    Hey,
    You can use the license more than once, but eventually, you will be able to activate just the theme and the plugin would auto activate 🙂

    I do know about the bug where you can’t access the settings page from a subsite other then the main site, it’s on my list to fix that 🙂

    Is there code I can add to advance setting to change the color of the page indicator at the bottom of my product pages. My customers are saying the gray is too light to see. I would like to change it to #F7e6ee

    Thanks, Linda

    Hey,
    That screen shots the classic editor. This means you either have the classic editor plugin installed or you are using WordPress prior to 5.0

    Assuming the classic editor plugin you can go to your user settings and allow your user to choose between the classic editor and the block editor. That would allow you to use Kadence Blocks on the page.

    Hi Connie,
    The Mountains are Calling example is created using the Page Title for the Homepage Header Settings in Theme Options > Home Page Header. Or, using the Kadence Slider you’ll see an option to set the header to full height.
    Hope that helps!

    1&2. Try changing the css to this:

    .page-id-3183 .kb-gallery-ul .kadence-blocks-gallery-item .kadence-blocks-gallery-item-inner img {
        margin-top: 10px;
        margin-bottom: 20px;
        height: 300px
        }
    .page-id-3183 .kb-gallery-ul .kadence-blocks-gallery-item .kadence-blocks-gallery-item-inner img:hover {
        margin-top: 5px;
        transition-duration: .5s;
    }
    .page-id-3183 .kb-gallery-ul .kadence-blocks-gallery-item .kadence-blocks-gallery-item-inner figure .kb-gal-image-radius {
        height: 160px;
    }

    That should fix the margin and make it so it only affects the gallery on that page.

    HI, for in the Ascend Theme, on the contact page there is a split contact block with social media icons. The code in the description of the block is:
    [kt_social facebook=”#” twitter=”#” instagram=”#” title=”beside”]

    How do I add my own links to these icons?
    Thanks!

    Ben, i’m an old time Virtue premium customer, and would like to give my website a face lift with some of the later trends. Can you suggest something, or will my kadence theme handle most of the latest visuals? What are some of the latest trends?
    I noticed that wordpress has gone to “blocks” style of page design (it’s driving me NUTS!). Are your themes compatible with this?

    Also when I am at pages or posts it looks like this:
    yoast-2

    Hey,

    On the homepage of http://www.natuurlijkvoorhondenpaard.nl I used the Home Icon Menu.
    In this menu I have uploaded three own icons.

    Now I have disabled the mousover function in the css so that I no longer get background color.
    Still I have 1 question;
    – Can I use my own icons as mouseover.
    So would imply that I have to double upload each icon in for example a different color.

    I would like to hear from you.

    Sincerely,

    Hi

    I have a number of “wire” buttons on my site – in the footer of hibiscusmassage.com, and five at the top of the “Massages” page. Only one of these displays as it did before I updated Page Builder by SiteOrigin 5 days ago – the “Site Map” button in the footer. I have no idea why this button looks fine.

    Initially I just tried to tweak the settings for the buttons, which did not work, then I clicked the “Enable legacy” option in the plugin settings and cleared caches in the hopes that the correct CSS for the wire button option would magically reappear. It didn’t, so I’d like your help please…

    In the footer:

    The only button that appears as it should is the “Site Map” button. It has a turquoise wire border with turquoise text, then the hover effect shows a solid turquoise button with white text – perfect! The other footer buttons – “Cookie Policy”, “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Notice” – do not display like this, despite having the same settings there is a turquoise wire border with white, not turquoise, text. The hover states look look fine, though. As there is a light grey background you can at least see there is text there in the normal state, but really this text should be turquoise to be properly visible.

    Massages page:

    There are five buttons along the top of this page for the different types of massage. All of these are weird – I can either have them with a green wire border and no visible text (as it displays as white on white), or with the green wire border and green text with a hover state that is solid green (so green text on solid green button). I need these buttons to have green wire border with green text in their normal state, then the hover effect to have solid green buttons with white text.

    It is a dual language site and so the buttons on the French version are also all messed up.

    Please can you point me in the right direction to get this resolved.

    Thank you, Tanya

    After upgrading to PHP 7.4, this message is appearing:

    Deprecated: Directive ‘allow_url_include’ is deprecated in Unknown on line 0

    It shows on the bottom of the site pages and also on the admin login page.

    I’m not sure what is throwing that error, but it seems to be only on the Ascend theme site and not the Pinnacle or Virtue. Any possibility it is in the theme somewhere?

    is there an elegant solution where I can create a navigation menu containing just links to portfolio items that I can add to appear in each portfolio item?

    eg I have a client who is a golf club and the course tour uses a portfolio for the holes.

    they now want to display links to all the holes in each hole page so the user can dynamically visit any hole.

    I’ve tried using the navigation block but it seems somewhat clunky and I have to recreate it 18 times, otherwise I can create a new navigation menu, however I have to add 18 custom links to it

    Hi,

    I see in the demo pages there are lots of examples with a full photo, and it goes all the way to the top of the screen, with the menu overlaying the image. I have played with many settings, and can’t seem to get my image to do that. Please advise what I am doing wrong?

    Thanks!

    Connie

    I have this: (white space where top bar is – although it’s turned off, and a white space for menu area, even though I have it as “transparent”.)

    I would like it like the “mountains are calling” example here:

    Hey,
    You can’t show comments on a blog page. Only single posts can have comments and comment threads. You can show the full content of a post though but you can’t show comments.

    I hope that clarifies better.

    Hi Hannah,

    It works well but there are two issues I’m seeing/thinking about:

    1. When the CSS takes effect and the image rises, it is slightly cut off (pic attached)
    2. How can I apply this CSS to only the advanced gallery on my getting started page? I don’t want this effect to happen for other advanced galleries on different pages.

    Best,
    Brandon

    Hi Connie,
    Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to achieve this. You can adjust the logo and header styling before scrolled and then after, but I do not know of a way to adjust as it is a certain percentage down a page. The developer will correct me if I’m wrong.
    Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with!

    Revisiting question 1
    Is there any way to setup a blog page which shows full posts, including comments?

    Hi,

    I am trying to tweak the testimonial widget in the sidebar….

    1. How do I remove the arrows from the testimonial widget? Or at least get it not to overlap with the title.

    2. Why is the testimonial showing “Like this” and “Like loading”? It doesn’t do this when I use the widget on the home page are.

    Thanks!
    Grace
