Sticky Topbar on mobile

Hi Team,
On a development site I have set the Top bar to be visible and sticky. This works great on desktop but once we get below screenwidth of 1000px, the Top bar scrolls off the top.
Header style: Standard.
Enable sticky header: On
Use simple mobile header: Off
Use Topbar: On
Turn off Topbar on mobile screens: Off
Is there a way to make the TopBar sticky below 1000px?
