In forum: Ascend ThemeIn reply to: Galleries & Albums
Hello. I’ve finally been able to update the Gallery plugin. Thank you for the update. The plugin now paginates Albums after 10 gallery thumbnails, and we can see the rest on subsequent pages. However, this isn’t a great solution, especially when the plugin is set to show three images across. It then leaves an “orphan” image on the bottom row, leaving space for two more, and looks odd.
I would like to be able to determine the pagination threshold in a setting. Would you please set that up in an updated version of the gallery plugin?

April 12, 2019 at 10:33 am #222874Well, I checked it with Firefox, Edge, IE and Chrome and the only one it doesn’t work for is Chrome.
Also there is no problem showing images on the blog page. https://absoluteroof.ca/category/our-blog/
That particular setting is landscape image.
In forum: Virtue ThemeHi
On one screen, I get these error messages at the bottom of the page:
Warning: include(): Filename cannot be empty in /var/sites/v/visitpewseyvale.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/base.php on line 16Warning: include(): Failed opening ” for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php-5.6.37-flock/lib/php’) in /var/sites/v/visitpewseyvale.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue_premium/base.php on line 16
The page url is: *Login to see link – it is any page where I have gone from an event record, clicking on the venue of the event and then it displays all events for that venue. It doesn’t matter which venue it is.
Are you able to help me?
Thank you.

April 12, 2019 at 9:24 am #222865Hello, the problem is that my browser always chooses the 270×270 image
You have chosen to set the content width for this page to fullwidth screen width, that makes it so the content can endlessly grow based on screen size. This is all the more reason to have larger images because on my screen your columns are 600px wide which means the minimum image size you need just to support this HD screen is 1200px.
Because of that ^^ you are using fullwidth, I am going to suggest you change to the shortcode, then you can set the width which will change your minimum size from 270 to whatever you set, I suggest 600.

In forum: Ascend ThemeApril 12, 2019 at 5:11 am #222840Hello everyone,
K: Just to note, the plugin is recommended by us, but it is not included with or a part of the theme purchase in any way.
F: Perfect, sorry for the mistake.k: What happens when you turn the plugin back on? Are you able to reactivate it?
F: When I activate the plugin, the browser responds to Gateway Timeout on all pages.
The problem is generated by the last update of the plugin, if I go back, the site works correctly.
I asked the provider what kind of error it generates (I am waiting for an answer).K: Can you post a link to your site?
F: I can’t, I’m sorryThank you
In forum: Ascend ThemeApril 12, 2019 at 5:08 am #222839Hello,
I have a page with info boxes and they are listed in alphabetical order
When I try to affect the collapse in Mobile view I only get the choice of right top or left top
Is there a way I can get the info boxes to display in alphabetical order in the collapsed (mobile) view please?
Maybe a custom attribute? or css?Here’s the page: *Login to see link
Many thanks

AnonymousApril 12, 2019 at 12:25 am #222828Hi,
I can´t change this page anymore in the check out page in Woocommerce settings (account and privacy).

Thanks in advance
WalterIn forum: Ascend ThemeApril 11, 2019 at 5:07 pm #222820Would you know why Chrome is blocking feature images on my site’s Ascend search page? *Login to see link
When I checked the css on the blank images, it said meta – display: none; user agent css sheet. So this relates to Chrome.
The search page works fine on Edge.
Any solutions or workarounds?

In forum: Membership ForumsHi,
I have enabled on my Ascend page a sticky header (topbar + header).
The header background is only visible when scrolling down, but how can I turn on the same effect for the topbar. I want to keep the topbar transparent, but when scrolling the page the background colour would be the same as the header background color.Pamela

Hi Hanna,
This will get rid of the small space. There is still space around the text. see page.home-widget-area-widget {
margin-bottom: 0px;
margin-top: 0px;
padding-top: 0px;
padding-bottom: 0px;
border-top: 1px solid #dd3333;
