Hi,
After a very long time without updates, I updated today, my website, and the pinnacle theme.
After the update, the page used Blog Grid stopped working and return HTTP ERROR 500.
I tried to create a new page, and the same problem happened.
Any idea what should I do or how to debug it?
Thanks,
Keren

Hi,
I have set up a directory site, but on the category pages instead of the name of the Category going into the entry title field, the first alphabetical listing title is showing instead…
The plugin being used for the directory is *Login to see link
Could you please advise how to show the Category name instead? It works as it should using TwentyTwenty theme.
Thanks
Leah
Hi, I wish to display 2 products side by side on my shop page /2 column, can this be achieved somehow? Currently it displays one big product.

Hi, I followed these instructions: *Login to see link
However, on our blog grid layout page, no images show. *Login to see link
All of the blog posts do have a “featured image” assigned to them.
Why do the images not display on the overview page?

Hey,
Doesn’t look like you renewed early, instead, it looks like you purchased a separate membership. To renew early you have to initiate that from your account page. No worries though I’ve closed your extra membership and extended your previous one.

I notice that you seem to have a lot of HTML just sitting on your page added randomly.
Also this image doesn’t exist: https://trinkgut-media.de/tg-homepage-frontimage.jpg
Although I don’t see the error you show in your image.
I suggest you create a new page and carefully add in only what you need and not use HTML where you can use blocks.

Hello,
I’ve started using your Kadence WordPress Theme recently and I’m really impressed, but there’s something I could not find – custom 404 pages.
Is it possible to modify error pages without modifying the 404.php template? I saw that it is possible in the rest of your themes.
I’d be grateful for any advice.

Hey Donna,
So you’re just wanting a consistent height for all your staff members on the private staff page, is that right? If so, you can use css like this:
#pl-18367 .panel-grid.panel-no-style {
min-height: 300px;
}
Just to note, when using the staff grid template you can choose not to have the staff images and excerpts link to individual posts.
Hope that’s helpful!
Hannah

Hey Phil,
You can set a max-width for your images in your post edit page under Standard Post Options > Max Image/Slider Height.
Hope that helps!

Hello,
I edited an old website of mine (on Virtue), deleted mostly older stuff from homepage…
It contains a lot of HTML code to display images
Now, since I removed some blocks and moved some blocks around, i have a pesty issue with overlaying of blocks… always when i find this it is a missing < /div >
But not here… i cannot find whats wrong… I found a temporary solution by adding a big space after the HTML block, but this is only a band aid..
Can somebody help me pls, see whats missing or broken?
Thank you in advance
Daniel

I can see that I can do that, but if I drag the testimonial slider into the product template then each product will show the same testimonials where I want to have different testimonials on each product page (if that makes sense) and the testimonials can only be edited via the template
Thank you!
Hi,
I have a row with 3 columns each holding a “Simple Download Monitor” shortcode. You can see it on this page where the menus can be downloaded.
I need all 3 rows to be the same height to avoid the current “staggered” appearance for certain screenwidths.
Is there a way to keep the heights the same for all screen widths?
Many thanks,
Phil.

Hi, in this page *Login to see link you can see a simple WC shortcode like [products category=”pepite”] showing 4 products … the problem is that if I activate ascend theme and load the page the products are showed like this picture, and only resizing the page all move to expected layout….
on page load …
after a little resize of the page
i tested with official 2020 theme and all is working good… I don’t have any CSS customization or function.php…
what could be?
thank you very much
Hi,
I think we’ve done this one before but I couldn’t find the post!
I have a number of posts where the featured image is a square badge. This is necessary because the badges are used in a carousel and look great at the top of each page.
However when the badge appears as a header, it is automatically stretched to fill the width, and so it becomes far too high.
Is there a way to prevent the image being stretched? I tried setting the height and/or width but these just crop the image rather than scale it.
Thanks in advance,
Phil.
Hi, I have added a Facebook icon to a number of pages and I would like to add a transition to the background colour change.
You can see an example of the icon in use here but it appears in several places.
Please could you help with the CSS I need to target all the occurrences so that they have the 0.6 second transition like so much of the theme?
Very many thanks,
Phil.
Hey Micheal if you were updating from an older version like 4 or 5 back there was a bug where the update would remove the plugin you just need to reinstall, you can get the latest version from your account page: https://www.kadencewp.com/my-account/my-api-downloads/
