Hello,

So I’m bringing this up to the developer because it does look like a bit of a bug. The theme is working as it’s intended, but the blog page being set, it’s showing as a archive and not a page there. So in “Settings” > “Reading” set the static blog page to “-Select-” and then hit save. That will show the header as it should.

How do I get rid of this carrot? When you click on it the arrow changes directions but I have no idea how it got there? It at the top right of a page next to a site origin image.

Could you provide us a link to a page where we can see your sidebar? For now, kindly go to Customizer > General > Sidebar and click Design tab to see the options for the border and padding of the sidebars – https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLuwkgnN.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Could you resend the screenshots you’ve added? I cannot view them, says “That page doesn’t exist. The requested page was not found.”. On the other hand, you can edit or remove the Footer Copyright Text by going to Theme Options > Misc Settings and adjusting the Footer Copyright Text option.

I’m developing a helpdesk with Ascent Premium & Awsome support, everytime someone makes a ticket a page will be created, but since people do not have to add a wide picture, the header image is gray.

IS there a way to use a default header image?

Hi;

I’ve set up a testimonial block on Kadence and have selected “Carousel” as the Layout; however on the public facing page the testimonials appear as if I had selected “Grid”.

The following is an image of the Back-end where you can see that my Layout selection is Carousel. You can even notice that only one testimonial shows up, and it actually switches to the next every 5 seconds.

Hi;

I would like to remove the custom footer text from my site. I thought I added this by changing the footer credits on the site. I am unable to find the css when I search in the theme file footer.php. See image attached.

When I look at the page source this is what I find.

I’m not sure how to otherwise remove it.

I started my latest website with the Agency Starter Site from Kadence. All of the pages have a shape divider for the bottom part of the Hero Section, except the Blog Page. I discovered that in the editor the blog page does display the shape divider but when this page is set as the posts page under reading -posts page, that prevents the shape divider from showing. If I change the posts page to “select” then the page in the editor shows, but it then no longer has pagination and it loses it’s formatting otherwise. It appears that I will need to create a custom posts page (or rather use this pages as a custom posts page) in order for the page to look consistent with the rest of the theme. I got some help in the facebook group to clarify this issue and a suggestion as to how I could resolve it, but I would like to find a way to do this that doesn’t require adding another plugin, but if I have to I will. I have attached screenshots of the demo for clarification purposes.

Sorry for the delay! I just tried to recreate your issue on my site and was unable to. Have you set a content max-width in the structure settings of the row layout block? Would you mind changing my user role to admin so I can take a look at your page settings?

Hello,

You should be able to change the page template for the blog from blog grid to blog and that should be what you are going after.

Hello,

This CSS should work for the horizonal social icons:

ul.wp-block-social-links.aligncenter.is-style-logos-only {
    display: flex;
}

As for the page title, you should be able to just change the title in the page itself when you’re editing.

For the Kadence theme, in the theme customizer, the live preview isn’t working. I get the message “The page isn’t redirecting properly”.

I have set the Firefox Browser privacy to Standard in order to allow cookies enough. The same problem also turns up in Chrome.

I tried to disable all plugins in Firefox but that didn’t help either. Could you help me please.
