Hi,

I thought I was finished with this site, but after seeing how amazing Kadence Slider Pro is performing on another site I’m working on, I decided to load on the finished site.

As soon as I did (looks amazing though) a mysterious white space appeared in the middle of the home page.

I have checked every margin setting, padding setting in each Pagebuilder Block in Page Content….and for Theme Option> Home Page Layout and on the Slider Pro Settings. I have also tried adding this code in Advanced Settings and nothing works.

I have read through every thread on white space and no resolution I’ve tried as worked.

Any suggestions?

We recently got the Membership Extension for Woocommerce and the “Member Discount” badge on the shop and product pages has a oval shape, which does not look good in our opinion. Is there a way to make it look like a rectangular badge as seen in the images uploaded?

Otherwise, will we be able to edit how badges look like using this woocommerce plugin? – *Login to see link

Hi there,

If Dokan multivendor users are viewing their orders on mobile the link to view each individual order sends the user to a blank page.

On PC when you click on each order, it sends the user to the order details page. If you then drag the browser on PC down to the thinnest width possible you should also see the order details disappear.

We have tried default theme and it works ok on both PC and mobile so for some reason Virtue might be causing the problem.

If you could please look at it I’d appreciate it.

1. Login to http://www.myshop.nz/my-account
2. On the menu click “Seller Tools” then “Dashboard” then “Orders”

Hello,

The page you linked isn’t loading at all for me. When editing and then saving, do you get the confirmation in your admin saying that the page has been saved?

One of our customers bought the theme and runs his website for more than a year now.
His support is not valid any longer so i duplicated his page for a relaunch to one of our servers (duplicator).
Fine – this worked and no wonder the license doesn’t not work on the new location
I tried the free virtue version, but no change, the site is running but no effekt at all to the front end. I can see sthe structure and all pages in the backend but cannot reach the SiteOrigin Content.
However, i bought a one year license for our customer and entered that one at our develop page, copied by the duplicator to the new location but the result is still the same as you can see under the following links.

The virtue is a child of the origin virtue theme.
I cannot reach the templates at the new location (blank page).
I can switch to site Origin content but it does not look the same in the backend, a lot of entries are missing and no effekt to the front page.

I just wanted to inform you that the pagination of reviews on product pages (reviews tab) is not available when the Advanced Reviews plugin is enabled.

One last thing I discovered. I have 8 posts displaying in the grid per paginated page. If any of those eight have no custom excerpt, the paragraphs display fine. But if all eight do have custom excerpts, I lose the paragraphs. You’ll see that the posts are paginated. If you scroll through the paginated pages, you’ll see some pages where the paragraphs are displaying. That’s because one of the posts in that paginated page doesn’t have a custom excerpt. For example, on page 3 I removed the custom excerpt for the “More high-school students starting college” post, and all of the custom excerpts are displaying with paragraphs.

I also discovered that if I manually add <p></p> html tags to the excerpt, they’ll display as paragraphs. But I shouldn’t have to do that … right?

Hi there,

I’m trying to create a new home page by using page (page builder with pinnacle widgets) for the entire home page.
This is my 4th attempt to create a new home page but after a while, after updating and review the page it goes almost blank.

I’m using the pinnacle widgets which suddenly are not appearing on the page only the writing (which is not a theme widget).
Can someone please help. I have already deactivated all plugins and can’t find the problem!!!

Yesterday after I added new products (and new images into media library) the page doesn’t load. And it gives out JS errors.
I was in contact with the server support all last day. I restored WP and DB. Next, the store was broken down again just after adding one product and new images to the media library.

I believe the issue with product images wasn’t properly solved in December when I came to you with that first time.
Could you help me with that and eventually fix the issue?

Hi there, quick question, running the virtue premium theme, I have made some updates to the homepage and can see the featured products etc are showing 3 across on my mobile and preferred it one item scrolling which did used to happen can you confirm how I can do this.

Aha! I discovered the exact case where it’s stripping paragraphs on the front end.

On this page I have the post/grid carousel block and am specifying to use only the “Blog” category (one category). Custom excerpt paragraphs are stripped on the front end. https://wwwsbox.kirtland.edu/blog/

On this page I have the post/grid carousel block and am NOT specifying a category. The custom excerpt paragraphs ARE displaying on the front end. https://wwwsbox.kirtland.edu/kirtland-blog-2/

So in my testing, it’s stripping paragraphs only if I specify a specific ONE category. If I don’t specify a category, but specify a tag, it displays fine. It’s only when specifying a specific ONE category. If I specify two categories, it displays fine.
