There is no option to scroll the page to the top of the accordion item you’ve clicked currently. You can add this script on Theme Options > Header and Footer Scripts > Footer Output to make this happen – https://pastebin.com/yGx6yU40

Hi Lee,

I logged into your site to try and investigate. I made a huge error.

I found the 6 comments that were not converting by running a test to see which comments were showing having had a meta tag saying they were previously converted. Unforutanly I accidentally removed all of your other comments. Just a total brain fart.

I have a raw capture of the source of your page so in worst case I can manually bring them back but I’m hopping you have a copy from your exporting work and you can import the comments back.

If you can’t let me know, I am sorry for the issue I caused.

If you would like me to do it I would be more then happy to.

On the shopping cart page if I add cross-sells they appear really low down the cart page with a big gap between the cross-sells and main cart info. Is it possible for these to be moved up just under the cart info?

Hi,

I tried searching but came up dry. This is probably a more advanced issue and it’s not necessarily a Kadence problem. I’m using a Woocommerce Google Anlytics plugin and currently am missing all shopping behavior for product view session. I’ve dug through the code and noticed that the said plug-in fires the product_view event after the following Woocommerce action “woocommerce_single_product_summary” which is the standard output for default single product template.

The problem lies in that I’m using Kadence Woocommerce Elementor plugin to create individual unique product pages. I understand you’re not responsible for other plugin compatibility. Can you point me in the right direction for global file so I can view Kadence specific functions fired on single product templates to try to bind the event to one of those? The file nomenclature isn’t explicitly clear to me. I see file names for archive, checkout, product loop but nothing specific for single product. Any guidance here would be helpful as I’m flying blind on analytics here.

Hi!

I hope someone can chime in and point me in the right direction.

I implemented the testimonial carousel in the same manner as the Ascend Shopping demo. However, in the demo, the grey background goes full width. In Page Builder, I tried adjusting the row design, but I can’t find a solution that works.

Unfortunately, there is no function for that. You can only set which tab would be active on first load in the block settings, so if a user selects on other tabs and refresh the page, that tab on the settings would be the active one.

you see two sliders of site origine under video block ( maybe another slider if you think better )

First question is about the display size of the slider. Then about out to out the nav arrows in order they will not be displays in photos , but side left and right of the content slider.

The reference laptop is a 1280×800 screen. My images are natively created in 1280 per 800.
by this way i am sure the slider dispay the whole weihgt on that screen.
But it should be a responsive site . so what will happen when reading on a Mobil can you try I see nothng except the video in a small format. wwooo I suppose i am not using the right concept. Not so easy working with elementor , there’s a lot of dispalay bugs.. I need a big help, to strt well;
I just want a home pasge with a video and sliders displayed on over another. I use a padding trick to reduce the slider and video , but i am sure it’s not the right way to achieve…
The objective is to display a slider with a height of 530 pix when on a device … 1280×800. I should see the whole image. not cropped..
Then on mobile to see the bigger as possible the slider even in Vertical or horizontal mobile orientation; and on Desktop maybe a percentage of the height of the screen that i can manage in order to see thewhole content of the photo not cropped

I am sure I will learn a lot of that experience. thanks for alll you help .

Ok, I will do that, seems that deleting that page and creating a new one has gotten rid of the Attack Site alert on the site AND at Google Webmaster Tools, shows all clean. So Im glad for that, but I do want to be sure that there isnt some crap there that will do this again.

So Google flagged one page (so far) of my store as phishing page, which of course is the Checkout Page of my current sale. I deleted that page and added a new one that so far is marked as safe instead of Attack Site, but that may change and I need to find the root cause of this

My host says:

“From the description you gave of the details Google provided, it sounds as if the ecommerce section of the site is where the malicious content is located. There are many forms of credential stealing code injections that hackers use to steal credit card numbers from ecommerce sites, but generally they are in the javascript included on the site. Unfortunately a majority of malware scanners do not have javascript virus signatures. That explains why I found no malware on your server. Manual review of javascript logs is required.

One way to test the theory would be to possibly change themes, assuming the malicious code is in the theme’s javascript files. It is also possible that the Woocommerce plugin’s js is the culprit. That would be logical if the malicious code was added with the intent of stealing credit card information. Reinstalling Woocommerce could be one way to test that theory.”

Can you offer any insight or ideas?

If I uninstall and reinstall Virtue and then import my settings would this be considered a fresh install that would rid any possible injections?

If I uninstall and reinstall WooCommerce will my settings be saved?

How can I change the font of the Product Catalog from the Design tab?

I was able to change the font for the pages but I was not able to change the font for the Product Catalog in the same way under: Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Design.

When I click on the items in the accordion it’s not pushing the page up to read them. If you scroll down to the accordion section and leave it at the bottom of your screen then click on to expand them, the copy in the bottom panels are not visible. I feel like this feature used to push the page up so you could ready what’s inside the panel versus having to manually scroll to read it after opening the panel. Is there a setting I’m missing?
