    Hello,

    Is it possible to have video instead of an image in the background of a row?

    An example would be this page:

    Instead of a still image of butterflies, it could be a video of butterflies flying…

    If that’s possible, how do I do it?

    Hi there,

    I am writing regarding this page:

    I want the font on a laptop browser to be 200 & the font on mobile to be 70 – this size looks perfect in each respective location.

    However, whatever size I choose for mobile is what keeps displaying on the full-size site, I am kind of stuck because I don’t know how to make the regular browser pull from the correct field inside the settings. So if I use the one field that seems to govern both and make the font 70 for mobile then it displays tiny on a web browser and if I make it 200 for the web browser it displays too huge on mobile.

    Attaching images of how I *want* it to look in both places. Also, for the purposes of submitting this help ticket I am leaving settings the way they *should* be, with ‘title size’ field governing desktop and ‘mobile’ governing mobile-only.

    Using a child theme you can use:

    Is it for your homepage? You can create a slider from your Kadence Slider settings then assign it to your mobile homepage from Theme Options > Mobile Home Header.

    In your product with variations, make sure all your enabled attributes are not set to show on the product page but are just set for use with variations. Then your additional information tab will not load.

    I can’t recreate it. I have created a new page with the tabs, but now it’s working.

    So it’s fine, I don’t know what went wrong previously.

    In your blog edit page have you chosen to show a sidebar? That might be overriding your theme options settings.

    Hey,
    The “error” you are seeing can be ignored, see:

    https://yoast.com/pagination-seo-best-practices/

    paginated pages should have the same meta data.

    FYI – we hid the “Additional Information” tab plus Attributes using CSS, which is why the first Features tab is not active when the page loads.

    Hi Guys,

    We’ve set up a “Woo Templates” page – and one of the areas is “Woo Product: Tabs” BUT now we added Vartiations to the product there’s a problem.

    NOW the first tab isn’t displaying anymore.

    So, before the Variations – the Features tab was readable and open for viewing.

    Hi, I’m trying to improve the SEO of my website: http://www.veggievagabonds.com and I’m following Neil Patel’s site audit results which is showing I have duplicate meta tags on a number of category pages and also blog pages.

    For example:




    And similarly for category pages:



    I know how to change the meta tages for blog/pages/category/tags etc but I don’t know how to change it for individual pages within the blog or categories. Would appreciate some assistance, thanks!

    Ok, Now I’ve deleted ‘Ascend: Tabs&Accordions widge’, and now the page is ok!
    What could be the problem? I attach an other screenshot of the Tab.

    So this is what happened:

    1. I’ve updated Ascend: Tabs&Accordions widget
    2. page became like what you see
    3. I’ve inactivated W3 Total Cache. Nothing changed.
    4. I’ve updated Ascend theme to the recent version. Nothing changed.
    5. I’ve updated 4 plugins. Nothing changed.

    Hello Support team!

    There is something wrong with the homepage of this site. I’ve done some galley change in Ascend: Tabs&Accordions widget, and the problem is since then.

    I have wordpress 5.0.4. All plugins are up to date, and also the theme. This theme is ‘restaurant demo’.

    I attach the front page edit screenshot, and the list of my plugins.

    Can you help please?

    Can’t make setting changes, keep getting message in title “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.” above after moving website to a new host. Screenshot attached.

    Moved website from a host.com.tw to a Google Cloud Hosting with a WordPress Certified by Bitnami install of WordPress. I’m trying to make some changes to the website before I change the DNS settings to point to the new host.

    The change I tried to make is in Theme OptionsMisc SettingsFooter Copyright Text (I tried to change the text of email ). That’s when I get the message as attached. I also tried to make a minor change in advanced settings to see if I can make any changes in Theme Options and I also get this error.

    I checked the folder settings and seems like permissions are ok on all the folders and files on the server.

    I’m unable to display a youTube video using the Video Popup. The pop up window show nothing but the “www.youtube.com refused to connect.” error message. The console log shows “Refused to display ‘ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘sameorigin’.”

    My site Configuration:
    WordPress version 5.2.2
    Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Page Builder Toolkit Version 1.5.13
    Kadence Blocks Pro Version 1.2.3

    Please help.
