The main issue is that the Brands description text is not displayed on the single brands page.

In forum: Ascend ThemeHi Hannah, Many thanks for getting back to me, it really is hugely appreciated.
I’ve tried your suggestion via setting the “Theme Options > Transparent Header Options” setting to on/off and also on each page there is a setting to select transparent header (see image uploads) but this still doesn’t help. whatever settings I make the page title will not display on its own. if the header is transparent the header image and the all important page title disappears also?. So Unfortunately I am still struggling to achieve what I need. Simply put I just want the “page title”, whichever page that may be to display with no header image.
OK here’s a link http://www.cavesfolly.co.uk/cfuk/camping-meadows/ to a page on the site where the header is included with page title , all good and happy with that on this page .
Here is a page http://www.cavesfolly.co.uk/cfuk/galleries/ where I’d like no header image but just the page title. If in the page editing area I set the “hide page title area ” then the page title disappears so obviously not what I’m after but if I set this to ‘true’ the page title does appear (yay!) but so does the header image (boo!)
As an example if you go to the ascend demo here http://themes.kadencethemes.com/ascend/about-us/ and we for example look at the about page. we have a lovely page title , no header image (or slider ) voila perfect. this is all I want to achieve for selected pages.
Hannah I hope this makes sense . its seems such a simple thing to want to do. Please can you help? do you need access to the back end of my site, happy to provide it to you if you are willing to take a look.

Hope you’re enjoying your weekend! You can set a default background image for your page title area from Theme Options > Default Title Options. This can also be overridden for each page from your edit page under Page Title and Subtitle. Is that what you’re looking for?Best,

I have just istalled the Kadence and Virtue theme to test, and then using Kadence Uploader added content. During this time I recall the install process asking me for which page builder I was going to use. I’m sure I said Element, BUT I see SiteOrigin Page Builder is attached to certain pages.
How can I change this to say elementor? Actually how can I change Kadence to know I’m using elementor and not SiteOrigin Page Builder.

I download the Virtue Theme according to your directions.
I’m getting this error, “Invalid API License Key. Login to your My Account page to find a valid API License Key.” Once I get the key and enter I still get the following error. “Invalid API License Key. Login to your My Account page to find a valid API License Key.”
Second question, once this is problem is solved will I be able to see the websites I have activiated?
I am preparing to attmept on another one of my sites and noticed this was an issue in the past with other customers?
I also sent an email to support.
Please let me know how this issue can be resolved.

In forum: Ascend ThemeHi I’m using the Ascend premium theme and I’m struggling to get just the page title showing at the top of the page whilst hiding the header. I know it must be possible because I’ve seen it on the ascend demo site. Could you please advise as its driving me mad, been trying for 3 days now! see attached image of demo site which I’m trying to achieve, page tile with no header or slider image but including main menu. How do I do this!
Any help will be so very much appreciated!

in the left column, I’m testing a Woocommerce filter block (which is not so nice styled as the search block), but very responsive to smaller screens.
The nice designed search block seems to have a fixed with. The more “untouched” filter block is very responsive. Not sure if it’s a woocommerce block problem or a Kadence woocommerce template problem 🙂

ØysteinIn forum: Ascend ThemeI created a custom post type for Events. I also ended up creating a new Archive template for it (archive-event.php). Is there any way for me to be able to change the default background image in the page title area? I found an “archive-header.php” file. Is the best way for me to create a file in my child theme to override it and enter my own custom code, or is there a hook (I would prefer this method)?

Ok I disabled the socialiser which DID get rid of that weird little arrow but didn’t fix the problem.
2. #nbdl-popup was the cause and it’s by a program called nbdesigner which is an online product designer tool. They fixed an issue last week which most probably caused this problem!
3. I tried adding the #wrapper {
position:relative;
z-index:10;
} and .wrapper version to my elementor page css but it didn’t fix the issue… should I be adding this somewhere else?But I do plan to get nbdesigner to fix things properly their side 🙂
4. Rewarding widget is a different plugin – I will get onto them to advise on a fix! Then perhaps pay a proper coder like yourselves to check over my sites structure 🙂

After updates, this June, the scroll to top of the page is missing. And the search icon in the main menu is not working
In forum: Virtue Themeok, I’m seeing a few issues,
1. I believe this might be your main issue, you have a div being added to your page and “covering” the whole page.
#nbdl-popupI don’t know what is adding that. You can get around it by forcing the wrapper to sit on top of it.
#wrapper { position:relative; z-index:10; }2. You have some divs being added to the site markup that are breaking the head tag, I again can’t see what it adding it but identifier in the code is “rewardingWidget”.
Adding the css would be a temp fix but ideally you would get both of these issues fixed and wouldn’t need that code.

I am running into a similar issue on the same site … this time it’s the home page icon menu giving me trouble.
There is always one missing regardless of changing the settings around.
Currently it’s set to 6 per row but one is not visible.

the [woocommerce_my_account] causes the my-account page to freeze and be unresponsive on mobiles AND iPads… Latest editions.
On desktops it runs great.
I’ve tried disabling all plugins and also removed and refreshed cache plugin.. Nothing helps.
Please can you let me know what the issue might be?
