Hey,
So let me see if I can clarify.

From your screenshot it looks like you have turned on PageBuilder to display by default for your portfolio posts. That makes it so the content area is a pagebuilder interface. Perhaps you want a different interface? You can click on the visual or text tab at the top. Or you can even turn off pagebuilder for portfolio posts and use block editor to edit with.

If none of that is helping then perhaps you can show me a portfolio post you want to recreate from one of the demos: http://themes.kadencethemes.com/ascend-premium/#demo_sites and you can send a login to your site so I can help you add that demo and you can see ways to create it.

A note about the section where you had value title, value description. That simply created a list. Because of things like page builder or the block editor creating a list is very easy and you get much more flexibility using normal tools to create a list. This is why that isn’t an option in Ascend. And it’s only left in virtue for backward compatibility.

Ideally I want to make a page that has several images and a video all pertaining to the same project. So when my clients go to that page they can see the whole wardrobe of creative work put into that project as a whole. I don’t know how to do that with the current “add new” portfolio page, at least the one in the tutorial had options I could use. So again, I don’t mind if it’s a grid, or a video on top of thumbnails. I’d also like to have information about the project as well listed. Can you advise how I can set this up? Because I’m now at a loss. Thank you!

Hi – I don’t know why but my settings look different than the tutorials and tips I’m seeing in the forum. I tried to create a new portfolio item, and I see the options aren’t the same as I was expecting. I added a screenshot so you can see. Is there something wrong on my end? (BTW everything has been updated to the latest)

Hi,
My client wants a pop up on the first page. I have tried a few plugins now, including the Widget Dock, but no one works on my clients Mac Pro.

The Kadence Widget just keep on showing up and don’t give up. I have set it to show only once in the settings. It works perfectly fine on my PC but on my clients Mac nothing seems to work.

Any idea on plugins that works on Safari or any suggestion on how to make the Widget Dock to work on Safari? This would be much appreciated.

I tried some of the posts

They work fine, and I didn’t encounter this problem with any other pages.
I share content on social media and in messages often and didnt notice this issue on any other pages.

If you try to open this page:
https://wondersoftibet.com/private-tours/nyingchi-tours/peach-blossom-tour%E2%80%8B/

you will see the link spelled in a normal way: like https://wondersoftibet.com/private-tours/nyingchi-tours/peach-blossom-tour/
But if you want to copy it and share with someone, here you will see this addition to the link at the end of it: /%E2%80%8B/

The problem is that if I share the link in its normal way, without all these extra symbols, it doesnt work (you can try it:
https://wondersoftibet.com/private-tours/nyingchi-tours/peach-blossom-tour/)

This problem occurs only on that one webpage.

to the post.

Have you tried in multiple browsers to see if there is any difference?

1. since you’re using WooCommerce Elementor, you just need to go into the template configuration for your products and change the font and color properties of the button. You should be able to find the template in Products> Templates.

2. Are you referring to your shop page? Can you link to where you want to make this change?

3. Try adding this CSS to theme Options> Advanced Settings, and let me know if it works for you:
```
.topbar-widget {
    display: flex;
    justify-content: space-between;
}
```
4. try this CSS:
```
.kad-header-widget {
    display: flex;
    flex-direction: row-reverse;
}

.kad-header-widget .widget-first {
    order: 2;
}
```

Good morning!

I have a problem with one page on website and cannot figure out why it is occurring.
The web URL looks fine both on back ens and the front end. But when I copy it to hare somewhere, automatically additional symbols appear at the end of the address (%E2%80%8B/).
If I share the link without these symbols, it doesnt work.
Why is it happening and how can I clean this link address from all these extra symbols?

Hi, I purchase the license to edit my product page.

I got the error message saying that the website is currently unable to handle this request (error 500) when I want to edit with elementor.

Go thru the forum and found that error 500 is related to server and I need to contact the host.

Can I request for a refund as the host never returns to my message and I am not able to use the plugin at all…

Hi,
Is there a way to have the home page header image displayed on desktop and not on mobile, im struggling to get my mobile score above 70 on google speed tests were as my desktop scores are around 96. I am using Virtue Premium. Also is there a more simple mobile menu? would that cut down on requests and boost my score?

Having trouble with the Homepage portfolio carousels.
Is there a specific video or detailed how to on setting these up available?
I’ve got 7 portfolios set up identically but only three are being pulled onto the home page.
Also, I set the image qty to 4 in the main settings, and in the set the portfolio set it to default. However all the images are being displayed.

Hi guys!

This is my first question at the forum. Enjoying Ascend so far!

I just created a Custom Post with Pods and gave it the ‘Post’ functionality. Everything works well, except that I am missing the Ascend specific features in the Post Editing page (all the features that you would normally get under (Ascend’s) ‘Post Options’).

Is there a setting I need to change to let Ascend know that this Custom Post type should be treated as a regular Post.

It looks like you’ve added an empty p tag to your galleries page. When editing the page are you able to remove it?
