HI! I just went from staging to live today and replaced my old site made with another page builder. But I see that my wordpress url field, and wordpress admin field is greyed out. And Ascend locked my website as *Login to see link
But everywhere online and my dns info is for *Login to see link . I would like the version without the www, instead of going back and changing all my redirects. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Hannah

Thanks for the custom CSS. It has sorted out the issue on the Massages / Les massages pages.

However, despite clearing my cache often, in the footer the buttons for “Cookie Policy”, “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Notice” (and the French equivalents) all still have white text with a turquoise border. I’d like them to look like the Site Map button that sits just below – turquoise text and turquoise border. Please can you advise me? I’m uploading the image again so you can see how the three buttons differ from the Site Map button.

Hey,
From the description, it sounds like you have caching on your site that is serving the pages up without checking for whether or not the user is logged in.

Have you tried changing your caching plugin settings?

Hope you’re doing well! The block editor is quite the shift for those of us who have been using the classic editor for years. Though I will say, I have grown to really love it. All of our themes are fully compatible with this new editor. We have actually created a toolkit for the new editor called Kadence Blocks. Check it out here: https://www.kadenceblocks.com/
As far as jumping onto new trends, I would recommend diving into the block editor and giving Kadence Blocks a go. We also have importable page layouts that make it easy to drag and drop your own content into pre-built layouts. See here: https://www.kadenceblocks.com/docs/prebuilt-layouts/

Hi Tanya,
I’m seeing all your footer buttons display as they should. Have you cleared your cache? This css should create an override for the buttons on your massage page:
```
.so-widget-sow-button-wire-ba2520caf2ce .ow-button-base a:hover {
    color: #fff !important;
}
```
You can paste that into your custom css box in Theme Options > Advanced Settings.

Yes,im seeing something different, the exact same image looks sharp when loaded from the variations, its the same image its not blurry, You can see it at the link look at the label the lines are blurry when you first go to the page but when you pick 1oz from the drop down the table is much sharper,

or go in and turn off the Woo Extras Product gallery and go back to any of the product pages and you will see that image looks better with the Woo Extras gallery off.

You don’t see a difference in the screen shots I sent? look at the label, the lines at the top of the label and the text? That is the same image the first on is blurry, and is from the Woo Extra Gallery, the second one is not blurry and its from the standard gallery.

If you can’t help me fix this can you tell me how I can have more thumbnails on the regular product gallery? I can use it and then the image will be sharp, the problem is the thumbnail run too long top to bottom and run into the header because I have 10 thumbnails.

Hey,
After importing the demo, did you get a message saying the import was complete? You can remove the 215 menu item from Appearance > Menus. As for broken links, try navigating to Settings > Permalinks and saving your settings.
Looks like you’re running page builder and elementor and kadence blocks. Which editor do you intend to use? I strongly recommend picking one and sticking with it, then deactivating those you are not using as it to not slow down your site.

1. I found one of the settings under the classic editor, but I don’t see where Hannah says that you can switch when you add a new page or post….

2. I was trying to add the testimonial block, but I don’t see a way to populate it with my existing testimonials???

3. Is it normal for the text block to create a new block every time you hit enter?

4. I wish the Draft button was highlighted, instead of the Publish button, which in the past I have accidentally pressed…. And I wish there were reminders to save your draft, or that they were saved automatically.

There is a big learning curve, but I think I am finally getting the hang of this…..

I’m using Virtue Premium. My site’s (*Login to see link ) title tag looks like this:

I want to remove the the vertical bar and text following in the <title> tag, it but I can’t find anywhere to do so. The site title in the WP Settings->General is just “MusicaNova Orchestra” and there is a tag line that appears as I want, but I can’t find how to remove ” | Symphony Innovative” anywhere. Probably something simple I’m overlooking but I’m stumped. Please advise.

Hello, I’m using the post grid and there is Read More in text at the end of the excerpt and there is also the Read More button. I jus tone of them to work – not both. Hi there,

I have import Ascend premium demo for my site but after successfully import layout menu and some pages does not exist to trying views.

And have some pages can’t be edit with elementor (free). I have try to uninstall and install agains some times but still same results.

Needs your help and guide to solve this problem.

Hi Hannah,

okay, yes thanks that gets me part of the way there, however next I want to add the menu to each portfolio item

I would like to have it at the top of each page content (area) so I figured using the horizontal navigation block (which isn’t one of yours I think). This block doesn’t work very well as when I create one using the menu created earlier it doesn’t add in the links, they have to all be done over again manually. The formatting options are also limited. For example, the theme seems to override the font size selector.

The only other solution I can think of is to put the menu in the sidebar, and create a custom sidebar for use in the portfolio.

This is the best performance I could get.
Works ok in Chrome & Firefox. Seems to work on all the page in that sidebar except Owners Corner home.
That link will work at first but not once you visit other links in the sidebar.
AS FOR EDGE:…. doesn’t any where nearly as well.

I have a page, actually a number of pages that are to be visible only to logged in used with a certain “role”
There is a login link in the sidebar and if they use it they get login from the front end.
However, many times as the click from one page to another page ( all with the same restriction) they will not “be seen” as logged in one one page and when they click the login form they get the “you are already logged in” message.
Even logging in via the direct url and not using any front end form will still get logged out when switching from one protected page and then be logged in again when clicking on another????

Now I know this could be the cause of many plugins as I am using different members or restriction plugin along with a couple of login plugins.
But as I had this working on another theme for years I’m wondering if it is not Virtue related??

It’s more or less an Owners Section with what was a Members/Role plugin that I could on each page set if it was visible to the public or certain Role(s)
Then in the sidebar I had a login widget and once the user logged in using that widget…. the “Restricted Content” was visible.
NOW it works and then doesn’t work. One page will be fine and then another will show user logged in but still display restricted content message with promt to login.

First off love Kadence. I am a recovering DIVI person and geez thank you. Here is my question. If you look at this page what I am trying to do is have the two attorneys on the top row stay there BUT move move to the center and get ride of the space in between. also in doing this to keep the size of those images the same size as the three below. Thanks, Hannah. I had tried that setting already. It didn’t make a difference, but I could upload the image as a header, when I load it under Header Title Default Background: Theme Options > Default Title Options. However, then it disappears on scroll, since the header loses transparency (which is what I want), but also the widest setting is 400 px.

I must have played around with some of the settings and disabled the ability to do what I want. I would like to keep the home page image with the divider, as I have shown in the middle of the page, but have the image also move to the top of the page behind the menu area (which would be transparent until scroll).

Maybe what I need to do is set the menu in a different way?
