Hi Rick,
Sorry for the delay!
1. Are you using the masonry style? Try switching to the grid style. Does that resolve?2. Yes, if you can’t do this within the block settings then you can likely do it with css. Which row(s) are you wanting to hide on mobile?
3. This css should do it for you:
@media (max-width: 768px) { h1.product_page_title.entry-title { font-size: 30px; } .single-portfolio h1.entry-title { font-size: 30px; } }Hannah

Hi,
for the website unaufschiebbar.de we have done some issues with WPRocket (html minifizing, javascript, css, lazyload etc.):
Also we reduced some unnecessary plugins. And we updatet on PHP 7.4. and changed to a faster server.
The Pagescore from Google for desktop seems now to be ok:
But for mobile is it not:
Do you have any idea how to optimize it for mobile also?
Best regards
In forum: Membership ForumsHello,
How do I adjust column widths to fit 3 columns in 1 row? Does the pricing table work with themes that are not from Kadence? My theme is a buddyboss.com theme (social learner). I could not find any previous post addressing this issue.
I just imported one of the pricing table plugin’s supplied templates and made minor edits to try and narrow content to enable fitting 3 columns in 1 row even in a full width page with no sidebars .. nothing seems to work with 3 different templates I tried, all seem to always allow only 2 columns in 1 row and the 3rd column wraps over in a 2nd row.
Here is how it is rendering on my site’s full width page:

Also, I’ve found that the woo extras plugin size chart modal is being closed on the front end product page every time an image slides.
Can’t keep it open long enough to view it, unless make the slider an unwanted length of time.
??(If you want separate tickets, just let me know)
Thank you

March 19, 2020 at 1:44 pm #246434Hey,
So your Samsung looks fine on this page: https://www.serenityexplorers.cz/sezona-2020/You still have another hr with a fixed width on that test page.
<hr align="center" width="600">Can you remove all your fixed-width items then try.
You can turn off for mobile with this css:
@media (max-width: 767px){ .kt-pb-animation { opacity: 1; animation: none !important; } }Copyright – if it’s on the web it’s available, with only a very small amount of knowledge anyone can copy anything from any website, the plugin you used is very easy to get around because anyone can “view source” and get the content of the page. The web it’s built to protect text and images from being copied. Your images you can add watermarks.

In forum: Virtue ThemeTopic: Default font size
March 19, 2020 at 9:55 am #246420Hi, I am new to Kadence – two days hehe 🙂
So I here is my question: I changed the header fonts and the “body font” in the theme settings to make them larger than the default. Headers work fine but the body font cascades to the paragraphs. However there are a lot of fonts that now are too tiny in comparison – see screenshot.
So I tried to paste this CSS in (advanced settings – no child theme):
html { font-size: 100% !important; }
body {
font-size: 1.25em !important;
line-height: 1.2!important;
}But it doesnt solve the problem.
I am looking for a solution to increase the font size over the whole site. It’s very tedious to go through page by page and function by function..
The below CSS took me 20+ minutes and its just the blog and a couple of widgets in the footer.
.author-profile.vcard .author-follow span.followtext,
.subhead span.postedintop,
.subhead span.postedintop a,
.subhead span.postcommentscount a {
font-size: 16px;
}
.postmeta .postdate {
font-size: .75em;
}
input#submit.submit {
font-size: 1em !important;
}
form#commentform.comment-form p.comment-form-comment label {
font-size: 1.25em;
}
.kad-testimonial-carousel .testimonialbox {
font-size: 1em;
}
.testimonialbottom p {
font-size: .8em;
}
.footercredits p {
font-size: .85em !important;
}Thank you!!
Björn GranbergIn forum: Virtue ThemeMarch 19, 2020 at 8:55 am #246415Hi,
I just downloaded the latest update to Virtue Premium Version: 4.9.23. I went to update a featured image on a page. After publishing it, I could see the image loading (icon) for a second, but then no image. I went into troubleshooting mode, turned off all the plugins and bounced between WP2020, Virtue and Vitrue Premium. WP2020 theme loads the featured image correctly. Virtue and Virtue Premium do not. I also noticed that when editing the page in the Virtue Themes, the featured image displays as a thumbnail instead of the entire image. I made two screenshots. One with the full image (WP2020) an the other with a thumbnail (Virtue Premium)
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
thanks for reply. I am using Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) mobile. My partner has Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017). We are using Chrome. A friend of mine has Iphone 10 (using Chrome) and face no troubles at all. It is also interesting that on page https://www.serenityexplorers.cz/sezona-2020/ where I am using same animation is no problem.
I have made the changes you recommended. (removing width and deactivating wp-content-copy-protection). But the problem persists. For the purpose of testing, I made this portfolio page http://www.serenityexplorers.cz/portfolio/test/
Maybe I can choose another approach to solve this (without the necessity of changing every single page). Is there any chance of disabling animation on all websites when displaying on mobiles? Any code?
To your side note on wp-content-copy-protection. Is there any other possibility of how to protect the content of the website? (Happen to me before, that another company copied my portfolio descriptions and other content, so I would like to avoid this somehow or at least make it much more difficult.)
Best regards,
Tomas.AnonymousMarch 19, 2020 at 3:22 am #246413Hi
I had my Kadence Recpatcha set for registrations but not login or checkout as I just want to prevent spam registrations without impacting customers too much. This all works fine from the registrations page but fails on the checkout page if you select Create Account. When you try this, the order fails with “Invalid Captcha”.
I can workaround this by enabling captcha for checkout, but I don’t really want to have this on long term.
Is there a way of adding the I’m not a robot recpatcha at the point someone selects the Create Account check box on the Checkout page? So they can continue with the registration flow?
Thanks

Ben,
I am not sure I can do a screen shot. I had never seen it before in all the times we have reviewed the site after updates and such. This one time the page loaded super slow. Is there a way to slow down how fast a page loads in dev tools or something?
It was really weird.
thanks

In forum: Virtue ThemeIn reply to: Migrate to a different home page style
March 18, 2020 at 10:05 pm #246404Hey,
The styles are just settings within the theme options. So you don’t need to do any migrating, it’s just a matter of changing setting to make it appear how you want.If you can tell me specifically what you want from a demo then I can tell you how to do that from within the theme options or page content.

In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Ascend: Topbar Menu Layout (Right and Left)
Hi, Hannah,
I need to make a change on a site. I use that code above that you can me. Nice. Worked well. But now client wants to change to have all logo, menu and social media in topbar.
So, while I was scrolling through the forum trying to find the answer before reaching out to you, I found this site that you helped another person with. https://www.myfuturepurpose.com/ I need it to look pretty much like the topbar on this site. I tried looking at the page source info on that site, but was a bit confusing how the code was written.
Thank you,

March 18, 2020 at 9:25 pm #246398What model phone is that? And what browser?
On that page you have added this:
<hr align="center" width="500">Remove the width, you never want to set a static width in a responsive environment.
Try deactivating this plugin: wp-content-copy-protection
(side note: those types of plugins only create the illusion of protection and usually break the browsers normal functionality in the process which can cause all kinds of strange errors.)Ben
