    Hey,
    You can create another blog page and choose to show posts only from a specific category. Would that work for you? You can create a page using the sidebar template, then add your posts to the page using a shortcode. You can create a specific sidebar for that page from Theme Options > Misc Settings, then add content to it from Appearance > Widgets.
    Hope that’s helpful!

    Hey,
    In some cases, it may make sense to install a plugin which creates a new kind of post type for your “training articles and information for customers”. For example if you wanted to create a knowledge base then keeping them separate from your blog posts makes sense to use a different posts type.

    If you are just wanting to have more posts but show them on a separate page and are ok with them showing side by side in searches then create two main categories and two blog pages and show posts only from one of the main categories on each page.

    WordPress builts “attachment” pages for each image you upload. You need to an SEO plugin to manage how you want search engines to see or not see those pages.

    Yoast, Rank Math SEO are good seo plugin options.

    Hey Becky,
    That likely means you had a javascript error in your page, best guess would mean the plugin wasn’t fully set up or had a setting incorrect within the plugin.

    In the future, I have other updates in front of it though for the AMP plugin, like archive page support and some other tweaks.

    Hey,
    Looks like you have a portfolio grid enabled from Theme Options > Homepage Layout. Portfolio posts will only link to themselves, but you can use the image menu to add images that link to specific pages. This post talks more about configuring your homepage: https://www.kadencewp.com/knowledge-base/configure-your-homepage-ascend/
    Hope that’s helpful!

    The following function does not remove Schema from pages and posts:
    add_filter('kadence_html_schema', 'custom_remove_schema');
    function custom_remove_schema() {
    return '';
    }

    Webpage and Blog schema are still visible in the structured data tool. How can I disable it completely?

    First off, I have not been able to duplicate this problem…this is a screen print from a client who is testing this website. They say they’re using windows 10, Edge browser on a new HP Elite laptop with 1920×1080 resolution…

    The image blocks which are inside a kadence row block are not shrinking to the available screen dimensions…

    this page

    (you need to be logged in to view as its in maintenance mode, I can provide login details on reply)

    any ideas?

    Hi Guys,

    Hope you can help.

    Created a website using Virtue premium theme and the “Basic, with shrink for sticky” menu with some custom css, which you guys very kindly helped with.

    The menu height on the homepage, which has the slider above the menu, is perfect and inline. The menu height on all the other pages is perfect once the scrolling shrink and sticky is fully engaged is also perfect. Now the website has gone live my client is now telling me they would like the menu to be the same as the homepage on all menus so no shrinking effect. Unfortunatley with all the custom work done this is not as easy as just changing the header stlye 🙁

    Please could you take a look and let me know the css needed to get the menu to start at the reduced/final shrink height effectivley stopping the shrinking effect.

    The website is barkepoticians.co.uk

    Thank you.

    Mark.

    Okay, I am having a brain freeze, I want to create a separate area in my Virtue Woo Commerce store for training articles and information for customers.

    I have a blog, that is customized to show posts under internetslayers.com/blog

    Is there a way to create another such area where I can control the sidebar individually and the content that is displayed (versus what is on main home page of site)? And the content should post automatically as I create it.

    Or do I have to create a subdirectory and install WordPress and Virtue on that?

    Thanks

    Hello Guys,

    If we do a search on google “site:intenze.co.nz”

    We’ve got many “pages” indexed which are images from our product pages.
    I can’t figure out why this is happening, any thoughts please?
    Thank you, John

    How to have two different galleries on a page. I tried the instructions for doing that on your tutorial, but I can’t find “Create Gallery” on my Ascend. I tried to click on New Media and although it did open a new window, I saw no way to call the media page something else to identify it. Also the pictures just moved into the main gallery instead.

    Hi

    I have an issue where the shop page numbers (Shop) are white which means they are not visible whereas page numbers on other pages (eg Mixed Cases) are grey, which is what I want.

    I believe I have narrowed it down to Woo Templates overwriting the default style specifically the following css I think:

    #panel-727-1-1-0 a {
    color: #fff;
    }

    However, if I add this to my custom css with colour #aaa, it changes a lot of things (eg top bar / footer background goes black, the menu background goes green and the shop filter layout changes) so obviously that style controls a lot more things that I expected!

    Can you advise how I can change the colour of my page numbers on the shop page please?

    Thanks
    Dom

    Hi Ben,

    Would you know why the iframe youtube video in the product page link (below) won’t play on Safari? It says, “An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: yFEoZcPcX6BBhaku) Learn more. (I did the troubleshooting video suggestions for Playback error, but still won’t work.

    I’m back…
    Can you change your layout of blocks once you have it established and with content in the blocks?
    For example, I finally published the page and it’s layout is as you mentioned”
    row
    -> single column
    ->> title
    ->> row
    ->>> double column
    1st column text
    2nd column image

    However, the title in the single column has too much space following it before it gets to the text. I think I’d like to get rid of the first single column row and put the title in the 1st column of the second row. But I don’t see (or understand) how to move rows around and/or to delete them. It seems when you delete a row, you delete all the content below it as indicated by the block navigation. Since a column is part of a row, you can’t delete a column either.

    So without having to reconstruct all my content, how can I move the title in the single row, to the 1st column in the second row and then delete the first row. So when I’m done it looks like

    ->> row
    ->>> double column
    1st column text (title now in this column)
    2nd column image

    This is not a big deal, but it would be nice to rearrange your blocks.

    In this instance, if I move the title into the 1st column, the image would be better balanced, I think.

    Page in question is https://www.cagesplus.com/our-story/

    I haven’t been able to insert a text link into the email contents using this plugin. WooCommerce default has the order number linked and would like to keep that capability. We also need to add a text link to the content area.

    We are using this plugin along with the WooCommerce Elementor Pro for order and checkout page template changes.

    Try adding this to your custom css:

    @media (min-width: 992px) {
    li.menu-widget-area-kt.kt-second-header-widget-area {
        position: absolute;
        bottom: 20px;
        left: 0;
    }
    li.menu-item.menu-item-type-post_type.menu-item-object-page.menu-item-119 {
        margin-bottom: 60px;
    }
    }

    Does that work for you?

    Hannah
