June 8, 2020 at 9:28 pm #250963HI Hannah!
basically the pages will be targeted either for VISITOR or Resident
I’ll use a plugin to add that category taxonomy to pages. In this case they are pages. The headers are basically two, and I need to basically say, if visitors, show this one, if residents, show this one
so we can show hide based on category.so the main normal header that we set in the theme options is ok for the one category, but
we need to add one for the other category. Here are the two headers, If you need to login to the sites I can make you a login no worries.
this one is for visitors (this one is the staging for the other)
https://ms-staging.com/marshall-safe/https://qsnapnet.com/snaps/48ur3jl58uo
This one for residents
http://discovermarshallillinois.com/https://qsnapnet.com/snaps/z20w4kaymh
So in each case, I did the normal ascent menu in the theme settings.
The client liked BOTH lololo so I need to assign them to the categories as they asked.I’m not sure how to create two ascend headers and just swap them out.

See Contact Form in the Footer on:

And the contact form on this page:

And sometimes to recreate the issue it will often happen after you refresh the page

In forum: Ascend ThemeTopic: Center top bar
Hi there, is there a way to center text in the top bar rather than have it set to either left or right? Ideally I would like the links listed in the topbar to be centered on the page.

June 8, 2020 at 2:01 pm #250935Can you send me a login?
If you have a “blank” item, lets say you added “Nowy sidebar” then clicked the button “add more” and had a blank, that would be titled sidebar 2
Initially when you start there is a blank (sidebar 1) until you start saving theme options in the page then if you don’t assign a sidebar it will go away automatically.

If you are directing traffic off your website to an app page then I don’t think there is any way you can add notices there.Ben

June 8, 2020 at 12:50 pm #250922Hey Hannah, no I’m afraid it doesn’t – see the link.
b) Also under Destinations, the images aren’t all the same size – what do I need to make the size of the future images for the images to perfectly fit the block?
500 x 500 too small (then there is open space on the left on the destinations page.c) and the excerpt – how can I make sure they’re all the same?

Hey,
Your screenshot is of the edit page, not theme options. If you navigate to Theme Options > Blog Settings > Blog archive Settings you should see an option to enable “Crop blog grid images to equal height”. Does this work for you? If not, please post a link:)Hannah
In forum: Virtue ThemeHey John,
The only two workarounds I can think of for this would be to either create a child theme and add the function above to your functions.php. Or else to create your tours and such as posts, rather than pages. Would either of these routes work for you?Hannah

In forum: Ascend ThemeI have my site “Primary Color” under Basic Settings set to a teal color, so I would expect the items in my sidebar navigation menus to rollover to this color. But they don’t on THIS PAGE. I don’t believe I’ve done anything differently on THIS SITE and the rollover works just fine.
Any thoughts?
In forum: Membership ForumsIn reply to: Kadence woo extra cart page notice
Hey,
You can add text to the content area of your cart and checkout pages, and then add styling so it displays the same as a notice. Just navigate to Pages from your dashboard and you’ll see the Cart and Checkout pages with the WooCommerce Shortcodes in the content area. You can add text above or below the shortcode. Would this work for you?Hannah

The reason i asked is that it shows errors in this page — https://wave.webaim.org/report#/http://themes.kadencethemes.com/pinnacle-premium/ —- this is like a checker.
And even the w3c validator shows a lot of errors https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3A%2F%2Fthemes.kadencethemes.com%2Fpinnacle-premium%2F

In forum: Membership ForumsIs there a div id that defines the start and end of a blog post content (and ideally is not used in any other page types)?
What I am trying to achieve:
This helper format automatically places multiple appropriately sized display banner ads within dynamic long-form article content. The article’s container must match your placement ID, and your articles should contain multiple paragraphs in <p></p> tags or text nodes to have ads weaved in properly
Example code:
<div id=”entry-content”>
<p> … content here … </p>
<p> … more content … </p>
</div>Thank you.
In forum: Ascend ThemeJune 7, 2020 at 8:00 am #250856Hey Hannah / Ben
Where can I set the images (blog settings) that show on the category page so that they’re all the same size – I’ve seen the tutorial but cannot find it under theme options – blog settings? also, the snippets are not in line – di I have to count the words to get them in line? 🙂
can you please direct me.
thanks in advance
