Hello,

I’m using Kadence and I’d like to format one page in order to host a webcomic. I’d like to remove the header for this page and turn the entire background black. I’ll then post the comic as image files in the post. I’ve tried adding code to the theme options section but I’ve had no success, would anyone be able to help me out?

All of the text links on my website are not visible UNLESS you hover over the text area…then the text link appears. Here is the a page as an example: *Login to see link Scroll below the Login button to highlight the text links.

Is there a setting to resolve this, or what else do you recommend?

Do you have a plugins for handling unique shipping class/product or can this be solved in WooCommerce without any special coding.

First example:
You have a webshop, that has standard products that can be shipped, but then there is also one product that is only for local pick-up (it cannot be sent by post delivery).

Second example:
All products have weight base shipping cost, except one item that has the shipping cost included.

Okay I fixed it and I have the primary menu back along with the top menu. However, the initial problem of the sub menus not collapsing on the front page still remains. They collapse for the rest of the site.

Okay Hannah I tried it again and it worked this time. I am back to the Pinnacle theme – however, it hasn’t fixed the problem with the topbar and primary menus of the home page not being able to drop down to show submenus. They still show on the rest of the site.

The page you sent me to show me how to manually update the theme is the same one that I used to follow yesterday to try and update the theme. However, it didn’t work and I received the error his site can’t be reached

Glad it’s working!
To select more than one at a time you would need to do it like this:
.page-id-2131 .contentclass, .page-id-5720 .contentclass, .page-id-4616 .contentclass, .page-id-4300 .contentclass {background-color:#50687F;}

I suggest using page id’s. Like this:

.page-id-4616 .contentclass {
    background-color: #93a9bf;
}

sorry Hannah, problem isn’t with Stackable its with your Video pop up player. Stackable works correctly when you paste in the link. I do the same with yours and YouTube refuses to Connect. see attached

I turned Stackable off and tested it on this post page without any other video pop ups on the page.

The anchor links on a page are not working properly in desktop view. However, the links work just fine in mobile view. The page in question is “Installations” under “Services” in the main navigation.

On this page, each of my anchor links are set just above the divider lines before each section. However, when I use the custom sub links under Installations (Tile, Flooring, Shower, etc…) in my main menu, it jumps to mid-section for for each section on Installations rather than the exact location above the divider.

I tried using the information on this site to manually upload the new version of Pinnacle and it failed. I tried many times and this is the error I received: This site can’t be reached

Oh that makes sense. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to enable the filter when using the post grid/carousel block. If you can get me access to your page I can provide css to get the buttons and text aligning better.

Hmm, have you tried contacting Stackable support? Are you having any issues using the kadence video pop up? I wonder if there is a conflict between the two sources on a single page. Why not only use Kadence?

lancasterpainters.com.au has exactly the same plugins as heritagepainter.com.au. The heritagepainter site works for drop-down menus on front page – but not on lancasterpainters.cm.au. I am wondering if there might have been something go wrong with the last update of the pinnacle theme???

Hello,
I’ve added images using a block and advanced galleries settings to my Tutorial page. I’ve been trying to add the pdf link associated with each image but I’m not able to click on the image and have a link appear as an option. The photo title doesn’t appear in working view so I could add a link to that even though it displays correctly on my site. I just want a grid set up on my page with the image and a related link to either a pdf or video file. What is the best way of doing this or what am I doing wrong?

Hi, I know I saw it on here somewhere but can’t seem to find it. But I would like my product boxes on the home page and Shop Archive to line up. Other then playing with the “Titles”. Can you enlighten me again to the css added to make these the same size regardless of titles. I have attached a screen shot as a reference.
