If at the end of custom 404 page there is a blog_grid or blog_posts code, then the content of the page is shown twice, double content, the whole content including any existed text and the posts.

Hi Riens,
Glad you’ve been looking into Kadence Blocks! We would be happy to help you get things rolling.
When switching to gutenberg you don’t actually have to re-create all your pages. You can continue to use the siteorigin editor on your older pages, and then use gutenberg on your new pages. If you’re wanting to switch all your pages over so your site is more fluid there unfortunately isn’t a simple “one click” option. But again, we are happy to help you get things looking as you’re wanting!
Perhaps others will chime in with tips and tricks they have found along the way.

I do not have any dedicated pages for them. They’re just Endpoints. Don’t know but I think that’s what WordPress Guys call it, “Endpoints”.

If you’ve Follow-up emails installed in any of site you will get them under Follow-up > Settings > Subscribers. So I don’t have the choice to set those page options you just mentioned.

I also don’t know whether they can be added as shortcodes in their own pages. I think I have to dig into their documentations again. Do you have any idea, Hannah?

Hey,
You can add your portfolio posts via shortcode like this:
[portfolio_posts orderby=date style="pgrid" columns=4 items=4 ratio="square" lightbox=true showtypes=true type=photos]
You would just paste that into the content area of any page.

1. In Theme Options > Home Layout you can enable Portfolio Grid in the Homepage Layout Manager.

Sorry, you’re right. That css is too vague. When you edit your email subscription pages, under the document tab > Page Options do you see an option to turn the sidebar on or off?

Same here,
Missing Woo Template Plugin. After some routine updates.
As mentioned above downloaded the new one: Kadence WooCommerce SiteOrigin Builder (which is still named Kadence-woo-template-builder when downloaded).
But it won’t install. WP says it already exists !!!
What to do???? We have about 30 templates that won’t run on the webshop right now ……
I’m afraid of losing all templates when overwriting the plugin. Where are the templates kept?

On other websites as well: Woo-Templates not working after Ascend update. (we use SiteOrigin and not Elementor WooCommerce which seems to have installed itself now ??). Please help fix.

I’m a (very!) happy user of Pinnacle Premium and with the help of SiteOrigin Page Builder blocks, I’ve managed to craft our site http://www.scentandspice.nl to our needs.

When Gutenberg was launched my layout ended up completely garbled, but with the Disable Gutenberg-plugin I was able to restore the site to the original design. Still, the idea of having to disable a new and potentially great addition (Gutenberg) and adding a quite heavy block builder (SO) plugin didn’t feel right.

I’ve recently discovered that Kadence blocks is a free download and that it does everything that PageBuilder does. And because it’s from Kadence, I’m sure it’s better…

The workflow I’m envisioning is: Disable the Disable Gutenberg plugin (bye bye layout) > Installing Kadence Blocks plugin > Trying to replicate the PageBuilder blocks into Kadence blocks on page 1 > Trying to replicate my PageBuilder blocks into Kadence blocks on page 2… etc. etc. etc.

Somehow I’m shying away from manually modifying 150+ pages to Kadence Blocks, in the meantime scaring away any visitor who is looking at a completely destroyed layout while yours truly is banging his head to the wall in utter frustration because all the work involved….

Does anyone have an alternative, less frustrating workflow, or are there any tuturials available to make the transition from SiteOrigin Pagebuilder to Kadence Blocks less time consuming?

It’s your seasonal chocolates category page that I am seeing has less. Are these meant to be separate?

But you’re actual archive is here: https://sweetspotchocolateshop.com/index.php/product-category/seasonal/

You can either link to that archive page in your menu instead of your custom page or edit your custom page and where you’ve added a block or shortcode change the amount that is set to show.

Hi,

I cleared WP Rocket cache but still changes can not be seen. For example, I disabled the animations on the home page but despite of clearing all cache, animation is still active on the home page.

Moreover Rocket cache is giving the following message.

Endurance Cache is currently enabled, which will conflict with WP Rocket Cache. Please set the Endurance Cache cache level to Off (Level 0) on the Settings > General page to prevent any issues.

Whereas Endurance cache is already set to off.

Please advise.

Hi,

You can paste the plugin shortcode into a text widget within your home widget area in Appearance > Widgets. Just make sure the home widget area is enabled in the homepage layout manager (theme options > home layout).
