Thanks for reaching out to us. I believe I have answered your inquiry via mail already, but I’ll post my answer here as well incase anyone will need it in the future.

The default style of the kadence form block has a margin-bottom of 30px, but when added inside page content, this will be removed. However, since the form block is outside the page content itself, the 30px margin-bottom is being applied and makes the form offset vertically – https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOunXOL7.

Kindly add this custom CSS code on Customizer > Additional CSS to fix the vertical alignment:

.wp-block-kadence-form {
   margin-bottom: 0px!important;
}

Hey,
It looks like you haven’t actually assigned a menu to your mobile navigation location. You can do this from Appearance > Menus. As for the select all, it’s possible this is because you only have two pages. If you increase your number of posts/pages does this issue continue?

I would like to use a separate banner background image behind the page title which is different than the trees background visible in the title area of on every other page. Is it possible to set a unique banner background that only applies to this single page?

Hello,

Is there any builtin function to reduce the column gap between products/product categories on shop page for desktop? I’ve tried to change via general->Layout ->Archive Grid Boxed – but this has no effect on shop page grid.

I was at first using classic site origin editor to set up my home layout page. It was looks perfect done until i tried using Kadence Block to make a landing page. The landing page looks fine based on what i created on However; the homepage width and positions are changed now. is there any way to adjust the between two editors width become equal width each other?

please help to edit below part:
*The page content fonts is not matched. i set it up to H2 but it looks just like normal font. please help me to looks a bit bigger font
*The feature product title is too small please help to be bold and bigger font
*lastly, the footers parent menus are not in the center with the sub menu. also the please remove the space on home widget footer on column fourth.

Looking forward for your further details and help me to adjust this change please thanks

Hi guys
I have a little anomaly you might be able to help with.
Using an anchor link in an image to scroll down the page I realised that, with a sticky header, it is scrolling the section to the top of the page, behind the header.
Works perfectly on mobile, where there’s no sticky header.
You can see the effect by clicking on any of the top 3 images at *Login to see link
I guess if there’s nothing that can be done to stop the page below the header, can you perhaps tell me how to make the header sticky just on the homepage?

This is extremely useful thanks.

I’ve now added the following css and it works great

#kt-layout-id_dda25d-0e .kt-row-column-wrap {
margin-left:0;
}

I want to apply this globally to some specific elements on pages by adding a custom class. Is it possible to apply a custom class where #kt-layout-id_dda25d-0e ID is, or where should I apply a custom class in order to globally instruct a range of blocks to do this, so I don’t need to work with their unique id’s?

Hi guys,

I have a website, build with ascend theme. I saw in the docs that you kadence team is suggesting WPML for translating. So I bought a license for it. Now I am also using variation (image) swatches. In my default language this is working perfectly, but on my translated page, the images are gone all of a sudden. I contacted WPML for this issue (twice) and they (twice) said that I should contact plugin author as it’s probably not supported as it should be. They also logged in onto the website and did a checkup just in case and everything from WPML sides, looks okay.

So can you guys help me out here?

Thanks Hannah. We’re using Virtue with Kadence Blocks Pro. I had hoped to avoid using a page-builder, if at all possible?

I’ve got a problem using “elements” on Kadence Theme…..

For some reason the form field is offset vertically when included on the page. But on its own its set centrally?

Looked around and cant find any obvious reasons?

Has anyone else seen this? When adding the block directly to the page this issue doesn’t exist.

The “element” appears to be 40px taller when used on the page compared to when viewing the element on its own using the ?kadence_element= url

Hey Phil,
Which editor are you using? If page builder by siteorigin you can add a layout builder block to your footer and create your desired layout that way. https://siteorigin.com/page-builder/documentation/building-a-page/#:~:text=Using%20the%20Layout%20Widget,footers%20and%20other%20widgetized%20areas.
Let me know if you would like a different approach and we can try to create other workarounds.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Having a sidebar menu is not yet available in the Kadence theme. On the other hand, you can use a Toggle Widget Area item for the desktop header and add a Navigation Menu widget to make an off-canvas nav on desktop. Kindly refer to this page for more information regarding this.
