.

When I add this to a page and then select the “Convert to regular blocks” button, nothing happens and it remains a reusable block. The only way to convert it to a regular block is to save the page and then refresh the page and select the “Convert to regular block” button.

If this is a Kadence bug, it would be much appreciated if it was fixed reasonably soon as I have a client with a new website that uses this block extensively so it’s leaving a rather bad impression on him.
