Actually I just figured it out using another support post here. I had added a blog post carousel to the homepage. As soon as I deleted that widget, everything went back to normal!

I’ve just updated virtue premium and now have a conflict with the pagebuilder by siteorigin. Tried deactivating all plugins and tried with default theme – everything works until I have pagebuilder activated with virtue premium, then I get a gateway timeout. Help!

Pretty strange issue that is only occurring in one of my rows.

As the title describes, at the 782px breakpoint one of my rows suddenly jumps to 17895600px wide

… which is much to wide for editing on a small screen haha

adding the css

body.block-editor-page.kt-editor-width-default .wp-block {
max-width: 80vw;
}

appears to solve the issue, but I figured if it’s happened to me once it’ll probably happen to others or myself again in the future.
The published version of the page on the front end renders correctly.

This is on a development site so if you’d like me to add one of your support team to the site, I’d be happy to do that.

I’m using the testimonial block. I love it. Highly functional for how to make them look. But for where I have some or many testimonials on a page, I need control over which one comes first, second, third, etc. I see the little arrows in the upper right corner of each testimonial, which I assume allows me to move individual testimonials up and down. But when I click on the arrows, nothing happens. Like if I add a testimonial, it adds it to the bottom. If I click on the left arrow to try to move it up to the top, nothing happens. I want my most recent ones I add to be at the top of the list of testimonials. I’m assuming that’s what the arrows are for. Am I missing something or is the ability or order them not working?

Hey Jan,
Glad you were able to resolve your second issue. For the page specific css you just need to find the page id’s. This css should work for that page:

.page-id-13 h1 {
    font-size: 20px;
}

Hello,

i just found a solution for the second problem with the classes and pagebuilder.
It was the build in animation function in pagebuilder, that broke the css.

But still having a problem to assign custom css to single sites.

Hello,

i have a problem with css in ascend-theme. Its not possible to assign css to single pages.
my site: *Login to see link

For instance:
.leistungen h1 { font-size: 20px; } is not working
its working without the post-id but i dont want it everywhere.

And i have running siteorigin pagebuilder on the site and the classes you can assign to the widgets or containers are not working.
When i analyse the page with the developertools in firefox for instance, i cant find the classes assigned to the container and the css-code cant work.
For instance: i assigned a class .leist to the first text-widget at the page Leistungen and wanted to change h1 on mobile, then it has no effect if i write code like .leist h1 {….

Can you help me with that?

edit: I understand that plugin was renamed Kadence Woocommerce Elementor Pro and did incorporate the legacy functionality after a change in December

that seems to have been removed now and my templates have gone as they were built using Page Builder

yes, thank you, fatal error and many more errors are showing up now. Experience has been that the fatal error out of memory indicates issue with a plugin, and the other errors i’m getting seem to indicate it has to do with kadence, one specifically the product archive page template. When i first purchased the membership, i was excited to apply that plugin, but found it wasn’t working on top of the fact that i knew nothing of elementor. So i was clicking around quite a bit trying to figure things out. The next day, there was an update from kadence that fixed the trouble i was having to an extent but there’s been other issues like super slow loading, the images overlap, and more often now getting a solid white page when i attempt to ‘update’ or ‘add new’ etc. a product in product page… these things have been getting worse (i thought it was ‘internet’) but now all these errors are showing up to help us get to the root of it.

Many more errors i’m getting to the one you got… I’ve also reached out to Ben via email due to urgency of the issues.

Thanks so much for your help with this… I’m stopped till fixed, so thank you!!

Hi Hanna,

The media settings won’t show up until you have added an embedded link. Have you tried this?
-yes, first thing I tried. The video shows but no settings.

The height of your video will be determined by the width. Have you tried setting a max-width?
well this is the thing, no matter what width I tell it, it is still showing the full height…..

I have a few examples now on that page if you want to look at it….

The woocommerce settings > products > inventory and select that your out of stock items still be visible on your shop page, works well. I have tried to find out how to change the READ MORE label to OUT OF STOCK. Can you point me in the right direction to do this.

You can turn off the toggle by setting “Show toggle buttons for list/grid on shop page” to “Off” from Theme Options > Shop Archive Settings. Then to make the products display in a list in mobile you can add this to your custom css:

@media (max-width: 768px) {
.kad_product.col-xs-6 {
    width: 100%;
}
}

I’m now seeing a fatal out of memory error when I try to view your page. Are you seeing that as well? I suggest contacting your host and asking them to increase your PHP memory limit. Let me know when they’ve done this!

Maybe i have a suggest for this cause actually i have page with
4 Sections. And the table should works as this:

If i klick on section 3 then i can see the table of contents from this section.

maybe u can affort this in the table of contents.
now with normal table of contents i have to archive this with custom coding.

I am using the block, but I don’t see that option!!!

I tried a couple of things, they are live on the page. https://ibizaformenteracharter.com/es/portfolio/guia-espalmador/

first is html code in a row container
second is shortcode in a row container
third is shortcode in a block on its own
fourth is youtube block on its own

In mobile it still shows very long, I tried a maxheight but that didn’t do anything….
