In reply to: Homepage layout problem
It looks like you’ve set your homepage as your shop page from Settings > Reading. You can’t do that and also enable other modules in the homepage layout manager. If you want to add a shop archive to your page I suggest using a shortcode like this:
[products limit="12″ columns=”3″]You can add that to a text widget in your home widget area or else to the content area in your static home page.Hannah
In forum: Virtue ThemeI use Virtue Premium. Is it possible to make a row of content ‘attach’ under the kadence slider on home page (or any page)? Right now there’s a small space between the slider and the first row of content. I’d like them to be connected. Thank you. The space shows up on *Login to see link I’m wanting it to be connected like it is on *Login to see link Thx!

1. You have “Display product tabs?” turned off in Theme Options > Product Settings. You need to turn that setting on the enable the description.
2. As for the slider not sliding, is this the page you’re referencing: https://www.tooseapparel.co.nz/product-test-1/ ? I’m seeing it slide.
3. The sidebar should be right by default. I’m not sure why it would be displaying left. Try re-enabling. Does it still show on the left?
I suggest using a caching plugin such as WP Rocket. https://wp-rocket.me/

In forum: Virtue ThemeHey,
There isn’t a built-in function to add this. A workaround would be to set your homepage as a static page from Settings > Reading and add widgets to your home page via a page builder plugin or add blocks through the block editor. Then you can enable Page Content in the homepage layout manager. This may be helpful: https://www.kadencewp.com/knowledge-base/creating-a-home-page-with-virtue-premium/
Let me know if you would like further guidance!Hananh

I have a problem with the homepage layout. Under my woocommerce products i want content in the shape of text. I tought i could use the the home page widget area (Theme-Options->Home Lay-out->Homepage layout management). When i add a text to that widget area nothing displays.

In forum: Ascend ThemeMarch 16, 2020 at 4:01 am #246213Could you please share the CSS code to show the add to cart button (shop archive pages) on mobile devices only? For desktop, I want to show add to cart button on hover.
In forum: Virtue ThemeHi Hannah,
No, the number of posts I’ve published is larger than the Posts Per Page. Therefore, I would expect the page number navigation to appear at the bottom of the page. It doesn’t.

Any ideas of a workaround? Thanks.

In forum: Virtue ThemeHi,
it is probably a simple thing but I can’t figure it out.
I just noticed that the symol menu on the home page has some problem. The symbole borders and the image content are misaligned and the next element is therefore shifted upwards a little.
The website url is: *Login to see link
Note the gray/red frame around the three images covers the images only half-way.As comparison the Updraftclone site shows the correct behavior: *Login to see link
Any help is appreciated.
Cheers,
Markus
In forum: Membership ForumsMarch 15, 2020 at 8:51 am #246203Very simple suggestion for the posts-carousel/grid/masonry-block: Since there are situations, in which a complex query is necessary, add a parameter/argument, so we can catch that through pre_get_posts. If the “key” would be something liked “kadence_post_grid” and the actual value, say, the ID of the page this thing is shown, all my worries would be gone immediately.
Also, masonry-layout on the post-grid is broken. Grid items take up more space than one column.

With the free version, can’t get any tech support from mailchimp. But for whatever reason, the post actually went out the next day instead. And when I open with my mobile, all works. But submit button still doesn’t work with the website pdf version on desktop unless I open with acrobat. It may be a browser issue with Chrome and others because when I click to open in Acrobat everything works. In the Chrome forum this seems to be a problem with Chrome and Firefox since 2015 or earlier. https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/submit-button-fails-to-open-email-dialog-in-chrome/m-p/9937800?page=1#M106796

Can you tell me what all is in your child theme? Your Facebook for woocommerce plugin has really poor reviews. I suggest deactivating that to test if any of this resolves.
On your product-test-1 page I’m seeing a slider displaying and sliding without issue. What browser are you using?Hannah
In forum: Membership ForumsMarch 14, 2020 at 4:42 am #246189Hey Ben,
Thank you very much for your reply. There are no specific settings from our side. We created a new page with the plugin, using the Elementor editor and the warning came up with our standard subscription, as well as trying other test subscriptions.
From your reply I assume that there shouldn’t be an issue using your plugin with subscriptions, so that this is a specific error on our instance only?
Thanks
I have my blog set up in the Blog Grid – Three Column layout. It looks great, except that no navigation appears at the bottom of the page to let visitors see older posts. In looking at the demo site, I see the same issue, where only the Blog List Full layout has the 1,2,> navigation links appearing at the bottom of the page: *Login to see link
Is it possible to get these navigation links to appear in the three column layout? Or is there another workaround that would let visitors easily view older posts?
Here’s my blog, for reference: *Login to see link
Thanks in advance.
